本发明属于防冻液技术领域,尤其是一种机车发动机长效防冻液。
背景技术
目前,世界各国对防冻液专利申请比较多,主要成分为乙二醇和水,并加入防腐剂、防锈剂、稳定剂、颜色染色剂,现有的车辆防冻液都能够降低冰点,但是一般来说,对金属的腐蚀性较大。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种配比简单、成本低廉且防腐性能好的机车发动机长效防冻液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种机车发动机长效防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:乙二醇10~20 份,锡酸钠0.1~0.5 份,苯甲酸钠10~15 份,微品蜡5~10 份,己二酸10~15 份,石油树脂5~18 份,三乙醇胺5~10 份,冰乙酸 2~3份;芸苔素 0.1 ~0.5 份;醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份,磷酸二氢钾5~10 份,蒸馏水10~15份。  
本发明机车发动机长效防冻液的优点是:本发明和现有的技术相比,能够降低冰点,而且对金属的腐蚀性也较小。
