Abstract

本发明提供一种新型端子排,包括本体,所述本体上侧和下侧设置有端子座,所述上下两侧相平行的端子座之间导电,所述端子座为上下夹板式,所述端子座后部设置有微型气缸,所述微型气的伸缩杆连接在端子座的下夹板上,所述微型气缸的底部设置有传感器,所述本体上、上下端子座之间设置有按钮,所述按钮控制传感器进而控制微型气缸的伸缩。通过微型气缸控制端子座夹紧电线,并且通过传感器控制微型气缸的伸缩,避免使用螺丝对端子座进行固定造成的螺丝滑牙或或滑丝,导致的端子座损坏,并且通过总开关集体控制微型气缸,方便迅速的拆卸多个端子座上的电线。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电柜领域,更具体的说是涉及一种方便安装电线的新型端子排。
背景技术
目前,配电柜中都使用普通的端子排进行线路的连接。而普通的端子排在固定电线时,由于使用的螺丝进行端子座的固定,而使用螺丝固定端子座无法控制上紧力,并且在上螺丝时容易将螺丝拧滑丝,造成端子排损坏,并且螺丝上方的螺纹一旦滑牙,则无法将螺丝拧下,造成电线无法取出。因此,解决端子排使用螺丝进行固定电线产生的各种问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便安装电线的新型端子排,通过微型气缸对端子座进行压紧,避免使用螺丝对端子座进行固定,解决了端子排使用螺丝进行固定电线产生的各种问题。
本发明提供一种新型端子排,包括本体,所述本体上侧和下侧设置有端子座,所述上下两侧相平行的端子座之间导电,所述端子座为上下夹板式,所述端子座后部设置有微型气缸,所述微型气的伸缩杆连接在端子座的下夹板上,所述微型气缸的底部设置有传感器,所述本体上、上下端子座之间设置有按钮,所述按钮控制传感器进而控制微型气缸的伸缩。
进一步改进在于:所述本体底部设置有轨道,所述本体可在轨道上移动,所述本体两端设置有卡置机构,所述卡置机构用于固定本体在轨道上的位置。
进一步改进在于:所述端子座的数量为双数,且每个端子座下端都设置有微型气缸。
进一步改进在于:所述端子座上端右侧设置有总开关,所述总开关控制全部的微型气缸。
本发明的有益效果:通过微型气缸控制端子座夹紧电线,并且通过传感器控制微型气缸的伸缩,避免使用螺丝对端子座进行固定造成的螺丝滑牙或或滑丝,导致的端子座损坏,并且通过总开关集体控制微型气缸,方便迅速的拆卸多个端子座上的电线。

如图1、2所示,本实施例提供了一种新型端子排,包括本体1,所述本体1上侧和下侧设置有端子座2,所述上下两侧相平行的端子座2之间导电,所述端子座2为上下夹板式,所述端子座2后部设置有微型气缸3,所述微型气缸3的伸缩杆连接在端子座2的下夹板上,所述微型气缸3的底部设置有传感器4,所述本体1上、上下端子座2之间设置有按钮5,所述按钮5控制传感器4进而控制微型气缸3的伸缩。所述本体1底部设置有轨道6,所述本体1可在轨道6上移动,所述本体1两端设置有卡置机构7,所述卡置机构7用于固定本体1在轨道6上的位置。所述端子座2的数量为双数,且每个端子座2下端都设置有微型气缸3。所述端子座2上端右侧设置有总开关8,所述总开关8控制全部的微型气缸3。通过微型气缸3控制端子座2夹紧电线,并且通过传感器4控制微型气缸3的伸缩,避免使用螺丝对端子座2进行固定造成的螺丝滑牙或或滑丝,导致的端子座2损坏,并且通过总开关8集体控制微型气缸3,方便迅速的拆卸多个端子座2上的电线。

1.一种新型端子排,包括本体(1),所述本体(1)上侧和下侧设置有端子座(2),所述上下两侧相平行的端子座(2)之间导电,其特征在于:所述端子座(2)为上下夹板式,所述端子座(2)后部设置有微型气缸(3),所述微型气缸(3)的伸缩杆连接在端子座(2)的下夹板上,所述微型气缸(3)的底部设置有传感器(4),所述本体(1)上、上下端子座(2)之间设置有按钮(5),所述按钮(5)控制传感器(4)进而控制微型气缸(3)的伸缩。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型端子排,其特征在于:所述本体(1)底部设置有轨道(6),所述本体(1)可在轨道(6)上移动,所述本体(1)两端设置有卡置机构(7),所述卡置机构(7)用于固定本体(1)在轨道(6)上的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型端子排,其特征在于:所述端子座(2)的数量为双数,且每个端子座(2)下端都设置有微型气缸(3)。
4.如权利要求3所述的新型端子排,其特征在于:所述端子座(2)上端右侧设置有总开关(8),所述总开关(8)控制全部的微型气缸(3)。
