Abstract

本发明公开了一种数据传输方法、装置及用户设备,该方法包括:以传输时间间隔TTI作为划分基础,将小区内的一个载波包含的TTI划分为时分复用TDM TTI和码分复用CDM TTI;将携带有划分结果的控制信息发送给用户设备UE,指示所述UE按照所述划分结果及所述UE的数据调度类型,通过TDMTTI或通过CDM发送上行数据。采用上述技术方案,能够较好地节省数据传输资源,提高调度灵活性。
