本发明公开了一种叠加式顺序阀,包括具有一定厚度的阀体,阀体内设置有阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀体一侧设置有压力检测口,阀体另一侧设置有弹簧,所述弹簧尾部设置有调节螺杆,所述弹簧通过外部的阀盖设置在阀体的一侧,所述弹簧端部固定设置有一密封块,所述阀体底部设置有一进油口,所述进油口和压力检测口之间设置有轴向孔,所述阀体顶部设置有至少两个出油口,所述出油口之间通过连接通道相连,所述密封块可密封***并沿着连接通道移动。分别通过阀芯和弹簧来控制各个出油口的开启或切断状态,结构简单、成本低、控制偏差小。

一种叠加式顺序阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种叠加式顺序阀。
背景技术
顺序阀是在具有二个以上分支回路的***中,根据回路的压力等来控制执行元件动作顺序的阀,其中,叠加式顺序阀是一种常用的顺序阀。
现有设计的叠加式顺序阀当具有多个出油口时,均通过阀芯来控制各个出油口的开启或切断状态,此种结构导致顺序阀结构复杂、成本高、控制偏差大。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种叠加式顺序阀,分别通过阀芯和弹簧来控制各个出油口的开启或切断状态,结构简单、成本低、控制偏差小。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种叠加式顺序阀,包括具有一定厚度的阀体,阀体内设置有阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀体一侧设置有压力检测口,阀体另一侧设置有弹簧,所述弹簧尾部设置有调节螺杆,所述弹簧通过外部的阀盖设置在阀体的一侧,所述弹簧端部固定设置有一密封块,所述阀体底部设置有一进油口,所述进油口和压力检测口之间设置有轴向孔,所述阀体顶部设置有至少两个出油口,所述出油口之间通过连接通道相连,所述密封块可密封***并沿着连接通道移动。
优选,所述出油口沿着轴向成直线排列。
优选,所述连接通道和密封块均呈圆柱形。
其中,阀芯仅控制部分出油口的开启和切断,弹簧控制其余部分出油口的开启和切断,此种结构,可以使得出油口均匀分布在顺序阀的阀体上,而不必局限在阀芯的周围,更方便控制。或者,相同的出油口数量,本设计可以使得顺序阀和阀芯的体积更小,结构简单、成本低、控制偏差小。
本发明的有益效果是:叠加式顺序阀分别通过阀芯和弹簧来控制各个出油口的开启或切断状态,结构简单、成本低、控制偏差小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,一种叠加式顺序阀,包括具有一定厚度的阀体1,阀体1内设置有阀芯3,所述阀体1一侧(图中的左侧)设置有压力检测口2,阀体1另一侧(图中的右侧)设置有弹簧7,所述弹簧7尾部即弹簧7的右侧设置有调节螺杆8,通过调节螺杆8可以调节弹簧7的弹簧7力,进而控制各个出油口的状态。所述弹簧7通过外部的阀盖6设置在阀体1的一侧,所述弹簧7端部即靠近阀芯3的一侧固定设置有一密封块12,其中,考虑到使用环境,优选,密封块12的材质是聚四氟乙烯、氟橡胶等,密封效果好。
图1中,阀体1底部设置有一进油口9,所述进油口9和压力检测口2之间设置有轴向孔11,所述阀体1顶部设置有至少两个出油口,图中仅示出2个出油口,分别是第一出油口4和第二出油口5,第一出油口4和第二出油口5之间通过连接通道10相连,所述密封块12可密封***并沿着连接通道10移动。其中,优选,出油口沿着轴向即图中的水平方向成直线排列,连接通道10和密封块12均呈圆柱形。
进油口9和第一出油口4位于阀芯3的上下端,且阀芯3控制第一出油口4的状态,弹簧7控制第二出油口5的状态。其具体工作过程如下:
压力油从进油口9进入阀体1后,首先经轴向孔11进入到阀芯3的左端,作用在阀芯3的有效作用面积上,当液压力略大于弹簧7的弹簧7力时,密封块12右移距离不足以开启第二出油口5,阀芯3右移,油液由进油口9进入第一出油口4,即第一出油口4开启,第二出油口5切断;当压力达到一定值时,即密封块12右移一定距离后,第二出油口5也开启,因此连接在第一出油口4和第二出油口5的器件会根据回路的压力、有顺序的执行动作。

1.一种叠加式顺序阀,包括具有一定厚度的阀体(1),阀体(1)内设置有阀芯(3),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)一侧设置有压力检测口(2),阀体(1)另一侧设置有弹簧(7),所述弹簧(7)尾部设置有调节螺杆(8),所述弹簧(7)通过外部的阀盖(6)设置在阀体(1)的一侧,所述弹簧(7)端部固定设置有一密封块(12),所述阀体(1)底部设置有一进油口(9),所述进油口(9)和压力检测口(2)之间设置有轴向孔(11),所述阀体(1)顶部设置有至少两个出油口,所述出油口之间通过连接通道(10)相连,所述密封块(12)可密封***并沿着连接通道(10)移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种叠加式顺序阀,其特征在于,所述出油口沿着轴向成直线排列。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种叠加式顺序阀,其特征在于,所述连接通道(10)和密封块(12)均呈圆柱形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种叠加式顺序阀,其特征在于,所述出油口的数量为2个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种叠加式顺序阀,其特征在于,所述密封块(12)的材质是聚四氟乙烯。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种叠加式顺序阀,其特征在于,所述密封块(12)的材质是氟橡胶。
