本发明涉及一种射流泵,该射流泵包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通,所述喷射器上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;所述连通管包括陶瓷管和贴覆于陶瓷管周壁的橡胶层,所述陶瓷管和橡胶层之间涂敷有树脂胶。该射流泵不但具有较强的耐腐蚀性,而且工作效率很高。

一种射流泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种射流泵,属于泵体技术领域。
背景技术
射流泵利用流体来传递能量和质量的真空获得装置,采用有一定压力的水流通过喷嘴射流喷出,由于喷射水流速特别高,将压力能转变为速度能,使吸气区压力降低产生真空,在大气压的作用下将物料带走。射流泵具有加工制作简单、运行安全、维修方便、效果较好等优点,可适应不同的工作环境和要求,甚至可直接抽吸高浓度腐蚀性液体,并可以应用于减少环境污染改善工作条件等方面,有着机械式、水环式真空泵不可比拟的优点。
但目前射流泵中用的输送管多为柔性软管,耐腐蚀性较差,不适合恶劣环境下的生产应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:提供一种耐腐蚀的射流泵,该射流泵可以减少连通管的更换周期,从而降低生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种射流泵,包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通,所述喷射器上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;所述连通管包括陶瓷管和贴覆于陶瓷管周壁的橡胶层,所述陶瓷管和橡胶层之间涂敷有树脂胶。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述橡胶层由依次排列的橡胶片贴敷在陶瓷管周壁上组合而成。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述树脂胶为环氧树脂胶。
本发明在使用时,所述连通管与流体源(如水源)连通,喷射器在喷嘴出口后侧形成“真空”区,流体在大气压的作用下流向真空区,并与喷射器喷出的流体进行混合,然后从溢流管流出,从而实现流体的传输。
本发明由于采用陶瓷管作为连通管,与传输的液体直接接触,充分利用陶瓷表面光滑而且容易制造的优点,从而减小水流在流道内流动的阻力,提高了射流泵的效率,从而降低了生产成本。由于陶瓷有较强的耐腐蚀性,因而本发明采用陶瓷管作为连通管,提高了连通管的耐腐蚀性,降低了连通管的更换频率,从而进一步降低了生产成本。另外,在陶瓷管周壁包敷有橡胶层,利用橡胶的高弹性和高黏性,可以使其具有良好的减震和缓冲性能,克服陶瓷固有的脆性大、耐冲击能力低的缺点,提高了连通管的可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的射流泵如图1所示,包括箱体1、离心泵3和喷射器4,喷射器4安装在箱体1的顶部,箱体1的一侧上部设有溢流管5,离心泵3的入水口与箱体1连通,离心泵3的出水口与喷射器4连通;喷射器4上设有连通管6,连通管6穿出箱体1后与流体源连接。
如图2所示,本实施例中连通管6包括陶瓷管6-1和贴覆于陶瓷管周壁的橡胶层6-2,陶瓷管6-1和橡胶层6-2之间涂敷有树脂胶,树脂胶可以采用环氧树脂胶。本实施例在陶瓷管6-1周壁包敷有橡胶层6-2,利用橡胶的高弹性和高黏性,可以使其具有良好的减震和缓冲性能,克服陶瓷固有的脆性大、耐冲击能力低的缺点,提高了连通管的可靠性。
本实施例中箱体1内还可以设置竖直的隔离板2,溢流管5和喷射器4分居隔离板2的两侧,离心泵3的入水口与溢流管5位于隔离板2的相同侧。这样可以避免喷射器4喷出的高速水流引起的水面波动影响离心泵3的平稳运转。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均为本发明要求的保护范围。

1. 一种射流泵,包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通,所述喷射器上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;其特征在于:所述连通管包括陶瓷管和贴覆于陶瓷管周壁的橡胶层,所述陶瓷管和橡胶层之间涂敷有树脂胶。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述橡胶层由依次排列的橡胶片贴敷在陶瓷管周壁上组合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述树脂胶为环氧树脂胶。
