本发明涉及酸枣采收技术,特别涉及一种振动式酸枣高效采收法。本发明的技术方案是:针对树干胸径在15~25cm的酸枣树,选择入冬后酸枣树叶刚好全部掉光的时机,以树干基部为中心,铺上半径为树冠半径的薄膜,取一台功率为1.8KW的棒式混凝土振动器,将振动器的振动棒的端头抵住树干上高出地面1.5m的部位,开机5分钟,树上的酸枣即全部掉下,收起薄膜即得到全部酸枣。本发明不仅采收酸枣干净彻底,还降低了劳动强度,消除了从树上跌下的危险。

技术领域
本发明涉及酸枣采收技术,特别涉及一种振动式酸枣高效采收法。
背景技术
公知的酸枣采收都是用竹竿敲打,由于酸枣树系高大乔木,所以能通过竹竿敲下的酸枣仅仅是其中的小部分,大部分还得攀树敲打。这不仅效率低,而且十分危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种振动式酸枣高效采收法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:针对树干胸径在15~25cm的酸枣树,选择入冬后酸枣树叶刚好全部掉光的时机,以树干基部为中心,铺上半径为树冠半径的薄膜,取一台功率为1.8KW的棒式混凝土振动器,将振动器的振动棒的端头抵住树干上高出地面1.5m的部位,开机5分钟,树上的酸枣即全部掉下,收起薄膜即得到全部酸枣。
采用上述方案能收到如下显著效果:
1、常规的酸枣采收法,每株树至少需半小时以上,而且劳动强度大,还十分危险。而采用本方案只需5~10分钟即能完成采收,不仅采收得干净彻底,还降低了劳动强度,消除了从树上跌下的危险。
2、酸枣树入冬后叶子刚掉光的时候,正是酸枣口味最好,最易从树上脱落的时机,选择此时采收,既能保证酸枣品质,又能使采收干净、彻底。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
