Abstract
一种背光结构,包括背板,其中背板上设有发光体,其中,所述背板上设有凸起结构,所述发光体设于所述凸起结构上。这种凸起结构可以是条状凸起,也可以是同心设置的多个同心环台。本发明还提供了一种包括这种背光结构液晶显示屏。这种背光结构,通过发光体固定在具有曲面的背板上,从而改变灯珠发光角度、光源密度等参数,有利于光源均匀化,提高混光效率,减少直下式背光厚度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及直下式液晶显示屏上的背光结构及液晶显示屏。
背景技术
目前常规直下式液晶显示屏,是通过液晶显示屏的背板平面上平铺的矩阵发光体,发出的光射入扩散板,通过光学膜片光均匀化,形成背光供液晶玻璃用。而此结构由于发光体需要一定距离发散,所以需要占据一定厚度,或者通过增加发光体矩阵密度提高光均匀性;但这样会使模组厚度变得很厚,或者提高发光体成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的之一是提供了一种背光结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的这种背光结构,包括背板,其中背板上设有发光体,其中,所述背板上设有凸起结构,所述发光体设于所述凸起结构上;所述凸起结构为背板向内凸起的若干个同心环台,所述同心环台的台面为斜面;所述同心环台有两组,包括内环台和外环台,其中内环台的台面为自内向外降低倾斜的台面,外环台的台面为自内向外升高倾斜的台面。
优选地,所述同心环台的中心设于背板的中心。
优选地,所述发光体均匀设于所述凸起结构上。
优选地,所述发光体为LED灯条。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种液晶显示屏,其背光结构是以上所述的背光结构。
有益效果:本发明提供的这种背光结构,通过LED灯条固定在具有曲面的背板上,从而改变灯珠发光角度、光源密度等参数,有利于光源均匀化,提高混光效率,减少直下式背光厚度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例1提供的这种背光结构,包括背板10,其中背板结构区别于现有的平板设计,是带有凸起结构的,这种凸起结构为背板向内的弧状凸起,或称为弧面,这里根据背板尺寸的不同,把大尺寸的方向称之为宽度方向,相对小尺寸的方向称之为高度方向,本实施例要求该弧面的凸起结构为自宽度方向的两侧向中间逐渐内凸的结构,即在背板10的同一宽度方向的凸起高度在高度方向上相同,而发光体均匀并排地设于背板10上,这里的发光体为LED灯条20,本实施例提供的这种背光结构,可以使得在弧面上的LED灯条20的投射方向也呈放射性,加大了投影角度,当然,需要将LED灯条20上的LED灯尽量均匀地排布,以求达到发出的光均匀的效果,这种因为背板10上的弧状结构实质上是将LED灯条20上的LED灯按一定角度变化顺序排列,有利于调节光照的均匀,提高混光效率,而且可以进一步地减少直下式背光板的厚度。而且这种背板10整体的弧状设计,还有利于LED灯条20根据LED灯的排列密度、功率等调节LED灯条排列的数量,位置可调。
实施例2
如图2所示,这种背光结构的凸块结构为背板10事先设计好的按一定规律排列的向内的条形凸起30,这些条形凸起30设于背板10的宽度方向,且条形凸起30上表面呈两端低中间高的弧状,LED灯条20贴于弧状的条形凸起30上,参见图3。再如图4所示,这种直下式液晶显示屏包括前框1、胶框2、液晶玻璃3、光学膜片4、导光板5、背板10、灯条20、反射片6,使用了这种背光结构的液晶显示屏可以进一步减小背光厚度。
实施例3
参照图5至图8,本实施例区别于以上实施例之处在于,凸起结构为背板向内凸起的若干个同心环台40,本实施例中,同心环台40有两组,包括内环台41和外环台42,为了使得光的效果更均匀,可以将同心环台40的中心设于背板10的中心,另外,为了使得LED灯条20也如以上实施例一样有一定角度变化的变形,本实施例的同心环台40的台面为斜面,分别是内环台41的台面43为自内向外降低倾斜的台面,外环台42的台面44为自内向外升高倾斜的台面,这样,LED灯条20也同样为环形贴于台面上,同样可以理解,在应用于液晶显示屏上时,反射板6的形状与背板10一致,随着设有同心环台40的地方反射板6也随之变化,但是在需要在LED灯相应的地方设有通孔,这样的结构同样达到如以上实施例一样的效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种背光结构,包括背板(10),其中背板(10)上设有发光体(20),其特征在于,所述背板(10)上设有凸起结构,所述发光体(20)设于所述凸起结构上;所述凸起结构为背板(10)向内凸起的若干个同心环台(40),所述同心环台的台面为斜面;所述同心环台(40)有两组,包括内环台(41)和外环台(42),其中内环台(41)的台面(43)为自内向外降低倾斜的台面,外环台(42)的台面(44)为自内向外升高倾斜的台面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光结构,其特征在于,所述同心环台(40)的中心设于背板(10)的中心。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光结构,其特征在于,所述发光体(20)均匀设于所述凸起结构上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光结构,其特征在于,所述发光体(20)为LED灯条。
5.一种液晶显示屏,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的背光结构。
