Abstract

本发明涉及一种旋转式贴标装置，包括旋转台，旋转台的上表面装置驱动其旋转的驱动装置；旋转台的两侧对称装置有贴标架，所述贴标架为筒形结构，其带有用于滑落被贴物的落料孔，落料孔的侧面装置有弹片。本发明结构简单、紧凑，采用于旋转式贴标结构，其占用空间小、速贴标速度快。

技术领域：
本发明涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及不干胶贴标机。
背景技术：
不干胶贴标机是将不干胶标签从卷筒标带上剥离下来并将其贴附于被包装物表面的贴标设备，其广泛用于各种包装场合。不干胶机的剥标装置与贴标装置为其核心部分，两者直接决定了贴标机的贴标速度。目前，贴标装置一般设置于直线型输送带上，贴标时通过压贴方式进行。这种贴标装置的缺点是：贴标速度较低，占用的空间较大。
发明内容：
本申请人针对传统不干胶贴标机的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种旋转式贴标装置，其结构简单、占用空间小的特点。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种旋转式贴标装置，包括旋转台，旋转台的上表面装置驱动其旋转的驱动装置；旋转台的两侧对称装置有贴标架，所述贴标架为筒形结构，其带有用于滑落被贴物的落料孔，落料孔的侧面装置有弹片。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进：
所述弹片的上端借助扭簧与所述贴标架连接；
所述驱动装置为电机；
所述驱动装置为旋转气缸。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明结构简单、紧凑，采用于旋转式贴标结构，其占用空间小、速贴标速度快。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1及图2所示，本实施例的旋转式贴标装置，包括旋转台1，旋转台1的上表面装置驱动其旋转的驱动装置2，驱动装置2为电机或者旋转气缸，驱动装置2一次驱动旋转台1转动180度；
旋转台1的两侧对称装置有贴标架5，贴标架5为筒形结构，其带有用于滑落被贴物3的落料孔51，落料孔51的侧面装置有弹片4，弹片4的上端借助扭簧6与贴标架5连接。弹片4与扭簧6相结合，实现对被贴物3的弹性挤压控制其落料速度，使得在旋转台1从如图1中的A位置旋转至B位置的过程中，被贴物3正好从贴标架5的上端落入至下端，在B位置时落入至输出装置(未画出)上输出。

1.一种旋转式贴标装置，其特征在于：包括旋转台(1)，旋转台(1)的上表面装置驱动其旋转的驱动装置(2)；旋转台(1)的两侧对称装置有贴标架(5)，所述贴标架(5)为筒形结构，其带有用于滑落被贴物(3)的落料孔(51)，落料孔(51)的侧面装置有弹片(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转式贴标装置，其特征在于：所述弹片(4)的上端借助扭簧(6)与所述贴标架(5)连接。
3.按照权利要求1所述的旋转式贴标装置，其特征在于：所述驱动装置(2)为电机。
4.按照权利要求1所述的旋转式贴标装置，其特征在于：所述驱动装置(2)为旋转气缸。
