Abstract
本发明提供一种太阳能LED庭院灯,包括灯头、灯架和设置于灯架内部的蓄电池,灯架的上端通过旋转连接件连接有灯头,旋转连接件的下端固定设有太阳能电池板,其特征是在灯头里设有LED光源组件,所述太阳能电池板包括上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板,在上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板之间设有透明导电层和薄膜电池板,所述薄膜电池板与下层绝缘基板之间设有背面电极层,所述LED光源组件包括铝基板和LED,铝基板上设有若干个碗形槽,所述LED包括芯片和荧光粉,芯片固定在碗形槽底面的铝板上,荧光粉设在芯片上,铜箔线路板与芯片通过金钱连接。本发明具有太阳能利用率高,使用寿命长,发光效率高等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能LED庭院灯。
背景技术
现有的太阳能LED庭院灯存在以下不足:一是太阳能电池板对太阳能的收集能力较低;二是LED光源散热效果不好,影响使用寿命;三是LED内的环氧树脂容易受紫外线的干扰,长时间工作后树脂慢慢变得混浊,影响发光效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种太阳能利用率高,使用寿命长,发光效率高的太阳能LED庭院灯。本发明的目的可通过以下方案来实现:一种太阳能LED庭院灯,包括灯头、灯架和设置于灯架内部的蓄电池,蓄电池与灯头电连接,灯架的上端通过旋转连接件连接有灯头,使得灯头能水平360度旋转,旋转连接件的下端固定设有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板与蓄电池电连接,其特征是在灯头里设有LED光源组件,在灯头内表壁上设有聚光层,聚光层能够汇聚LED光源组件的光线,使其照明更远、理清晰,灯头的开口处密封固定设有透明玻璃罩,该透明玻璃罩能够保护LED光源组件免遭风吹雨淋的侵袭,所述太阳能电池板包括上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板,在上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板之间设有透明导电层和薄膜电池板,上层绝缘基板的上表面设有若干个凸起,所述薄膜电池板与下层绝缘基板之间设有背面电极层,这种结构的太阳能电池板增加了单块电池的太阳光的吸收面积,提高太阳光的吸收效率,增强了电池板的光照度,提高了光电转换效率;所述LED光源组件包括铝基板和LED,所述铝基板为长方形,由铜箔线路板,导热绝缘层和铝板三层组成,上层为铜箔线路板,底层为铝板,导热绝缘层处在铜箔线路板和铝板之间,铝基板上设有若干个碗形槽,碗形槽的底部处在铝板上,所述LED包括芯片和荧光粉,芯片固定在碗形槽底面的铝板上,荧光粉设在芯片上,铜箔线路板与芯片通过金钱连接。由于芯片直接安装在铝板上,无需通过导热绝缘层,而是直接通过铝板直接散热,另外,铜箔线路板不仅导电,还能通过连接芯片的金线散发一部分热量,大大提高了LED的散热效果,延长了LED的使用寿命,碗形槽的设置可以加大LED的照射角度,不再使用环氧树脂,使得长时间工作也不会影响LED的发光效率。本发明具有太阳能利用率高,使用寿命长,发光效率高等特点。

对照图1、图2、图3可知,一种太阳能LED庭院灯,包括灯头1、灯架2和设置于灯架2内部的蓄电池3,蓄电池与灯头电连接,灯架的上端通过旋转连接件4连接有灯头,旋转连接件的下端固定设有太阳能电池板5,太阳能电池板与蓄电池电连接,其特征是在灯头里设有LED光源组件6,在灯头内表壁上设有聚光层7,灯头的开口处密封固定设有透明玻璃罩8,所述太阳能电池板包括上层绝缘基板9和下层绝缘基板10,在上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板之间设有透明导电层11和薄膜电池板12,上层绝缘基板的上表面设有若干个凸起13,所述薄膜电池板与下层绝缘基板之间设有背面电极层14,所述LED光源组件包括铝基板和LED15,所述铝基板为长方形,由铜箔线路板16、导热绝缘层17和铝板18三层组成,上层为铜箔线路板,底层为铝板,导热绝缘层处在铜箔线路板和铝板之间,铝基板上设有若干个碗形槽19,碗形槽的底部处在铝板上,所述LED包括芯片20和荧光粉21,芯片固定在碗形槽底面的铝板上,荧光粉设在芯片上,铜箔线路板与芯片通过金钱22连接。

1.一种太阳能LED庭院灯,包括灯头(1)、灯架(2)和设置于灯架(2)内部的蓄电池(3),蓄电池与灯头电连接,灯架的上端通过旋转连接件(4)连接有灯头,旋转连接件的下端固定设有太阳能电池板(5),太阳能电池板与蓄电池电连接,其特征是在灯头里设有LED光源组件(6),在灯头内表壁上设有聚光层(7),灯头的开口处密封固定设有透明玻璃罩(8),所述太阳能电池板包括上层绝缘基板(9)和下层绝缘基板(10),在上层绝缘基板和下层绝缘基板之间设有透明导电层(11)和薄膜电池板(12),上层绝缘基板的上表面设有若干个凸起(13),所述薄膜电池板与下层绝缘基板之间设有背面电极层(14),所述LED光源组件包括铝基板和LED(15),所述铝基板为长方形,由铜箔线路板(16)、导热绝缘层(17)和铝板(18)三层组成,上层为铜箔线路板,底层为铝板,导热绝缘层处在铜箔线路板和铝板之间,铝基板上设有若干个碗形槽(19),碗形槽的底部处在铝板上,所述LED包括芯片(20)和荧光粉(21),芯片固定在碗形槽底面的铝板上,荧光粉设在芯片上,铜箔线路板与芯片通过金钱(22)连接。
