本发明属于保健食品领域,涉及一种夏日保健冰粥。
背景技术
中国是世界文明古国,也是世界美食大国。在中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终,粥有冰粥和暖粥之分。日常生活中,人们通常是食用暖粥,而冰粥最早是夏季南方地区比较盛行的祛暑小吃,随着时代的发展,冰粥逐渐盛行,也成为了北方夏季消热祛暑的佳品。
当前人们食用的冰粥,主要是为了迎合口味,通常是在米粥的基础上加进大量的水果。随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快,以及人们对自身健康的重视,对冰粥的食用上也更加的讲究,希望能在解热祛暑的同时具有保健功能,而目前的冰粥达不到人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种夏日保健冰粥,解决了现有技术中的不足,不仅具有消热解暑之功效,还具有健脾益肾、降压、利尿等保健功能。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种夏日保健冰粥,其包含有鲜荷叶、淡竹叶、芹菜汁、绿豆、枸杞、冰糖、粳米、黑米、水、冰块,其组分是鲜荷叶6-18g、淡竹叶6-18g、芹菜汁6-18g、绿豆50-80g、枸杞1-2g、冰糖0.1-5g、粳米60-120g、黑米20-40g、水100-500ml、冰块1-20g;
其中上述组分中还可以加入各种新鲜水果。
本发明还提供了上述夏日保健冰粥的制备方法,其步骤是:
鲜荷叶、淡竹叶分别6-18g,纱布包后,加100-500ml水煮沸4-5分钟后,去渣备用,生芹菜6-18g榨汁备用,粳米60-120g、黑米20-40g、绿豆50-80g、枸杞1-2g加入水0.5L-2L大火烧开后,中火煮沸30-50分钟,加入荷叶淡竹叶水以及生芹菜汁,煮6-9分钟,关火凉10-20分钟后,加入冰糖0.1-5g搅拌均匀,5-10分钟出锅;
其中,还可以将出锅后的冰粥加入各种新鲜水果和或冰块1-20g;
其中,所述冰粥可用于粥铺等餐饮机构应用,同时也可应用于大批量生产。
本发明中各组分中功效:
鲜荷叶中主要活性成分有黄酮和生物碱,荷叶具有降血脂、减肥、抗菌、清除自由基的药理作用,荷叶在我国分布广泛,既可作为食品也可作为药品。荷叶含有莲碱(Roemerine)、原荷叶碱(Pronuciferine)和荷叶碱(Nuciferine)等多种生物碱及维生素C、多糖,有清热解毒、凉血、止血的作用,有清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效。
淡竹叶中含有大量的黄酮类化合物和生物活性多糖及其他有效成分。中国医药学、食品科学等方面的研究发现,尽管竹的种类不同,但其叶片成分都具有很好的营养和保健功能。竹叶所含的功能性因子主要是:黄酮、酚酸类化合物、氨基酸、锰、锌等微量元素。另外,竹叶中还含有丰富的叶绿素。叶绿素具有较强的抗氧化功能,这对预防心血管病和防衰老有积极作用。竹叶在保健品、功能性饮料等方面的开发也将大有作为。本草纲目记载淡竹叶去烦热,利小便,除烦止渴,小儿痘毒,外症恶毒。《现代实用中药》:清凉解热,利尿。治热病口渴,小便涩痛,烦热不寐,牙龈肿痛,口腔炎。
芹菜含有丰富的蛋白质和大量的纤维素,具有健胃、利尿、降血压、镇静、止血、治疗便秘的作用,可用于高血压引起的头晕头痛、心烦易怒等。芹菜既是佳蔬,又是良药,芹菜的药用价值在于它有平肝、清热、祛风、利尿、健脾、降压、健脑和醒神之功效。
绿豆含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,维生素B1、B2、胡萝卜素、菸碱酸、叶酸,矿物质钙、磷、铁,具有降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾等作用。《本草纲目》云:“绿豆,消肿治痘之功虽同于赤豆,而压热解毒之力过之。且益气、厚肠胃、通经脉,无久服枯人之忌。外科治痈疽,有内托护心散,极言其效。”并可“解金石、砒霜、草木一切诸毒”。
枸杞含有甜菜碱(betane),枸杞多糖,枸杞色素等,枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的各类呈色物质,是枸杞籽的重要生理活性成分。主要包括-胡萝卜素、叶黄素和其他有色物质。枸杞所含有的类胡萝卜素则具有非常重要的药用价值。很多研究已经证明枸杞籽色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。胡萝卜素是枸杞色素的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化和作为维生素A的合成前体等重要的生理功能。
从上述方解可知,本发明的积极效果在于,不仅具有消热解暑之功效,还具有健脾益肾、降压、利尿等保健功能,还可以提高人体免疫力,预防肿瘤等疾病。

以下列举本发明的实施例,并不代表本发明全部。其中的各材料的量可以根据实际需要按比例增加或减少。
实施例1
鲜荷叶、淡竹叶分别12g,纱布包后,加200ml水煮沸5分钟后,去渣备用,生芹菜18g榨汁备用,粳米120g、黑米40g、绿豆80g、枸杞1g加入水1L大火烧开后,中火煮沸40分钟,加入荷叶淡竹叶水以及生芹菜汁,煮9分钟,关火凉15分钟后,加入冰糖2g搅拌均匀,10分钟出锅放凉后服用。
实施例2
将实施例1制备的冰粥,加入可食用防腐剂,灭菌,装罐,即得夏日保健冰粥灌装产品。

1.一种夏日保健冰粥,其特征在于:包含有鲜荷叶、淡竹叶、芹菜汁、绿豆、枸杞、冰糖、粳米、黑米、水、冰块,其组分是鲜荷叶6-18g、淡竹叶6-18g、芹菜汁6-18g、绿豆50-80g、枸杞1-2g、冰糖0.1-5g、粳米60-120g、黑米20-40g、水100-500ml、冰块1-20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夏日保健冰粥,其特征在于:所述组分中还可以加入各种新鲜水果。
3.一种夏日保健冰粥的制备方法,其步骤是:
鲜荷叶、淡竹叶分别6-18g,纱布包后,加100-500ml水煮沸4-5分钟后,去渣备用,生芹菜6-18g榨汁备用,粳米60-120g、黑米20-40g、绿豆50-80g、枸杞1-2g加入水0.5L-2L大火烧开后,中火煮沸30-50分钟,加入荷叶淡竹叶水以及生芹菜汁,煮6-9分钟,关火凉10-20分钟后,加入冰糖0.1-5g搅拌均匀,5-10分钟出锅。
4.根据权利要求3所述的夏日保健冰粥的制备方法,其特征在于:还可以将出锅后的冰粥加入各种新鲜水果和或冰块1-20g。
