Abstract

本发明公开了一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,包括弧形板体和竖直板体,弧形板板的下端与竖直板体的上端连接形成一体结构,弧形板体的顶端设置有两用于增强与大粗隆固定稳定性的弯钩板;在弧形板体的两侧分别设置有至少1块上侧翼板,在上侧翼板上设置有若干个第一螺钉孔。通过设置的上、下侧翼板,医生在使用本发明的接骨板进行接骨定位的时候,无需使用线缆,可直接在翼板上置入锁定螺钉进行固定,从而达到安全、简单、实用、经济、有效固定病变部分的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板。
背景技术
简单或复杂的大粗隆骨折,Vancouver A型假体周围骨折,大粗隆截骨,粗隆假关节/骨不连是临床上常见的病例。目前手术治疗方法主要在病变部位植入大粗隆接骨板。但目前市场上的内固定的产品多为接骨板与线缆结合使用,操作繁琐,需要大手术切口暴露额外部位,价格昂贵,对粉碎性骨折和骨质疏松患者操作尤其困难。因此有必要研发一种安全、简便、实用、经济、有效的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,在手术操作过程中选择相应的锁定孔置入锁定螺钉,便可稳定固定病变部位,无需使用线缆。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,解决现有接骨板必须使用结合线缆的缺陷。
为达到上述发明目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,包括弧形板体和竖直板体,所述弧形板板的下端与竖直板体的上端连接形成一体结构,所述弧形板体的顶端设置有两用于增强与大粗隆固定稳定性的弯钩板;
在所述弧形板体的两侧分别设置有至少1块上侧翼板,在所述的上侧翼板上设置有若干个第一螺钉孔。
进一步的,在所述的竖直板体下端部的两侧分别设置有至少1块下侧翼板,所述的下侧翼板上设置有第二螺钉孔。
进一步的,在所述弧形板体的中部分布有若干个锁定孔。
进一步的,在所述接骨板的腹侧部位还设置有若干个缝扎孔。
进一步的,位于竖直板体的两侧分别设置有多个侧边凹槽,所述侧边凹槽的槽底在竖直板体上呈倾斜设置,侧边凹槽的深度由内向外侧逐步增加。
进一步的,在所述竖直板体上还开设有若干个结合孔。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置的上、下侧翼板,医生在使用本发明的接骨板进行接骨定位的时候,无需使用线缆,可直接在翼板上置入锁定螺钉进行固定,从而达到安全、简单、实用、经济、有效固定病变部分的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1图2图3所示,一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,包括弧形板体9和竖直板体8,弧形板板的下端与竖直板体8的上端连接形成一体结构,弧形板体9的顶端设置有两用于增强与大粗隆固定稳定性的弯钩板1,因此,弯钩板1可以有效对抗肌肉强大的外展牵拉力。
在弧形板体9的两侧分别设置有2块上侧翼板2,在每块上侧翼板2上设置有2个第一螺钉孔,上侧壁板可以折弯或者剪断,通过置入3.5mm的锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉,在针对粉碎性骨折时可以给大粗隆前侧和后侧提供可靠的支持。
在竖直板体8下端部的两侧分别设置有至2块下侧翼板7,下侧翼板7上设置有第二螺钉孔。通在髓腔内有假体存在的情况下置入3.5mm的锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉,可以达到较好的把持效果,对骨质疏松患者尤其重要。
在弧形板体9的中部分布有7个锁定孔3,通过网锁定孔3内置入3.5mm的锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉,可轻松固定小骨折块并提供成角稳定性,对骨质疏松患者尤其重要。
在接骨板的腹侧部位还设置有4个缝扎孔4,每边两个,这样允许医生先固定好接骨板在进行缝扎或使用线缆进行固定。
位于竖直板体8的两侧分别设置有多个侧边凹槽5,侧边凹槽5的槽底在竖直板体8上呈倾斜设置,侧边凹槽5的深度由内向外侧逐步增加,侧边凹槽5的设计可以减少接骨板与骨面之间的接触面积,保护骨膜血液供应。
在竖直板体8上还开设有若干个结合孔6,该结合孔6为锁定孔和加压孔的结合,往锁定孔内置入5.0mm锁定螺钉用于提高稳定性,加压孔内置入4.0mm的皮质骨螺钉,用于实现加压作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,包括弧形板体(9)和竖直板体(8),所述弧形板板的下端与竖直板体(8)的上端连接形成一体结构,所述弧形板体(9)的顶端设置有两用于增强与大粗隆固定稳定性的弯钩板(1);
在所述弧形板体(9)的两侧分别设置有至少1块上侧翼板(2),在所述的上侧翼板(2)上设置有若干个第一螺钉孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,在所述的竖直板体(8)下端部的两侧分别设置有至少1块下侧翼板(7),所述的下侧翼板(7)上设置有第二螺钉孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,在所述弧形板体(9)的中部分布有若干个锁定孔(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,在所述接骨板的腹侧部位还设置有若干个缝扎孔(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,位于竖直板体(8)的两侧分别设置有多个侧边凹槽(5),所述侧边凹槽(5)的槽底在竖直板体(8)上呈倾斜设置,侧边凹槽(5)的深度由内向外侧逐步增加。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带侧翼爪形大粗隆锁定接骨板,其特征是,在所述竖直板体(8)上还开设有若干个结合孔(6)。
