Abstract

本发明的目的是提出一种成型倒角刀,可以提高成型倒角刀的排屑效果,降低加工时产生的温度,从而提高刀具的寿命,节约客户的使用成本。本发明的成型倒角刀包括柄部和刃部,所述刃部包括端部的成型倒角刃,关键在于所述成型倒角刀的排屑槽为直槽结构,且排屑槽延伸至成型倒角刃的端部。相比于传统的螺旋槽,本倒角刀的排屑槽采取直槽结构,而且排屑槽的端部延伸至成型倒角刃的端部,这样就提高了加工时的排屑效果,使加工时产生的温度大大降低,提高了刀具寿命。

本发明属于刀具制造技术领域,特别涉及到一种成型倒角刀。 
  
背景技术
成型倒角刀作为机械加工用刀具中的一个重要组成部分,主要用于孔的孔口成型倒角加工。随着机械行业的发展,用户对产品的加工质量、加工可靠性、加工效率、刀具的交货期等都提出了更高要求。传统设计的成型倒角刀的排屑槽采取螺旋槽形式,在高速切削时刀具的排屑效果较差,铁屑排不出,导致加工时产生的温度降不下去,刀具容易出现崩刃现象。 
  
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种成型倒角刀,可以提高成型倒角刀的排屑效果,降低加工时产生的温度,从而提高刀具的寿命,节约客户的使用成本。 
本发明的成型倒角刀包括柄部和刃部,所述刃部包括排屑槽及端部的成型倒角刃,关键在于所述成型倒角刀的排屑槽为直槽结构,且排屑槽延伸至成型倒角刃的端部。相比于传统的螺旋槽,本倒角刀的排屑槽采取直槽结构,而且排屑槽的端部延伸至成型倒角刃的端部,这样就提高了加工时的排屑效果,使加工时产生的温度大大降低,提高了刀具寿命。 
进一步地,所述成型倒角刃有两个,并对称设置于刃部的端部,以改善倒角效果。
本发明的成型倒角刀通过改变排屑槽的结构,提高了排屑效果,降低加工时产生的温度,从而提高了刀具的寿命,节约了客户的使用成本。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。 
实施例: 
如图1、2所示,本实施例的成型倒角刀利用数控五轴联动磨床,自主编写刀具程序加工而成,其基体材料采用硬质合金,表面设有TIALN涂层。
具体来说,该成型倒角刀包括柄部1和刃部2,所述刃部2包括排屑槽4及端部的成型倒角刃3,关键在于所述成型倒角刀的排屑槽4为直槽结构,且排屑槽4延伸至成型倒角刃3的端部。相比于传统的螺旋槽,本倒角刀的排屑槽4采取直槽结构,而且排屑槽4的端部延伸至成型倒角刃3的端部,这样就提高了加工时的排屑效果,使加工时产生的温度大大降低,提高了刀具寿命。 
进一步地,所述成型倒角刃3有两个,并对称设置于刃部2的端部,以改善倒角效果。

1.一种成型倒角刀,包括柄部和刃部,所述刃部包括排屑槽及端部的成型倒角刃,其特征在于所述成型倒角刀的排屑槽为直槽结构,且排屑槽延伸至成型倒角刃的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型倒角刀,其特征在于所述成型倒角刃有两个,并对称设置于刃部的端部。
