本发明的目的在于提供一种电缆连接器包括一个接线柱,若干个带有绝缘套的连接器,所述的接线柱上螺纹连接有两个用于限位卡爪,两个卡爪的卡条对向设置,所述的连接器一端设置有用于套装在接线柱上的套孔,另一端设有电缆通道,电缆通道内部沿电缆方向设有卡齿,所述的套孔内部设有片簧。解决现有电缆连接器,对工人操作要求高,电缆易虚接、脱落的问题。

一种电缆连接器
技术领域
    本发明属于井下电缆连接领域,尤其涉及一种电缆连接器。
背景技术
传统的电缆连接方式是通过螺母压紧电缆线芯与接线柱,该连接方式存在以下问题:
(1)螺母的预紧力同操作人员有很大关系,不同的操作人员拧紧螺母的松紧程度不同,使电缆线与螺杆式接线柱之间的接触效果存在很大差距;
(2)煤矿所用电气设备多数都是大功率大电流,而大电流通过电气设备产生电动力,使螺母预紧力减小变松,从而导致电缆线与接线柱之间虚接,留下安全隐患;
(3)煤矿井下多数电气设备都是通过电缆线串接安装在平板车或直接安放于轨道上,随着需要而不断的向前推移,这种推进的拉力有时可直接作用在电缆线与接线柱连接处,长时间存在这种状态,容易把电缆线从接线柱上拽脱,一旦脱落就直接影响煤矿的安全和生产;
(4)紧固螺杆及紧固螺母多次松紧后,容易出现螺纹破坏或间隙变大导致紧固渐渐失效,致使连接处接触电阻大幅增大,在运行过程中温升急剧升高使导电体导电系数降低,引起一系列事故;
(5)采用螺杆式和插式接线柱连接,由于紧固力受限存在压紧有效面积小,特别是部分电缆铜丝未能全方位的接触或裸露与外面,导致导电面积减小、导电性能大大降低;
(6)采用螺杆式和插式接线柱连接,其紧固力与外界拉力相垂直,所以放松效果较差,只要外界拉力存在不阶段性就很容易导致接触松动进而导致近端短路事故发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电缆连接器,解决现有电缆连接器,对工人操作要求高,电缆易虚接、脱落的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电缆连接器,包括一个接线柱,若干个带有绝缘套的连接器,所述的接线柱上螺纹连接有两个用于限位卡爪,两个卡爪的卡条对向设置,所述的连接器一端设置有用于套装在接线柱上的套孔,另一端设有电缆通道,电缆通道内部沿电缆方向设有卡齿,所述的套孔内部设有片簧。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,将电缆芯***电缆通道,用液压钳压紧电缆通道,从而固定电缆,然后将连接器一端的套孔套装在接线柱上,套孔内部的片簧将牢牢卡住接线柱,使用时可以根据需要安装多个连接器,最后接线柱上对向设置有两个卡爪,可以对连接器的方位起到限位的作用,同时由于上下两卡爪螺纹连接在接线柱上,可以相向运动,进而锁死其间的连接器,提高连接稳定性。

如图1所示,一种电缆连接器,包括一个接线柱1,若干个带有绝缘套的连接器2,接线柱1上螺纹连接有两个用于限位卡爪3,两个卡爪的卡条对向设置,所述的连接器2一端设置有用于套装在接线柱上的套孔21,另一端设有电缆通道22,电缆通道内部沿电缆方向设有卡齿,套孔内部设有片簧23。

1.一种电缆连接器,其特征在于,包括一个接线柱,若干个带有绝缘套的连接器,所述的接线柱上螺纹连接有两个用于限位卡爪,两个卡爪的卡条对向设置,所述的连接器一端设置有用于套装在接线柱上的套孔,另一端设有电缆通道,电缆通道内部沿电缆方向设有卡齿,所述的套孔内部设有片簧。
