Abstract

Description
本申请是申请日为2007年5月17日、申请号为200780017895.8,以及发明名称为“液体分配设备中的改进及相关的液体分配设备”的中国发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于分配液体微粒细雾的设备,尤其是,但不仅仅是,涉及称为气刷的液体分配器。
背景技术
GB专利No.2273065描述了一种手动泵,所述手动泵可以连接到液体分配设备上以供应加压下的空气到液体源如笔为目的,所述笔具有吸收性材料制的笔尖。上述专利中所述的手动泵适合于与各种形式液体分配设备一起使用。
在GB2273065中所描述的手动泵包括球体,所述球体用柔性材料制成,形成具有开口端颈部,该颈部位于液体分配设备的入口端上方。空气通过液体分配设备中的喷嘴进入球体。当液体源已位于喷嘴附近时,挤压柔软的球体,空气喷嘴引导排出在液体源上及液体源上方。当松开球体时,空气再次通过液体分配设备的喷嘴吸上并进入球体中。
在GB 2357809中介绍了一种对GB 2273065的泵的改进。在这种装置中,提供一分开的空气入口。这防止油墨通过喷嘴往回吸,所述油墨回吸另外可能引起大的液滴分配到用户的衬底上。
在GB 2357809中所描述的泵的缺点是,为了穿过喷嘴和在笔尖上方得到足够的气流,需要较高的压力以便对使用中的设备提供所希望的作用。因此,将手动泵的最小尺寸限制成可以防止幼童有效地使用设备,幼童的手太小,以致不能用足够的力握持和挤压手动泵来在笔尖上方提供合适的气流。另外,手动泵的最小尺寸的限制提供一种设备,该设备对某些***来说可能显得笨拙而不实用。
发明内容
这些问题通过提供按照本发明所述的带倾斜开口的喷嘴得以解决。
按照本发明的一方面,提供了一种气刷设备,所述气刷设备包括喷嘴,喷嘴的一端具有孔,而喷嘴的另一端具有附接于其上的装置,所述装置用于提供穿过喷嘴并从孔排出的气流,喷嘴的有孔的端部具有相对于喷嘴的纵向轴线的倾斜表面,设备还包括支承装置,所述支承装置用于可松开式夹持液体源如毡尖试笔,液体源的一端在使用时指向喷嘴的倾斜表面。
优选的是,提供气流的装置包括手动式柔软的球体。
优选的是,毡尖式笔被支承装置夹持,因此在使用时笔尖的纵向轴线基本平行于喷嘴的倾斜表面放置。

具体实施方式
如从附图中可以看出的,球体10包括用柔软橡胶制成的连续表面。对一个端部12,球体10具有开口端颈部14。球体10的另一端16具有孔18,所述孔18用于容纳附件20,所述附件20合适地加工成一定形状,以便用不漏气的方式装配在孔18内。附件20提供将另一空气泵如机械泵或电动泵(未示出)连接到球体10的端部16上的装置。
在另一个实施例(未示出)中,球体没有容纳任何另外附件的孔。
球体10的颈部14连接到第一锥形喷嘴22上。第二喷嘴24叠加在第一喷嘴22的端部上。
第一喷嘴22的外表面具有附接于其上的支承结构26,所述支承结构支承和固定笔28例如像毡尖式笔。可供选择地,笔28可以包括装技术绘图笔的笔芯、普通笔或者像圆筒形容器的笔(包括例如汲取管,穿过所述汲取管可以抽出颜料如油墨)的笔尖。可供选择地,通过所述设备可以分配食用色素、丙烯酸基油墨和乳化涂料。选择支承结构26可以提供能应用各种不同的液体源。
当然,支承结构26可以附接到第一喷嘴22的外表面上。
向第二喷嘴24的有向第二喷嘴24的有孔端方向并向该方向倾斜。
第二喷嘴24的有孔端形成斜面30,该斜面与喷嘴24的纵向轴线成一角度是在20°和60°之间。优选的是倾斜角是在40°和50°之间。还优选的是倾斜角为45°。
斜面30的角度设计成当笔28在使用期间保持在支承结构26内时与笔28的笔尖32的角度相对应。这时,斜面30的坡度基本垂直于笔尖32的主要部分的方向。在附图中,这里把笔尖32示出为子弹头形,笔尖32的尖头倾斜离开喷嘴24以便形成一点。然而,笔尖32的露出的表面的主要部分基本保持与斜面的坡度平行。
在使用期间,空气被引导穿过设备,从喷嘴24排出,并进入笔尖32的露出的侧表面中。空气的膨胀正好在形成细雾的笔尖32的尖头处发生。
喷嘴24的有孔端具有斜面30,以便在使用期间增加穿过喷嘴并在笔尖32上方的气流。因此,空气可以在低压下被引导穿过空气设备,所述设备能使球体10的尺寸显著减小,并因此供幼童使用更有吸引力和更实用。
另外,可以使用低压自动气泵如电动泵来提供穿过装置的气流。
在另一个实施例(未示出)中,用吸管代替球体10,空气可以穿过所述吸管吹送,以便提供气流。喷嘴24的有孔端的斜面30在笔尖32上方提供足够的气流,以便即使使用简单的吸管也能得到有效的结果。
应该意识到,上述泵仅是按照本发明所述的泵的一个实施例的示例性例子,且仅是可以使用的液体分配设备的一种形式。专业技术读者应该理解,在不脱离本发明的实际范围的情况下,可以很容易对其进行各种改变。
Claims (3)
1.一种气刷设备,所述气刷设备用于从毡尖式笔的笔尖产生液体颗粒的细雾,所述气刷设备包括:
具有笔尖(32)的毡尖式笔(28);
手动式柔软的球体(10)或吸管,能够吹送空气,以便提供气流;
气流喷嘴,所述气流喷嘴包括第一锥形喷嘴(22)和第二喷嘴(24),其中所述第一锥形喷嘴(22)的第一端连接于所述柔软的球体或吸管;所述第二喷嘴(24)叠加在所述第一锥形喷嘴(22)的第二端,所述第二喷嘴(24)包括有孔端,空气穿过所述有孔端的孔排到所述毡尖式笔的所述笔尖上;
支承结构(26),所述支承结构附接于所述第一锥形喷嘴(22),并被设置用于支承所述毡尖式笔(28);
其特征在于,所述第二喷嘴的有孔端形成有斜面(30),所述斜面与所述第二喷嘴的纵向轴线成20度至60度之间,从而所述有孔端平行于所述毡尖式笔的纵轴,并且所述有孔端提供用于接收所述毡尖式笔(28)的笔尖(32)一侧的空间。
2.按照权利要求1所述的气刷设备,其特征在于,所述第二喷嘴的有孔端形成的所述斜面与所述第二喷嘴的纵向轴线成在40°和50°之间的角度。
3.按照权利要求1所述的气刷设备,其特征在于,所述第二喷嘴的有孔端形成的所述斜面与所述第二喷嘴的纵向轴线成45°角度。
