Abstract

本发明公开了一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架。除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分，除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在炼胶机正上方。现有的开放式炼胶机是暴露在外部空间的，没有除尘装置，生产过程中，炭黑漂浮在空气中对环境造成严重的污染，对操作人员的健康造成不利的影响。本发明的除尘装置可有效吸附空气中悬浮的炭黑颗粒，降低环境污染，为操作人员的身体健康提供保障，并且结构简单，成本低廉。

Description

一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种除尘装置，尤其涉及一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置。
技术背景 
    开放式炼胶机(mill for rubber)简称开炼机或炼胶机,又称双辊捏炼机。它通过两个水平放置并以不同线速度相对回转的辊筒，将橡胶原材料进行剪切、挤压使其塑化、混合，制成符合生产加工要求的坯料。
开放式炼胶机主要用于橡胶的热炼、压片、破胶、塑炼和混炼等，开放式炼胶机在1826年就开始用于生产，它的结构比较简单，现代仍普遍使用。开车前必须戴好皮革护手腕，混炼操作要戴口罩，绝对避免腰系绳、带、胶皮等，严禁披衣操作。仔细查看大小齿轮及辊筒间有无杂物。每班首次开车，必须拉动紧急刹车装置，检查制动是否灵敏可靠(空车制动后，前辊回转不得超过四分之一周)，正常操作时严禁用紧急刹车装置关车。如两人以上共同操作时，必须相互呼应，确认无任何危险后，方可开车。
由此可见，现有的开放式炼胶机是暴露在外部空间的，没有除尘装置，但加入炼胶原料时，超细炭黑颗粒因其重量很轻，易漂浮在空气中，使用加入碳的量变少，导致产品结构分子含量减少，致使产品电阻变大失去应有的伴热功能，严重影响产品质量，此外，炭黑漂浮在空气中对环境造成严重的污染，对操作人员的健康造成不利的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案为公开一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架。除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分，除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在炼胶机正上方。
进一步的，除尘管道包括滤网及活动门，所述滤网设置在除尘管道的除尘罩连接端，活动门设置在安装滤网位置，打开活动门以进行滤网的更换。
进一步的，滤网为N≥1，滤网在除尘管道中相互叠加。
进一步的，活动门为上下推拉式或左右推拉式拉门，活动门上设有透明的可视窗口。
进一步的，除尘管道还包括进水口，洒水管道，集水槽和排水管道，所述洒水管道与进水口连通，固定设置在除尘管道与抽风机连接端内部上表面，洒水管道正下方设有集水槽，集水槽下沿与排水管连通。
进一步的，集水槽底面为坡面，自近除尘罩一侧向近抽风机一侧以10-30°的倾角倾斜。
进一步的，洒水管道设有N≥10个直径为0.1~0.5mm洒水口，所述洒水口两两之间间距相等，均匀分布在面向集水槽方向的洒水管道上。
本发明的有益效果在于：
（1）本发明结构简单，成本低廉。
（2）通过此设计的除尘装置可有效吸附空气中悬浮的炭黑颗粒，降低环境污染，为操作人员的身体健康提供保障。

具体实施方式
开放式炼胶机1主要用于橡胶的热炼、压片、破胶、塑炼和混炼等，现有的开放式炼胶机1是暴露在外部空间的，没有除尘装置。
针对此情况本发明提供一种开放式炼胶机1专用除尘装置，如图1~2所示，包括除尘罩2、抽风机3、除尘管道4和支架5。除尘罩2通过除尘管道4与抽风机3固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分，除尘装置主体部分以支架5固定设置在开放式炼胶机正上方。
实施例
在上述结构的基础上，除尘管道包括滤网6及活动门7，滤网6设置在除尘管道4的除尘罩2连接端，活动门7设置在安装滤网6位置，打开活动门7以进行滤网6的更换。本实施例中滤网6为2个，滤网6在除尘管道4中相互叠加，以增加装置的过滤效果。活动门7为上下推拉式拉门，活动门7上设有透明的可视窗口8，可以随时对除尘管道4内部进行观察，了解滤网6使用情况，是否需要更换。
同时，由于在滤网6过滤后空气中可能还存在细小的炭黑颗粒，导致抽风机3阻塞，除尘管道4还包括进水口9，洒水管道10，集水槽11和排水管道12，所述洒水管道10与进水口9连通，固定设置在除尘管道4与抽风机3连接端内部上表面，洒水管道10正下方设有集水槽11，集水槽11下沿与排水管12连通。集水槽10底面为坡面，自近除尘罩2一侧向近抽风机3一侧以15°的倾角倾斜。洒水管道10设有10个直径为0.1mm洒水口13，洒水口13两两之间间距相等，均匀分布在面向集水槽11方向的洒水管道10上。通过对空气洒水使得炭黑颗粒沉积，沿排水管道12排出。

1.一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架；除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分，除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在炼胶机正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述除尘管道包括滤网及活动门，所述滤网设置在除尘管道的除尘罩连接端，活动门设置在安装滤网位置，打开活动门以进行滤网的更换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述滤网为N≥1，滤网在除尘管道中相互叠加。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述活动门为上下推拉式或左右推拉式拉门，活动门上设有透明的可视窗口。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述除尘管道还包括进水口，洒水管道，集水槽和排水管道，所述洒水管道与进水口连通，固定设置在除尘管道与抽风机连接端内部上表面，洒水管道正下方设有集水槽，集水槽下沿与排水管连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述集水槽底面为坡面，自近除尘罩一侧向近抽风机一侧以10-30°的倾角倾斜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种开放式炼胶机专用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述洒水管道设有N≥10个直径为0.1~0.5mm洒水口，所述洒水口两两之间间距相等，均匀分布在面向集水槽方向的洒水管道上。
