本发明公开了一种反光防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、亚铁***0.3-1、茶树油0.3-1、甲基丙烯酸十八酯0.5-1、二元氯醋树脂2-3、环己六醇1-2、烯基丁二酸酯2-3、硼化钼1-2、无水氯化钙2-3、硅酸铝1-2、硅酸镁1-2、反光玻璃微珠10-14、松油醇1-2、氯化石蜡2-3、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水11-20,本发明的防水涂料,具有良好的防水性、耐洗性,且色彩鲜艳持久、反光率高,主要用于制作的各种反光标志标牌、车辆号牌、反光服装、安全设施等,安全性保护性好。

一种反光防水涂料
技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种反光防水涂料。
背景技术
    随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗老化、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不反光、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,环保性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种反光防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种反光防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、亚铁***0.3-1、茶树油0.3-1、甲基丙烯酸十八酯0.5-1、二元氯醋树脂2-3、环己六醇1-2、烯基丁二酸酯2-3、硼化钼1-2、无水氯化钙2-3、硅酸铝1-2、硅酸镁1-2、反光玻璃微珠10-14、松油醇1-2、氯化石蜡2-3、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水11-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液40-46、羟基硬脂酸2-3、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、植物甾醇1-2、乳酸钙2-3、氯化石蜡2-3、聚磷酸铵0.6-1、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3-1、去离子水70-80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,40-50℃下搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,300-400转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种反光防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将反光玻璃微珠与硼化钼、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀后加入松油醇、二元氯醋树脂、40-50℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,滴加茶树油,滴加完毕后加入去离子水,70-100转/分搅拌分散6-12分钟;
将硅酸铝、硅酸镁、亚铁***混合,球磨均匀,加入烯基丁二酸酯,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述反光防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料,具有良好的防水性、耐洗性,且色彩鲜艳持久、反光率高,主要用于制作的各种反光标志标牌、车辆号牌、反光服装、安全设施等,安全性保护性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种反光防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液80、亚铁***0.3、茶树油0.3、甲基丙烯酸十八酯0.5、二元氯醋树脂2、环己六醇2、烯基丁二酸酯2、硼化钼1、无水氯化钙3、硅酸铝1、硅酸镁2、反光玻璃微珠14、松油醇2、氯化石蜡3、成膜助剂5、去离子水20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液46、羟基硬脂酸2、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4、植物甾醇2、乳酸钙2、氯化石蜡2、聚磷酸铵0.6、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3、去离子水80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,60℃下搅拌混合2分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,50℃下搅拌混合20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,400转/分搅拌分散40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种反光防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将反光玻璃微珠与硼化钼、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀后加入松油醇、二元氯醋树脂、50℃下搅拌混合5分钟,滴加茶树油,滴加完毕后加入去离子水,100转/分搅拌分散12分钟;
将硅酸铝、硅酸镁、亚铁***混合,球磨均匀,加入烯基丁二酸酯,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1100转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述反光防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种反光防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液72-80、亚铁***0.3-1、茶树油0.3-1、甲基丙烯酸十八酯0.5-1、二元氯醋树脂2-3、环己六醇1-2、烯基丁二酸酯2-3、硼化钼1-2、无水氯化钙2-3、硅酸铝1-2、硅酸镁1-2、反光玻璃微珠10-14、松油醇1-2、氯化石蜡2-3、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水11-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液40-46、羟基硬脂酸2-3、α-溴代肉桂醛0.4-1、植物甾醇1-2、乳酸钙2-3、氯化石蜡2-3、聚磷酸铵0.6-1、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3-1、去离子水70-80;
将聚磷酸铵、乳酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入羟基硬脂酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,得预混料;
将羧甲基纤维素钠加入到上述去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入松油醇、植物甾醇、α-溴代肉桂醛,40-50℃下搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入上述预混料,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,300-400转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的反光防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将反光玻璃微珠与硼化钼、无水氯化钙混合,球磨均匀后加入松油醇、二元氯醋树脂、40-50℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,滴加茶树油,滴加完毕后加入去离子水,70-100转/分搅拌分散6-12分钟;
将硅酸铝、硅酸镁、亚铁***混合,球磨均匀,加入烯基丁二酸酯,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1100转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述反光防水涂料。
