    本发明涉及一种新型高强度玻璃纤维,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
高强度玻璃纤维与普通无碱玻璃纤维相比具有拉 伸强度高、弹性模量高、抗冲击性能好、化学稳定性好、抗疲劳性好、耐高温等优良性能,广泛应用于航天、航空、兵器、舰船、化工等领域,如导弹发动机壳体、宇航飞机内衬、枪托、发射炮筒、防弹装甲、高压容器等。随着科技的发展,高强度玻璃纤维在光缆、耐温材料、摩擦材料等工业领域的需求量也在不断扩大。
现有的高强度玻璃纤维存在着一些不足之处,比如气泡数量较多,耐酸性能不够,耐高温性能不够等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种新型高强度玻璃纤维。
本发明的新型高强度玻璃纤维,包括以下组分:SiO2  55-65重量份,Al2O3 15-25重量份,CaO 5-10重量份,MgO 5-10重量份,K2O 0.05-0.1重量份,Na2O 0.05-0.1重量份,B2O3 0.05-0.1重量份,Li2CO3 0.05-0.1重量份,CeO2 0.05-0.1重量份,Fe2O3 0.05-0.1重量份,WO3 0.05-0.1重量份,TiO2 0.05-0.1重量份,MnO2 0.05-0.1重量份,ZrO2 0.05-0.1重量份。
