Abstract
一种阿胶包衣米及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米300-320、黄豆20-25、魔芋粉7-8、西瓜汁90-100、猪肉末20-22、泡椒4-5、猪大肠25-30、豆渣10-11、马蹄粉15-18、甘蔗汁30-35、桃花3-4、梨花5-6、当归2-3、桑寄生4-5、风车藤2-3、凤尾七1-2、阿胶18-20、营养添加剂8-9。本发明的经西瓜汁浸泡后,口味清甜,且添加了马蹄粉,提高了本发明矿物质及维生素含量,此外,本发明表明包裹了阿胶,可补血滋阴,搭配本发明中添加的桃花等其他中草药还可达到美容养颜的功效,适于女性食用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种阿胶包衣米及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是人们的主食之一,其含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,可为人体补充能量。但目前市场上有关大米的产品品种口味少,且不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阿胶包衣米及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种阿胶包衣米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米300-320、黄豆20-25、魔芋粉7-8、西瓜汁90-100、猪肉末20-22、泡椒4-5、猪大肠25-30、豆渣10-11、马蹄粉15-18、甘蔗汁30-35、桃花3-4、梨花5-6、当归2-3、桑寄生4-5、风车藤2-3、凤尾七1-2、阿胶18-20、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:香菇10-11、松仁7-8、椰子汁3-4、豆腐20-21;
制备方法为:(1)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与椰子汁混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸10-15分钟后取出,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(2)将香菇加4-5倍的水打浆,得浆液;将松仁入锅,小火炒香后倒入浆液,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
所述的阿胶包衣米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将桃花、梨花、当归、桑寄生、 风车藤、凤尾七加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
(2)将大米、黄豆加西瓜汁腌3-4小时后捞出、烘干,研成粉末;
(3)将泡椒烘干后粉碎,与中药粉混合拌匀,倒在猪大肠表面,搓揉10-15分钟,然后将经搓揉后的猪大肠送入蒸箱,大火蒸20-25分钟后取出,烘干后进行粉碎;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料与魔芋粉、猪肉末、豆渣、马蹄粉混合,加水搅拌至含水量达到29-31%,制成米粒状,送入烘箱,烘至含水量降至15-16%时出料;
(5)将阿胶加甘蔗汁隔水蒸至完全融化后加入上述工艺未用到的原料,所得物料均匀裹在步骤(4)所得物料表面,烘干,即得。
本发明中的风车藤为金虎尾科植物风车藤的藤茎,凤尾七为景天科植物小丛红景天,以全草入药。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的经西瓜汁浸泡后,口味清甜,且添加了马蹄粉,提高了本发明矿物质及维生素含量,此外,本发明表明包裹了阿胶,可补血滋阴,搭配本发明中添加的桃花等其他中草药还可达到美容养颜的功效,适于女性食用。
具体实施方式
一种阿胶包衣米,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米300、黄豆20、魔芋粉7、西瓜汁90、猪肉末20、泡椒4、猪大肠25、豆渣10、马蹄粉15、甘蔗汁30、桃花3、梨花5、当归2、桑寄生4、风车藤2、凤尾七1、阿胶18、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:香菇10、松仁7、椰子汁3、豆腐20;

1.一种阿胶包衣米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米300-320、黄豆20-25、魔芋粉7-8、西瓜汁90-100、猪肉末20-22、泡椒4-5、猪大肠25-30、豆渣10-11、马蹄粉15-18、甘蔗汁30-35、桃花3-4、梨花5-6、当归2-3、桑寄生4-5、风车藤2-3、凤尾七1-2、阿胶18-20、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:香菇10-11、松仁7-8、椰子汁3-4、豆腐20-21;
