背景技术
在机动车中,雷达传感器用于对象的间距测量和/或速度测量。例如已知用于机动车的行驶速度调节器形式的驾驶辅助***,其具有用于定位前方行驶的车辆并且用于测量与所述前方行驶的车辆的间距的雷达***。所述间距调节***也称作ACC***(Adaptive Cruise Control:自适应巡航控制)。

发明内容
本发明的任务是,实现一种传感器保持装置,所述传感器保持装置能够在特别简单的结构的情况下实现传感器的垂直调节。
所述任务通过以下用于对象探测的传感器的传感器保持装置来解决:所述传感器保持装置具有用于传感器的安装单元并且具有保持框并且具有支承在保持框上的调节轴,安装单元可摆动地保持在所述保持框上,所述调节轴具有围绕调节轴螺旋状延伸的引导轮廓,所述引导轮廓与安装单元的引导元件嵌接。引导轮廓围绕调节轴的周面螺旋状地、即沿着螺旋线延伸。

通过所描述的结构,可以将所需部件的数量减小到最少。调节轴横向于摆动轴线A并且几乎平行于主辐射方向R的定向允许雷达传感器12的倾角的事后调整,即在雷达传感器12安装在机动车上之后。特别地,在主辐射方向R向前定向的情况下,用于扭矩传输的嵌接轮廓30也可以是向前定向的,从而其是容易进入的。另一优点是,由调节轴22和引导元件26构成的调节装置仅仅要求小的结构空间。此外,调节轴22设置在卡锁接收部32和安装单元14之间,从而其在从卡锁接收部32中松脱时仍可以承担可靠保持雷达传感器12的功能。因为在引导元件26嵌接到引导轮廓24中时仅仅确定引导元件26的位置的空间坐标,即调节轴22的轴向上的位置,所以通过销栓16能够实现安装单元14在保持框18上的摆动保持的特别简单的结构。
调节轴的具有引导轮廓的区段优选是圆的并且可以是柱形的或者可以与所描述的示例不同地具有变化的外直径、例如是截锥形的。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于传感器(12)的传感器保持装置,所述传感器用于对象探测,所述传感器保持装置具有用于所述传感器(12)的安装单元(14)并且具有保持框(18)并且具有支承在所述保持框(18)上的调节轴(22),所述安装单元(14)可摆动地保持在所述保持框上,所述调节轴具有围绕所述调节轴(22)螺旋状延伸的引导轮廓(24),所述引导轮廓与所述安装单元(14)的引导元件(26)嵌接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述安装单元(14)通过销栓(16)保持在所述保持框(18)上,所述销栓设置在所述安装单元(14)的摆动轴线(A)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述保持框(18)具有至少一个构造为转动轴承的用于所述调节轴(22)的至少一个区段(28)的卡锁接收部(32),其中,所述卡锁接收部(32)在一个周面区段上是敞开的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述至少一个卡锁接收部(32)在朝向所述安装单元(14)的周面区段上是敞开的。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述调节轴(22)的中间区段具有所述引导轮廓(24)并且所述中间区段设置在以下两个区段(28)之间:所述两个区段分别设置在所述保持框(18)的构造为转动轴承的卡锁接收部(32)中。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述调节轴(22)卡锁并且可转动地支承在所述至少一个卡锁接收部(32)中。
7.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述调节轴(22)的轴向位置通过所述调节轴(22)的至少一个周面突出部相对于所述保持框(18)确定。
8.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的传感器保持装置,其中,所述调节轴(22)构造为一体的塑料部件。
9.一种传感器单元,其具有根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的传感器保持装置并且具有设置在所述安装单元(14)上的用于对象探测的传感器(12)、尤其雷达传感器。
