Abstract
本发明涉及全金属双向高压蝶阀。包括阀体、阀杆、碟板和驱动装置,所述阀杆上端与驱动装置连接,阀杆下端与碟板固定连接,阀体内设有活动阀座置于碟板一侧,活动阀座外侧设有吊环通过螺钉与其固定连接,碟板上设有碟板密封面,活动阀座上设有与碟板密封面密封配合的阀座密封面,碟板上固定连接有碟板压环,碟板与碟板压环之间设有活动密封环位于碟板密封面处。本发明密封性能好,具有双向密封功能,安装时不受介质流向的限制且能够承受高压。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及全金属双向高压蝶阀,用来实现管路***通断及流量控制的部件,在石油、化工、冶金、水电等许多领域中得到广泛的应用。
背景技术
目前在已知的蝶阀技术中,其密封形式多采用密封结构密封材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯、多层次复合材料等。由于结构特征的限制,不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等行业。
工业上高温高压硬密封阀门主要以闸阀、截止阀为主,此类阀门主要缺点是:阀门都为上下开启结构,阀门本身重量大,成本高,现场安装空间大。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种密封面之间无摩擦,具有双向密封功能,安装时不受介质流向限制且能够承受高压的全金属双向高压蝶阀。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括阀体、阀杆、碟板和驱动装置,所述阀杆上端与驱动装置连接,阀杆下端与碟板固定连接,阀体内设有活动阀座置于碟板一侧,活动阀座外侧设有吊环通过螺钉与其固定连接,碟板上设有碟板密封面,活动阀座上设有与碟板密封面密封配合的阀座密封面,碟板上固定连接有碟板压环,碟板与碟板压环之间设有活动密封环位于碟板密封面处。
所述阀体与活动阀座之间设有密封垫片一。
所述活动密封环与碟板之间设有密封垫片二。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用三偏心密封原理,密封性能好,具有双向密封功能,安装时不受介质流向的限制且能够承受高压,取代了传统的高温高压闸阀、截止阀及球阀,从而降低了生产成本,在石油、化工、冶金、水电等许多领域中得到广泛的应用。

具体实施方式
全金属双向高压蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、碟板3和驱动装置4,所述阀杆2上端与驱动装置4连接,阀杆2下端与碟板3固定连接,阀体1内设有活动阀座5置于碟板3一侧,活动阀座5外侧设有吊环6通过螺钉7与其固定连接,碟板3上设有碟板密封面,活动阀座5上设有与碟板密封面密封配合的阀座密封面,碟板3上固定连接有碟板压环8,碟板3与碟板压环8之间设有活动密封环9位于碟板密封面处;所述阀体1与活动阀座5之间设有密封垫片一10;所述活动密封环9与碟板3之间设有密封垫片二11。
活动阀座5和活动密封环9均采用合金锻件材料经热处理后加工成形制的,能够达到相应密封所需要的硬度,无论在低温或高温的情况下,均具有较好的密封性能,采用三偏心密封结构,具有双向密封性能,安装时不受介质流向的限制,并能够承受高压。

1.全金属双向高压蝶阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀杆、碟板和驱动装置,所述阀杆上端与驱动装置连接,阀杆下端与碟板固定连接,阀体内设有活动阀座置于碟板一侧,活动阀座外侧设有吊环通过螺钉与其固定连接,碟板上设有碟板密封面,活动阀座上设有与碟板密封面密封配合的阀座密封面,碟板上固定连接有碟板压环,碟板与碟板压环之间设有活动密封环位于碟板密封面处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全金属双向高压蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体与活动阀座之间设有密封垫片一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全金属双向高压蝶阀,其特征在于,所述活动密封环与碟板之间设有密封垫片二。
