Abstract

一种压线装置,用于压制连接于一电路板的连接器的线缆,压线装置包括一能够拆卸地装设于该连接器的固定件及一枢接于该固定件可以压制该线缆的压制件。该连接器组合利用压制件对线缆进行压制,其结构简单,使用方便。

本发明涉及一种压线装置。
背景技术
电脑或者服务器机箱内的连接器插接于主机板的插槽之后,连接器所连接的线缆一般需要压低,以免因线缆过高影响线缆上面的盖板或者其它元件的安装,使用不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以约束线缆的压线装置。
一种压线装置,用于压制连接于一电路板的连接器的线缆,压线装置包括一能够拆卸地装设于该连接器的固定件及一枢接于该固定件可以压制该线缆的压制件。
相较现有技术,本发明压线装置利用压制件对线缆进行压制,其结构简单,使用方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明压线装置的较佳实施方式,用于压制插接于一电路板50的连接器10的线缆100,包括一压制件20和一固定件30。
电路板50设有一长方体状的插座40以电性连接于该连接器10,插座40的两侧面设有两楔形的卡块43。
连接器10包括两端面12及两侧面14、16。侧面14和16上均设有一卡钩142以分别卡合于插座40的卡块43,侧面14和16的顶端均横向凸设一突出部144。
压制件20包括一压制板22及分别自压制板22的两端垂直延伸形成的两枢接板24。两枢接板24分别相对凸设一凸轴242。
请参照图2,该固定件30包括一连接板32和分别垂直设于该连接板32的两端的两端板34。该连接板32的内侧邻近顶端沿垂直该两端板34的方向开设一卡槽320。该连接板32对应连接器10的卡钩142开设一贯穿该连接板32的两侧和底端的一避位孔322。每一端板34的末端向内凸设一的挡止部340。每一端板34邻近顶端分别开设一枢转孔342。每一端板34的外侧于枢转孔342与连接板32之间凸设一能够弹性变形的凸起344。
请一并参阅图3,安装时,将压制件20的两枢接板24向外扩张变形,以使两凸轴242分别卡入固定件30的两枢转孔342内,将压制件20枢接于固定件30。
请一并参阅图3,当线缆100朝向连接器10的第一侧弯折时(如图3所示),将固定件30套设于该连接器10,使该连接板32贴设于该连接器10的侧面16,该两端板34贴设于该两端面12,该两挡止部340挡止于该连接器10的侧面14。该侧面16上的突出部144卡入该固定件30的卡槽320,对应的卡钩142收容于该固定件30的避位孔322。使用时,朝向线缆100枢转压制件20以使压制板22压低线缆100。同时,压制件20的枢接板24分别抵压两凸起344以定位该压制件20。
当线缆100朝向连接器10的第二侧(背向连接器10的第一侧的一侧)弯折时,该固定件30也可从另一方向装设于该连接器10而压制线缆100,使该连接板32贴设于该连接器10的侧面14,挡止部340与连接器10的侧面16相卡合。

Claims (6)

1.一种压线装置,用于压制连接于一电路板的连接器的线缆,压线装置包括一能够拆卸地装设于该连接器的固定件及一枢接于该固定件可以压制该线缆的压制件。
2.如权利要求1所述的压线装置,其特征在于:该连接器呈长方体状,包括两端面、一第一侧面和一第二侧面,该固定件包括一连接板和分别垂直设于该连接板的两端的两端板,每一端板的末端向内凸设一挡止部,该固定件套设于该连接器,该连接板贴设于该连接器的第一侧面,该两端板分别贴设于该两端面,该两挡止部挡止于该连接器的第二侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的压线装置,其特征在于:该连接器的第一侧面及第二侧面分别凸设一突出部,该固定件的连接板的内侧开设可选择卡合其中一突出部的一卡槽。
4.如权利要求2所述的压线装置,其特征在于:该连接器的第一侧面及第二侧面分别设有一卡钩,该固定件的连接板开设有收容对应卡钩的一避位孔。
5.如权利要求2所述的压线装置,其特征在于:每一端板开设一枢接孔,该压制件包括一压制线缆的压制板及分别设于该压制板两侧的两枢接板,每一枢接板设有一凸轴分别枢接于连接器的枢接孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的压线装置,其特征在于:每一端板的外侧于枢接孔及连接板之间凸设一凸起,两枢接板能够转动至抵压该两凸起以定位该压制件。
