本发明提供一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板、密封圈,阀体内设有连接蝶板的阀杆,阀体上设置凹槽,在凹槽内设有可移动阀座,可移动阀座的外侧面和底面分别设有O形圈,上部具有梳齿状突起,密封圈通过梳齿状突起和可移动阀座相配合。可移动阀座内侧和阀体间安装挡条,挡条与可移动阀座间有间隙。本发明涉及的蝶阀的密封副牢固耐用,反向密封完全。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体是一种偏心蝶阀的密封副。
背景技术
蝶阀作为一种常用的调节阀,具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、材料耗用省,安装尺寸小,开关迅速、90°往复回转,驱动力矩小等特点,用于截断、接通、调节管路中的介质,具有良好的流体控制特性和关闭密封性能。然而,由于加工过程中不可避免的加工误差,阀杆和阀体的轴孔之间会存在空隙,加之在介质推动密封圈的时候,密封圈会产生微小的变形,因此很难实现反向密封。目前,大多数蝶阀采用将密封圈用压板压在蝶板上,在启闭阀门时,由于介质会产生不稳定状态或是振动状态,造成蝶板震动,导致固定压板的螺栓松动,而使密封失败。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种牢固耐用,反向密封完全的蝶阀密封副。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板、密封圈,阀体内设有连接蝶板的阀杆,阀体上设置凹槽,在凹槽内设有可移动阀座,可移动阀座的外侧面和底面分别设有O形圈,上部具有梳齿状突起,密封圈通过梳齿状突起和可移动阀座相配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,可移动阀座内侧和阀体间安装挡条,挡条与可移动阀座间有间隙。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,挡条为上下两条,与可移动阀座的间隙为1.5mm~2mm。
作为本发明的又一种改进,蝶板外圆镶箍不锈钢钢圈。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,不锈钢钢圈和蝶板间填充可固化胶粘剂。可固化胶粘剂为环氧树脂。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明在阀体内设置凹槽安装可移动阀座,在反向密封时,可移动阀座可以带动密封圈在介质的压力下产生位移,以保证密封圈始终和蝶板紧密贴合,达到反向密封的效果。密封圈和可移动阀座上有相互配合的疏齿状突起,从而使密封圈牢固的固定在可移动阀座上,不会被带出或撕裂,进一步保证了密封的可靠性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,包括阀体1、阀杆2、蝶板3、密封圈8,阀体1内设有连接蝶板3的阀杆2,阀杆2带动蝶板3转动,控制阀门的启闭。端盖4固定在阀体1下方,阀体1上设置凹槽,在凹槽内设有可移动阀座6,可移动阀座6的外侧面和底面分别设有O形圈9,实现可移动阀座6和阀体1的密封。可移动阀座6的上部具有梳齿状突起,密封圈8通过梳齿状突起和可移动阀座6相配合,牢固固定在可移动阀座6上,防止因阀门启闭而被带出或撕裂。可移动阀座6内侧和阀体1间安装上下两条挡条12,挡条12与可移动阀座6间有1.5mm的间隙,可移动阀座6可以在介质的推动下做轻微位置调整而不被推出,随压力的增大,可移动阀座6带动密封圈8靠向蝶板3,压力越大,贴合越紧,越容易密封。在蝶板3外圆镶箍不锈钢钢圈7。不锈钢钢圈7和蝶板3间填充可固化胶粘剂10。可固化胶粘剂10为环氧树脂。
本发明的工作方式为:当阀杆2带动蝶板3从关闭到逐渐打开而转动时,蝶板3与阀体1上连接的密封圈8瞬间脱离,避免相互摩擦带来的密封圈8脱落而密封失效。同时,密封圈8与可移动阀座6的上部有相互配合的梳齿状突起,从而使密封圈8牢固的固定在可移动阀座6上,不会被带出或是撕裂。可移动阀座6由设置在阀体1上的挡条12定位,可在一定范围内实现轻微的位置调整。当蝶板3处于关闭状态下,介质流体正向流动,介质的压力作用于蝶板3,压力越大密封越紧,可实现良好的密封效果;当介质流体逆向流动时,压力作用在蝶板3上,因为阀杆2和阀体1的轴孔之间存在小间隙,蝶板3会随介质压力产生一个位移,此时,可移动阀座6也带动密封圈8随介质压力产生一个位移,使密封圈8始终压紧在蝶板3外圆的不锈钢钢圈7上,从而实现可靠的反向密封。

1.一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)、蝶板(3)、密封圈(8),阀体(1)内设有连接蝶板(3)的阀杆(2),其特征在于:阀体(1)上设置凹槽,在凹槽内设有可移动阀座(6),可移动阀座(6)的外侧面和底面分别设有O形圈(9),上部具有梳齿状突起,密封圈(8)通过梳齿状突起和可移动阀座(6)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,其特征在于:所述可移动阀座(6)内侧和阀体(1)间安装挡条(12),挡条(12)与可移动阀座(6)间有间隙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,其特征在于:所述挡条(12)为上下两条,与可移动阀座(6)的间隙为1.5mm~2mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,其特征在于:所述蝶板(3)外圆镶箍不锈钢钢圈(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,其特征在于:所述不锈钢钢圈(7)和蝶板(3)间填充可固化胶粘剂(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种偏心蝶阀的密封副,其特征在于:所述可固化胶粘剂(10)为环氧树脂。
