Abstract
本发明提供一种金属双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀座、蝶板、压板、密封圈,所述蝶板由圆柱销固定在穿过阀体的阀杆上,密封圈与蝶板之间装有一个密封圈座,密封圈座与蝶板通过螺钉固定,与密封圈和压板之间分别装有垫片,密封圈座的游离面为面向蝶板的斜面,压板通过螺钉固定在密封圈座上,将密封圈和密封圈座压紧。本发明涉及的金属双向密封蝶阀结构简单,密封性能可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体是一种金属双向密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是一种结构简单的调节阀,关闭件为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭,广泛适用于工程***中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。金属密封蝶阀普遍使用于给排水管道***中,当介质为顺流时,介质压力越高密封挤压越紧,当介质为逆流状态时,随着介质压力的增大,蝶板和阀座之间的单位正压力小于介质压强时,密封圈就会开始泄漏。
为了克服金属密封蝶阀只能承受正向压力,反向承压能力差、易泄漏的不足,产生了一种采用浮动式密封圈结构,在介质为逆流状态时,介质通过压板上的压力平衡孔进入压板和蝶板空腔的空隙内,在介质的压力下,使密封圈压向阀座,实现反向密封,这种结构适合于非腐蚀性气体介质,但是对于腐蚀性介质或是夹带杂质的液体介质,将会造成狭小空隙的腐蚀或是堵塞,很快失去其反向密封的作用,造成密封失败,影响蝶阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,密封性能可靠的金属双向密封蝶阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种金属双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀座、蝶板、压板、密封圈,所述蝶板由圆柱销固定在穿过阀体的阀杆上,密封圈与蝶板之间装有一个密封圈座,密封圈座与蝶板通过螺钉固定,与密封圈和压板之间分别装有垫片,密封圈座的游离面为面向蝶板的斜面,压板通过螺钉固定在密封圈座上,将密封圈和密封圈座压紧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,密封圈座的游离面和蝶板的夹角为10°~40°
。
作为本发明的又一种改进,密封圈座上安装一个覆盖整个蝶板的弹性凸面,弹性凸面、密封圈座和蝶板共同形成一个空腔,空腔内充满气体。气体选择性质稳定的氮气。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,密封圈是由不锈钢板和石墨复合板构成。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明在密封圈旁设置游离面为斜面的密封圈座,介质在逆流的状态下,通过斜面给与密封圈座一个反向的压力,带动密封圈做微小的轴向调整,使密封圈压向阀座,起到反向密封的作用。进一步在密封圈座上安装覆盖整个蝶板的弹性凸面,使弹性凸面、密封圈座和蝶板共同形成一个空腔,在空腔内充满气体,使得介质不与蝶板和密封圈座的斜面间隙直接接触,而是通过挤压弹性凸面,使气体压缩而产生反向压力,避免介质中的腐蚀物质和杂质积垢充填到间隙中影响蝶阀的操作和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种金属双向密封蝶阀包括阀体1、阀杆2、阀座3、蝶板6、压板5、密封圈4。蝶板6由两个圆柱销10固定在穿过阀体1的阀杆2上,阀杆2带动蝶板6转动,从而实现阀座3的启闭。密封圈4由不锈钢板和石墨复合板构成,与阀座3的接触面为相互配合的斜面,与蝶板6之间装有一个密封圈座9,密封圈座9与蝶板通过螺钉8固定,与密封圈4和压板5之间分别装有垫片12,密封圈座9的游离面为面向蝶板6的斜面,斜面与蝶板6的夹角为25°。压板5通过螺钉8固定在密封圈座9上,将密封圈4和密封圈座9压紧。密封圈座9上安装一个覆盖整个蝶板6的弹性凸面7,弹性凸面7、密封圈座9和蝶板6共同形成一个空腔11,空腔11内充满氮气。
本发明的工作方式为:当阀杆2带动蝶板6从关闭到逐渐打开而转动时,蝶板6上的密封圈4瞬间和阀座3脱离,避免相互摩擦带来的密封圈4脱落而密封失效。当蝶板6处于关闭状态下,介质流体正向流动,推动蝶板6如图1所示向右移动,介质压力越大,密封圈4挤压越紧;当介质流体逆向流动时,随着介质压力增大,压动弹性凸面7,压缩空腔11内的气体,通过密封圈座9的斜面反向挤压密封圈座9,带动密封圈4压向阀座3,实现可靠的反向密封。

1.一种金属双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)、阀座(3)、蝶板(6)、压板(5)、密封圈(4),所述蝶板(6)由圆柱销(10)固定在穿过阀体(1)的阀杆(2)上,其特征在于:所述密封圈(4)与蝶板(6)之间装有一个密封圈座(9),密封圈座(9)与蝶板(6)通过螺钉(8)固定,与密封圈(4)和压板(5)之间分别装有垫片(12),密封圈座(9)的游离面为面向蝶板(6)的斜面,压板(5)通过螺钉(8)固定在密封圈座(9)上,将密封圈(4)和密封圈座(9)压紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈座(9)的游离面和蝶板(6)的夹角为10°~40°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈座(9)上安装一个覆盖整个蝶板(6)的弹性凸面(7),弹性凸面(7)、密封圈座(9)和蝶板(6)共同形成一个空腔(11),空腔(11)内充满气体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述空腔(11)内的气体为氮气。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈(4)是由不锈钢板和石墨复合板构成。
