螺旋式微粉原料供给装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋式微粉原料供给装置及方法,尤其涉及下述新的改进,通过环状固定金属件对在具有气体排气口的筒状接受部件外周缠绕的筛网进行固定,将筛网和螺杆外径之间的间隙为1mm~10mm,以消除微粉原料向外部漏出。
背景技术
以往,作为一直使用的这种螺旋式微粉原料的供给装置及方法,例如,可以由图3至图5表示专利文献1中公开的结构。
即,在图3及图4中,附图标记1所表示的是处理微粉原料的双轴型混炼挤出机,在该混炼挤出机1的侧部,连接设置供给筒3,该供给筒内设用于供给微粉原料的螺杆2。
主要地,在由通过螺杆2和供给筒3所构成的微粉原料供给装置4的所述供给筒3的两侧,分别设置有筛网件5及强制排气室6。
在所述供给筒3的后部,设置用于向供给筒3内供给微粉原料的料斗7,所述螺杆2通过驱动装置8旋转驱动。
如图5所示,所述筛网件5的整体形状形成为箱形,筛网9由按压部件10和多孔弯曲壁部件10a夹持而保持。
如图4所示,所述筛网件5与所述供给筒3的两侧的排出口11配合,在各筛网件5的外侧分别连接有所述强制排气室6。
因此,通过所述结构,由所述料斗7供给的填料等微粉原料通过供给筒3内的螺杆2传送,向混炼挤出机1的混炼筒1a内供给,并混炼至熔融树脂内,或者在供给至固体树脂原料后熔融混炼,与此时的微粉原料相伴的气体被分离,从筛网9经强制排气室6向外部排出。

发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
现有的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置为如上结构,因此存在以下技术问题。
即,由于筛网件自身具有圆弧的形状,因此筛网的形状也必须为圆弧状,另外,难以与多孔弯曲壁部件的圆弧形状准确对齐,其结果,在筛网与多孔弯曲壁部件以圆弧相接触的部分容易产生缝隙,存在微粉原料从该缝隙向强制排气室漏出的情况。
由于本发明是为了解决如前所述的技术问题而完成的,特别地,其目的在于提供一种螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,其是在筒状接受部件的外周缠绕筛网,通过环状固定金属件固定该筛网,仅使气体向外部排出。
(二)技术方案
本发明的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,具备筒状接受部件、筒状供给体及一根螺杆,所述筒状接受部件具有与混炼挤出机的混炼筒连接的多个气体排出口;所述筒状供给体具有与所述筒状接受部件连接的料斗;所述一根螺杆贯穿所述筒状接受部件及筒状供给体并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;在所述螺旋式微粉原料供给装置中,具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件外周的筛网及用于使所述筛网向所述筒状接受部件侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件,将所述筛网与所述螺杆(2)的外径之间的缝隙设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体从所述气体排出口向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网向外部漏出,而供给至所述混炼筒内,另外,在所述筒状接受部件的外周侧设置保持部件,所述保持部件具有用于形成环状强制排气室的孔,所述气体排气口、筛网及环状固定金属件(23)位于所述环状强制排气室内,另外,螺旋式微粉原料供给方法使用如下所述的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,该螺旋式微粉原料供给装置具备筒状接受部件、筒状供给体和一根螺杆,所述筒状接受部件具有与混炼挤出机的混炼筒连接的多个气体排出口;所述筒状供给体具有与所述筒状接受部件连接的料斗;所述一根螺杆贯穿所述筒状接受部件及筒状供给体并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件外周的筛网及用于使所述筛网向所述筒状接受部件侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件,将所述筛网与所述螺杆的外径之间的缝隙设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体从所述气体排气口向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网向外部漏出,而供给至所述混炼筒内,另外,在所述筒状接受部件的外周侧设置保持部件,所述保持部件具有用于形成环状强制排气室的孔,所述气体排气口、筛网及环状固定金属件位于所述环状强制排气室内。
(三)有益效果
由于本发明的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置及方法为如上所述的构成,因此能够得到如下效果。
即,螺旋式微粉原料供给装置具备筒状接受部件、筒状供给体及一根螺杆,所述筒状接受部件具有与混炼挤出机的混炼筒连接的多个气体排出口;所述筒状供给体具有与所述筒状接受部件连接的料斗;所述一根螺杆贯穿所述筒状接受部件及筒状供给体并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;在所述螺旋式微粉原料供给装置中,具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件外周的筛网及用于使所述筛网向所述筒状接受部件侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件,将所述筛网与所述螺杆的外径之间的缝隙设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体从所述气体排气口向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网向外部漏出,而供给至所述混炼筒内,由此,能够以均匀的力使筛网向接受部件紧贴,由于在筛网与接受部件之间不产生缝隙,因此能够得到下述效果,即,微粉原料不向环状强制排气室漏出,能够稳定地向具有一根以上螺杆的挤出机供给微粉原料体。
另外,在所述筒状接受部件的外周侧设置用于形成环状强制排气室的筒状罩体,所述气体排出口、筛网及环状固定金属件位于所述环状强制排气室内,由此,能够仅将气体强制排出至外部。此外,即使将上述的筒状接受部件、筛网、环状固定金属件的结构变更为筒状多孔质陶瓷过滤件所代表的多孔质过滤件,也可以与本申请同样地进行没有微粉原料漏出的气体排出,但是这样的结构在滤件更换时需要对装置整体拆解。另一方面,在本申请的结构中,通过“只拆卸筒状罩体”或者“对筒状罩体预先设置维护用的窗口”,能够不拆解装置整体而进行筛网的更换。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,该螺旋式微粉原料供给装置通过环状固定金属件对在具有气体排气口的筒状接受部件的外周缠绕的筛网进行固定,将筛网和螺杆外径之间的间隙为1mm~10mm,以消除微粉原料向外部漏出。
实施例
下面,结合附图对本发明的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置的适宜的实施方式进行说明。
此外,对于与现有例相同或同等部分,使用相同附图标记进行说明。
在图1中,附图标记1所表示的是内置双轴螺杆1b的混炼挤出机,在该混炼挤出机1的混炼筒1a上,连接具有多个气体排气口20的筒状接受部件21。
在所述筒状接受部件21上,连接具有料斗7的筒状供给体22,贯穿该筒状接受部件21及筒状供给体22内并自由旋转地设置的一根螺杆2的前端位于侧孔1d内,该测控1d与所述混炼筒1a的筒内孔1c连通。
在所述筒状接受部件21的外周,以覆盖所述各气体排气口20的方式缠绕片状且具有微粉原料平均粒径以下的开孔的筛网5,在该筛网5的外周,设置具有充分弹性的多个环状固定金属件23,通过该环状固定金属件23的弹力,使所述筛网5向所述筒状接受部件21侧紧贴。
所述筛网5与所述螺杆2的外径之间的缝隙D如图2所示,被设定为在1mm至10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体从所述排气口20经筛网5向外部排出,微粉原料不从筛网5向外部漏出,而供给至混炼筒1a内。
根据各种实验的结果,所述筛网5与螺杆2的外径之间的缝隙D可以使用从1mm到10mm,在1mm以下时,螺杆2的外径与筛网5接触的机会增多,容易引起筛网的破损。另外,在10mm以上时,所述排气口20的大小变深,微粉原料的厚度过厚,使气体的排出效率降低,效率最高的范围是从1mm至5mm。
在所述筒状接受部件21的外周侧,设置具有圆筒状的孔24的保持部件25,在该孔24与所述筒状接受部件21的外周之间,设置形成为环状的环状强制排气室6,该环状强制排气室6与形成于保持部件25上的排气管27连通,通过该排气管27将气体向外部排出,在所述保持部件25的两侧设置一对窗口26。
下面,在上述结构中,对本发明的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置的工作进行叙述。
使所述混炼挤出机1工作,通过旋转驱动双螺杆1b,使得在对由所需要的树脂组成的树脂材料混炼的状态下,并且在通过排气管27使环状强制排气室6被没有图示的真空泵减压的状态下,驱动所述驱动装置8,通过旋转驱动螺杆2,将例如料斗7内的填料等微粉原料通过螺杆2向混炼挤出机1侧输送。
在上述情况下,在微粉原料通过与所述筛网5对应的位置时,仅使随附于所述微粉原料的气体通过筛网5的网眼(形成微粉原料的平均粒径以下的开孔),从减压下的环状强制排气室6及排气管27向外部排出。
此外,由于所述筛网5紧贴筒状接受部件21,因此微粉原料不会从筛网5与筒状接受部件21之间向装置外漏出,而混入由混炼筒1a内的树脂材料混炼成的熔融树脂内,从而被混炼。
使如前所述混炼有微粉原料的熔融树脂,经过在混炼筒1a前端侧设置的导丝嘴及切割器(未图示)被造粒,加工成树脂颗粒供于注塑成型等的二次加工。
此外,作为本发明的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置及方法的主要内容,螺旋式微粉原料供给装置具备筒状接受部件21、筒状供给体22和一根螺杆2,所述筒状接受部件21具有与混炼挤出机1的混炼筒1a连接的多个气体排气口20;所述筒状供给体22具有与所述筒状接受部件21连接的料斗7;所述螺杆2贯穿所述筒状接受部件21及筒状供给体22并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒1a内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;在所述螺旋式微粉原料供给装置中,具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件21的外周的筛网5及用于使所述筛网5向所述筒状接受部件21侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件23,将所述筛网5与所述螺杆2的外径之间的缝隙D设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体由所述气体排气口20向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网5向外部漏出,而供给至所述混炼筒1a内,另外,在所述筒状接受部件21的外周侧设置具有用于形成环状强制排气室6的筒状罩体24,所述气体排出口20、筛网5及环状固定金属件23位于所述环状强制排气室6内。
工业实用性
本发明通过在具有气体排出口的筒状接受部件上缠绕筛网,并用环状固定金属件按住该筛网,可以得到一种能够使微粉原料不向外部漏出,而只排出气体,将微粉原料高效填充至筒内的螺旋式微粉原料。

Claims (4)

1.一种螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,其特征在于,具备筒状接受部件(21)、筒状供给体(22)和一根螺杆(2);所述筒状接受部件(21)具有与混炼挤出机(1)的混炼筒(1a)连接的多个气体排气口(20);所述筒状供给体(22)具有与所述筒状接受部件(21)连接的料斗(7);所述一根螺杆(2)贯穿所述筒状接受部件(21)及筒状供给体(22)并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒(1a)内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;
在所述螺旋式微粉原料供给装置中,具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件(21)外周的筛网(5)及用于使所述筛网(5)向所述筒状接受部件(21)侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件(23);将所述筛网(5)与所述螺杆(2)的外径之间的缝隙(D)设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体由所述气体排气口(20)向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网(5)向外部漏出,而供给至所述混炼筒(1a)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,其特征在于,在所述筒状接受部件(21)的外周侧设置保持部件(25),所述保持部件(25)具有用于形成环状强制排气室(6)的孔(24),所述气体排气口(20)、筛网(5)及环状固定金属件(23)位于所述环状强制排气室(6)内。
3.一种螺旋式微粉原料供给方法,其特征在于,使用如下所述的螺旋式微粉原料供给装置,其具备筒状接受部件(21)、筒状供给体(22)及一根螺杆(2);所述筒状接受部件(21)具有与混炼挤出机(1)的混炼筒(1a)连接的多个气体排气口(20);所述筒状供给体(22)具有与所述筒状接受部件(21)连接的料斗(7);所述一根螺杆(2)贯穿所述筒状接受部件(21)及筒状供给体(22)并自由旋转地设置,并用于向所述混炼筒(1a)内供给从0.05g/cc至0.5g/cc的低体积密度的微粉原料;
具有缠绕在所述筒状接受部件(21)外周的筛网(5)及用于使所述筛网(5)向所述筒状接受部件(21)侧紧贴的多个环状固定金属件(23),将所述筛网(5)与所述螺杆(2)的外径之间的缝隙(D)设为1mm~10mm,仅使从所述微粉原料分离的气体从所述气体排气口(20)向外部排出,所述微粉原料不从所述筛网(5)向外部漏出,而供给至混炼筒(1a)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的螺旋式微粉原料供给方法,其特征在于,在所述筒状接受部件(21)的外周侧设置保持部件(25),所述保持部件(25)具有用于形成环状强制排气室(6)的孔(24),所述气体排气口(20)、筛网(5)及环状固定金属件(23)位于所述环状强制排气室(6)内。
