本发明涉及一种用于治疗椎间盘突出的中药制剂。
背景技术    
***后人体各种组织即出现退行性变，其中椎间盘的变化发生较早，主要变化是髓核脱水，脱水后椎间盘失去其正常的弹性和张力，在此基础上由于较重的外伤或多次反复的不明显损伤，造成纤维环软弱或破裂，髓核即由该处突出，压迫神经根而产生神经根受损伤征象；也可由中央向后突出，压迫马尾神经，造成大小便障碍。如纤维环完全破裂，破碎的髓核组织进入椎管，可造成广泛的马尾神经损害。由于下腰部负重大，活动多，故突出多发生于腰4-5与腰5-骶1间隙。传统的手术治疗对两侧骨性结构的破坏较严重，而且老年人术后恢复能力较差，反而影响病人的生活起居。因此，中药口服药治疗治疗椎间盘突出，更加人性化，适合广泛推广应用。
发明内容    
本发明的目的是想提供一种新的用于治疗椎间盘突出的中药，该中药从引起椎间盘突出的原因出发，从根本上治疗椎间盘突出病，治疗效果好，愈后不再复发。
为实现本发明的上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗椎间盘突出的中药制剂，其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的：水蛭3-5份； 全蝎8-10、血竭15-20、麻黄8-10，地龙8-10、胆南星3-5、川续断15-20、桃仁15-20、制马钱子5-8、当归15-20、巴戟天5-8、豨莶草5-8、红萆薢8-10、汉防己8-10、薏苡仁12-25、土鳖虫4-7、桂枝8-10、儿茶8-10、申姜8-10、秦艽15-20、千年健15-20、方海8-10、络石藤15-20、川军15-20。
按常规方法，可将上述原料加工成药粉或药丸，分装即可。 
服用方法：一日三次，一次４-８克，以黄酒送服，15天为一疗程。
中医认为椎间盘突出主要是扭伤或过度劳累导致筋脉不通、经络瘀阻而引起，也有肾气不足的原因。故治疗当以活血化瘀、通络利湿、舒筋通络止痛、壮腰健肾等方面进行治疗。研究发现：水蛭具有活血清瘀、治疗跌打损伤等功效；土鳖虫具有逐瘀、破积、通络、理伤以及接骨续筋、消肿止痛的功效；所采用的全蝎能息风止痉,攻毒散结,通络止痛；麻黄具有发汗散寒、宣肺平喘、行水消肿、 散阴疽、消症结的功效；地龙具有清热定惊、通络等功效，可治疗风湿关节疼痛、关节麻痹，肢体麻木，半身不遂；胆南星具有清热化痰，息风定惊的功效；川续断有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血止痛的功效；桃仁具有破血行瘀、润燥滑肠等功效；制马钱子具有活血通络、消炎抗菌、止痛、祛瘀生肌的功效；当归有补血活血、抑菌、抗动脉硬化的作用；巴戟天具有补肾助阳、祛风除湿的功效；豨莶草具有祛风湿、止痛、化湿热等功效；红萆薢有祛风湿、利关节、解疮毒的功效，可治风湿痛，腰膝痹痛；汉防己有行水、泻下焦湿热等功效；薏苡仁有去湿除风、清热排脓、除痹止痛的功效；桂枝有散寒解表的功效；儿茶具有清热化痰、生津止渴、止血定痛、收湿敛疮等功效；申姜具有补肾强骨、续伤止痛的功效；秦艽具有祛风湿、清湿热、止痹痛的功效；千年健主治风湿痹痛、肢节酸育、筋骨痿软、跌打损伤；方海具有清热、散瘀、消肿解毒的功效；络石藤具有祛风通络、凉血消肿的功效；川军有清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效；血竭具有活血散瘀，定痛，止血生肌的功效。本发明将这些药物有机的组合在一起，所制成的中药，能有效治疗椎间盘突出病，尤其是对因风寒湿痹引起的椎间盘突出病具有更好的疗效，三年来，通过对150名椎间盘突出患者的使用表明，有效者为133名，总有效率达89%，治愈者为92名，治愈率为61%。
具体治疗情况见下表：
下面结合具体病例进一步说明本发明的效果。
   病例1：刘某，男，54岁，2011年7月6日就诊。其患有椎间盘突出10年多，期间曾多次贴过膏药，也进行过理疗，但均未治愈，贴膏药时或理疗时，病情缓解，停用后又复发。服用本发明的药物一个疗程后即明显见效，又接着服用三个疗程后，痊愈，至今没有复发过。
   病例2：张某，男，45岁，2011年8月9日就诊。其患有椎间盘疼痛3年多，三天前，腰痛并向双下肢放射痛，下肢有麻木感。服用本发明的药物一个疗程后即明显见效，又接着服用二个疗程后，痊愈，至今没有复发过。
    病例3：王某，女，47岁，2012年5月7日就诊。其椎间盘突出已有6年之久，出现行走时间歇性跛行，期间每年严重时都贴膏药，痛疼时也吃过西药，也进行过理疗，但均未治愈，治疗时，病情缓解，停用后又复发。其椎间盘突出反复发作，遇寒痛疼增加，得温则痛疼减轻。服用本发明的药物一个疗程时即明显见效，又接着服用二个疗程后，痊愈，至今没有复发过。
病例4：聂某，女，34岁，2012年11月20日就诊。检查出椎间盘突出1年多，腰痛并向单侧下肢放射痛，行走吃力。服用本发明的药物一个疗程后，感觉有效果，又接着服用了一个疗程，其下肢恢复正常，行走自如，至今没有复发过。
具体实施方式
     下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
     实施例1：按重量称取下烈药材：水蛭3斤； 全蝎8斤、血竭15斤、麻黄8斤，地龙8斤、胆南星3斤、川续断15斤、桃仁15斤、制马钱子5斤、当归15斤、巴戟天5斤、豨莶草5斤、红萆薢8斤、汉防己8斤、薏苡仁12斤、土鳖虫4斤、桂枝8斤、儿茶8-斤、申姜8斤、秦艽15斤、千年健15斤、方海8斤、络石藤15斤、川军15斤。按常规方法，将上述原料加工成药粉或药丸，分装即可。

实施例3：按重量称取下烈药材：水蛭5斤； 全蝎8斤、血竭16斤、麻黄9斤，地龙9斤、胆南星5斤、川续断16斤、桃仁15斤、制马钱子8斤、当归18斤、巴戟天8斤、豨莶草8斤、红萆薢9斤、汉防己9斤、薏苡仁15斤、土鳖虫7斤、桂枝8斤、儿茶10斤、申姜9斤、秦艽17斤、千年健18斤、方海8斤、络石藤18斤、川军17斤。按常规方法，将上述原料加工成药粉或药丸，分装即可。
该配比实际治疗过程中的痊愈率要比其余两个实施例都高一些，痊愈率能达到80%以上。
另外，人们常说的椎间盘突出多指腰椎间盘突出，其实颈椎、胸椎之间均有椎间盘，也同样可以突出，不过症状和体征，以及治疗方法不同而已。所以本发明的中药剂也对颈椎、胸椎疼痛症状有治疗效果。

1.一种治疗椎间盘突出的中药制剂，其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的：水蛭3-5份； 全蝎8-10、血竭15-20、麻黄8-10，地龙8-10、胆南星3-5、川续断15-20、桃仁15-20、制马钱子5-8、当归15-20、巴戟天5-8、豨莶草5-8、红萆薢8-10、汉防己8-10、薏苡仁12-25、土鳖虫4-7、桂枝8-10、儿茶8-10、申姜8-10、秦艽15-20、千年健15-20、方海8-10、络石藤15-20、川军15-20。
