Description

一种足型立柱、短悬臂五轴联动机床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床,具体涉及一种立式五轴联动机床。
背景技术
五轴联动机床是加工空间复杂曲面的有效装备,由于五轴联动机床有5个运动轴,相对于3个轴的加工中心而言,刚度低、误差积累大;为了克服刚度不足的缺陷,国内外设计了众多的五轴联动构型,这些五轴联动构型按结构类型,可以分为:并联、混联、串联三大类型。
并联五轴联动机床,目前普遍存在加工空间/机床尺寸比小的机缺陷;且其杆件的球铰链加工困难,由此产生刚度低、转动角度小等不足,目前纯并联结构的五轴联动机床大都出于研究的目的,在生产中无广泛运用。
现有的串联结构五轴联动机床,由于力臂长,机床刚度差,普遍采用加大结构尺寸的方法来弥补刚度不足,增加了机床体积和成本。为此,立式五轴联动机床(申请号CN103722390A)采用飞檐式龙门单摆头结构,缩短了龙门的跨度,提高了机床刚度;但龙门单摆头结构的五轴联动机床不适于加工Z向尺寸大的零件(即高度寸长大零件)。
混联五轴联动机床,也存在一些不足,如申请号为200810196596.1的龙门式混联五轴联动机床,其双自由度回转工作台绕固定轴摆动半径大,存在由制造误差所产生的摆动误差偏大的不足;申请号为200810196595.7的并联刀头的混联机床,虽然机床刚度高,但刀具的切削运动要通过1对圆锥齿轮实现,由于圆锥齿轮传动的特点限制,难以获得10000转/分钟以上的切削速度。
总之,现有的五轴联动机床结构,当加工长/宽比较大的金属零件,在机床刚度、加工精度、工作空间、切削速度、制造成本等方面,性能尚有不足。要提升我国的制造业水平,必须研发新结构的五轴联动机床。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种足型立柱、短悬臂五轴联动机床,本发明采用仿生技术,合理设计各机床部件的安装结构和相互位置关系,缩短机床摆头的悬臂,以提高刚度;本机床主要用于加工高度寸长大零件,机床刚度高,可以适合加工硬质材料,如钛合金、不锈钢、调质钢等;机床的摆动精度高,加工方便,机床成本低。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种足型立柱、短悬臂五轴联动机床,包括机床底座、X轴移动电机、Y轴移动电机、Z轴直线移动电机、十字滑台、回转工作台、摆动电机、电主轴,机床底座上设置十字滑台,十字滑台上安装有X、Y轴拖板,Y轴拖板上安装回转工作台,回转工作台上安装工件;还设有足型立柱,足型立柱设置在机床底座上并位于所述十字滑台一侧,足型立柱包括垂直段和安装座,垂直段下端设置在安装座一端,垂直段高度方向上中部为中空结构形成Z轴移动通道,安装座宽度方向上中部设有V形通孔;足型立柱垂直段顶部设置Z轴直线移动电机,Z轴直线移动电机通过Z轴滚珠丝杆驱动Z轴拖板沿Z轴移动;Z轴拖板前端安装有减速器,减速器通过联轴器连接摆动电机,减速器输出端安装所述电主轴;Y轴移动电机安装在机床底座上并位于所述足型立柱安装座的V形通孔内,Y轴移动电机通过Y轴滚珠丝杆驱动十字滑台沿Y轴移动;十字滑台上表面设置X轴移动电机,X轴移动电机通过X轴滚珠丝杆驱动X轴拖板沿X轴移动。
进一步地,所述足型立柱安装座两端与机架底座相连接。
进一步地,所述Z轴拖板后端上设有挡板,所述摆动电机通过挡扳安装在Z轴拖板后端并位于所述足型立柱垂直段的Z轴移动通道中,摆动电机在足型立柱垂直段的Z轴移动通道沿Z轴移动。
进一步地,所述足型立柱垂直段Z轴移动通道和足型立柱安装座V形通孔之间设有隔板。
进一步地,所述减速器的输出端法兰上安装电主轴夹头,电主轴夹头上安装所述电主轴。
进一步地,所述Y轴移动电机上设有护罩,护罩位于所述足型立柱安装座的V形通孔内。
进一步地,所述X轴拖板上设有护罩。
进一步地,所述足型立柱垂直段纵截面为H形,足型立柱垂直段靠近所述十字滑台一侧设有滑轨,滑轨上设置所述Z轴拖板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)现有的单立柱五轴机床,其特点是单立柱前端和机床底座安装面之间无空出的空间结构,可以安放Y轴运动的电机和防护罩,这样,工件和机床立柱前端面之间需要空出Y轴运动的电机和防护罩的尺寸,工件远离机床立柱前端面;为了加工工件,电主轴就需要延长悬臂。而本发明,将机床立柱做成人的支持腿型结构,支撑面为仿人的足型结构,Y轴运动的电机和防护罩均可以安置在足型立柱中间下端通透中空足弓所留空间,机床立柱的足弓可以安放驱动Y轴运动的电机和防护罩,这样,工件就离机床立柱近,电主轴悬臂短,便于缩短机床摆头的悬臂,以提高刚度; 
(2)B轴摆动电机可以沿足型立柱的上端中空部位沿Z轴移动,缩短了电主轴悬臂。总之,电主轴悬臂缩短,五轴联动机床最薄弱的环节——电主轴的摆动刚度就得到大幅度的提升,便于提高切削速度和表面光洁度,适用于加工范围更广的材料,如钛合金、不锈钢、调质钢等。B轴摆动电机通过挡扳安装在Z轴拖板后端,且在足型立柱的上端中空的部位,可以沿足型立柱的上端中空部位沿Z轴移动。上述措施(1)、(2),可以大幅度缩短电主轴的悬臂长度;
(3)足底左右2端为安装面,中间下端为中空足弓,足弓前后通透;上端为中空的Z轴移动通道;Z轴移动通道和中空的足弓之间有隔板分隔。足型立柱为非对称结构,足的前端长,足跟短;足型立柱足的前端对应五轴加工时,对应于摆动,工件在X轴移动补偿的方向,这样五轴机床在X轴向的尺寸紧凑,且足型立柱承载能力强。有限元分析和实验均证实了这点。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种足型立柱、短悬臂五轴联动机床,包括机床底座1、X轴移动电机10、Y轴移动电机2、Z轴直线移动电机4、十字滑台、回转工作台6、摆动电机102、电主轴106和足型立柱3。
机床底座1上设置十字滑台,十字滑台上安装有X、Y轴拖板,Y轴拖板上安装回转工作台6,回转工作台6上安装工件5。
足型立柱3设置在机床底座上并位于所述十字滑台一侧,足型立柱3包括垂直段和安装座,垂直段下端设置在安装座一端,垂直段高度方向上中部为中空结构形成Z轴移动通道,安装座宽度方向上中部设有V形通孔。
足型立柱垂直段顶部设置Z轴直线移动电机,Z轴直线移动电机4通过Z轴滚珠丝杆驱动Z轴拖板103沿Z轴移动;Z轴拖板前端安装有减速器105,减速器通过联轴器104连接摆动电机102,减速器105的输出端法兰上安装电主轴夹头107,电主轴夹头上安装所述电主轴106。
Y轴移动电机2安装在机床底座1上并位于足型立柱3安装座的V形通孔内,Y轴移动电机通过Y轴滚珠丝杆驱动十字滑台沿Y轴移动。十字滑台上表面设置X轴移动电机10,X轴移动电机10通过X轴滚珠丝杆驱动X轴拖板沿X轴移动。
足型立柱安装座两端与机架底座相连接。
Z轴拖板后端上设有挡板101,所述摆动电机102通过挡扳101安装在Z轴拖板103后端并位于足型立柱垂直段的Z轴移动通道中,摆动电机在足型立柱垂直段的Z轴移动通道沿Z轴移动。

现有的单立柱五轴机床,其特点是单立柱前端和机床底座安装面之间无空出的空间结构,可以安放Y轴运动的电机和防护罩,这样,工件和机床立柱前端面之间需要空出Y轴运动的电机和防护罩的尺寸,工件远离机床立柱前端面;为了加工工件,电主轴就需要延长悬臂。而本发明,Y轴运动的电机和防护罩均可以安置在足型立柱中间下端通透中空足弓所留空间,这样,工件就离机床立柱近,电主轴悬臂短。
挡扳101安装在Z轴拖板103后端,B轴摆动电机102安装在挡扳101上,且在足型立柱3的上端中空的部位,可以沿足型立柱3的上端中空部位沿Z轴移动。减速器105安装在Z轴拖板103前端,减速器105通过联轴器104和B轴摆动电机102连接;减速器105的输出端——法兰上安装电主轴夹头107;电主轴106安装在电主轴夹头107上。B轴摆动电机可以沿足型立柱的上端中空部位沿Z轴移动,缩短了电主轴悬臂。总之,电主轴悬臂缩短,五轴联动机床最薄弱的环节——电主轴的摆动刚度就得到大幅度的提升,便于提高切削速度和表面光洁度,适用于加工范围更广的材料,如钛合金、不锈钢、调质钢等。
足型立柱3安装在机床底座1上;Z轴直线移动电机4安装在足型立柱3上,通过Z轴滚珠丝杆驱动Z轴拖板103沿Z轴移动;Y轴移动电机2安装在在机床底座1上,通过Y轴滚珠丝杆驱动十字滑台沿Y轴移动;Y轴移动电机2和Y后端轴护罩8安装在足型立柱3的足弓下面;X轴移动电机10安装在十字滑台上表面,通过X轴滚珠丝杆驱动X轴拖板沿X轴移动,X轴拖板上安装X轴护罩7;Y轴拖板上安装回转工作台6;工件5安装在回转工作台6上。足型立柱为非对称结构,足的前端长,足跟短;足型立柱足的前端对应五轴加工时,对应于摆动,工件在X轴移动补偿的方向,这样五轴机床在X轴向的尺寸紧凑,且足型立柱承载能力强。有限元分析和实验均证实了这点。
