The concept relevant to the footwear including upper of a shoe of the present invention, it is applicable such as, is including in various types of sport shoess such as running shoes, sport shoes, climbing boot, basketball shoes, volleyball shoe, trainer shoe, bicycle shoes, football boot (footballshoe), tennis shoes and football boot (soccershoe). Described concept is equally applicable to include in the footwear being typically considered to non-athletic type of dress shoes (dressshoes), playshoes, sandals and brogan. Thus, the upper of a shoe of the present invention is applicable in extensive types of footwear.
Generally, footwear include upper of a shoe (upper) and are fixed on sole (sole) works of upper of a shoe. Footwear sole construction thing can include the middle end, outer bottom and sole etc., and upper of a shoe is for firm foot of cosily fixing, and forms space in footwear. Void former in upper of a shoe is to hold foot, and passes instep and the toe area of foot, along inner side and the lateral side of foot, extends to around underfooting and heel area.
Upper of a shoe according to the present invention is to utilize the upper component formed by tricot machine to manufacture, and it includes bottom portion and lattice portion, and described lattice portion has the dual structure separated up and down.In other words, utilizing fabric part to manufacture according to the upper of a shoe of the present invention, horizontal tram and longitudinal organizine are woven and are formed by described fabric part.
Bottom portion is the part except lattice portion, and all trams and organizine form a tissue. On the contrary, lattice portion be formed by the tram in bottom portion and organizine be easily separated while upper plate tissue and the lower plate tissue part that is easily separated and formed. Thus, the upper plate tissue of lattice portion or the compactness of lower plate tissue are not tight compared with bottom portion, therefore also function to the effect of ventilation part. It addition, in order to improve breathability and highlight the effect visually seeming nice and cool, it is possible to remove the lower plate tissue of lattice portion.
Consider that design considerations and functional aspect, tram and the organizine of footwear can be respectively formed as one, and be formed as the combination of shades of colour. Such as, two trams and organizine can be woven and be formed by bottom portion, and four trams and two organizine can be woven and formed. Now, the plurality of tram and organizine can be identical or different colors respectively, and its number also can be different.
The tram and the organizine that are used in braiding can be the natural silks such as cotton, fiber crops, hair, and can be the synthesis silks of the various kinds such as nylon, terylene (polyester), acrylic (acrylic), plastics, Promix (Promix), injection type polyurethane (TPU), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EthyleneVinylAcetate), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polrvinyl chloride (PolyVinylChloride), carbon fiber, aromatic series polyamides dead drunk (Aramid).
Thus, according to the design of upper of a shoe or functional etc., can determining tram and the number of organizine, material, thickness and weaving manner etc., along with the prosperity of weaving method and braiding device, the structure of upper of a shoe is also extended to various.
Hereinafter, with reference to accompanying drawing, the preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated.
Fig. 1 is the axonometric chart of the fabric being formed with upper of a shoe according to an embodiment of the invention, and Fig. 2 is the axonometric chart of upper of a shoe according to an embodiment of the invention. Strictly speaking, Fig. 2 is the axonometric chart of the parts for forming upper of a shoe.
With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, upper of a shoe 110 according to an embodiment of the invention is formed on upper of a shoe fabric 100, and includes bottom portion 111 and lattice portion 113. Bottom portion 111 is the part forming upper of a shoe body, and lattice portion 113 can be formed between bottom portion 111. Now, lattice portion 113 is incorporated into bottom portion 111 not by the other attachment operation as sewing or bonding, but utilizes the tram being used in bottom portion 111 braiding and organizine to weave integratedly with bottom portion 11 and formed.
With reference to the enlarged drawing part of Fig. 2, the organizational composition in bottom portion and lattice portion is described in more detail.
1,2 and organizine 3 of two trams is woven and is formed by bottom portion 111. Now, in two trams, one 2 is coloured, and another 1 is transparent color, and the tram in bottom portion 111 is formed as coloured tram 2 and transparent tram 1 shape alternately arranged side by side. The organizine 3 in bottom portion 111 is formed as a transparent wire, and described organizine 3 weaves with the coloured tram 2 being arranged side by side and transparent tram 1, thus forming bottom portion 111.
It addition, a transparent organizine 3 and transparent tram 1 are woven and are formed by lattice portion 113. Described lattice portion 113 is because constituting coloured tram 2 in two trams in bottom portion 111 and being not involved in the formation of lattice portion 113, so loosely forming compared with the tissue density in bottom portion 111.As mentioned above, being formed with the lattice portion 113 that tissue density is loose compared with bottom portion 111, thus the breathability guaranteeing footwear can not only being promoted, and can visually give more nice and cool sensation, and act as design considerations, thus taste can be improved.
As mentioned above, in the tram in bottom portion 111, the organizine in a part and bottom portion intactly uses the tram into lattice portion 113 and organizine, thus forming lattice portion 113, therefore lattice portion 113 and bottom portion 111 are integrally performed braiding, the technique that therefore additionally need not adhere to lattice portion in bottom portion. Thus, according to one embodiment of present invention, upper of a shoe manufacturing process is improved, thus productivity can be improved, and the commodity percent defective problem owing to using binding agent to bring can be prevented, therefore can not only improve commodity, and can stably keep the quality of commodity, and the health problem of worker can also be solved.
Below, with reference to Fig. 3, the method forming lattice portion is illustrated. Fig. 3 is along the section line A-A ' of Fig. 2 sectional view limited. More specifically, Fig. 3 (a) indicates that the schematic diagram in the situation having barry dyeing silk 2 on the section line A-A ' of Fig. 2 sectional view limited, and Fig. 3 (b) indicates that the schematic diagram of the lattice portion 113 after coloured tram 2 being cut off in Fig. 3 (a), it is along the section line A-A ' of Fig. 2 sectional view limited.
As shown in the figures, first 1,2 and organizine 3 of two trams is woven, thus forming bottom portion 111.
Afterwards, on the position that bottom portion 111 terminates, to being used in two trams that bottom portion 111 is formed, a transparent wire 1 and a transparent organizine 3 weave, thus forming the upper plate tissue as lattice portion 113, and in upper plate tissue bottom, the remaining coloured tram 2 being used in bottom portion 111 formation does not weave with transparent organizine 3, and makes it be individually located in. In other words, in lattice portion 113, coloured tram 2 participates in braiding in bottom portion 111 after being not involved in braiding and skipping again.
Thus, on the position that lattice portion 113 terminates, coloured tram 2 participates in braiding process again, finally transparent tram 1, coloured tram 2 and transparent organizine 3 is all integrally performed braiding, thus forming bottom portion 111.
Finally, as shown in Fig. 3 (b), will be located in coloured tram 2 of lattice portion 113 and carry out cutting off and removing in lattice portion 113 end positions.
If as it has been described above, cut off and remove coloured tram 2, then can be formed with the lattice portion 113 only carrying out the single braiding woven with transparent tram 1 and transparent organizine 3, and transparent tram 1 and transparent organizine 3 can be attached without fracture. Thus, bottom portion 111 and lattice portion 113 are integrally performed braiding, therefore after forming bottom portion 111, it is not necessary to the technique additionally lattice portion 1113 adhered to. Additionally, the tissue of lattice portion 113 loosely forms compared with the tissue in bottom portion, that therefore can not only improve as breathability is functional, and gives visually to seem while cooling effect, can improve taste.
Above, in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, illustrate bottom portion and lattice portion, described bottom portion is formed as two trams (coloured tram and a transparent tram) and a transparent organizine, described lattice portion is formed as a transparent tram and a transparent organizine, it is contemplated that the design considerations of upper of a shoe or functional etc., can the number of described tram and organizine and color etc. being changed, therefore the interest field of the present invention is not limited to described embodiment.Additionally, illustrate that coloured tram is positioned at the situation of lattice portion bottom, but coloured tram may be alternatively located in lattice portion.
Below, with reference to Fig. 4 to Fig. 7, an alternative embodiment of the invention is illustrated.
Fig. 4 is the axonometric chart of the fabric being formed with upper of a shoe according to another embodiment of the invention, Fig. 5 is the axonometric chart of upper of a shoe according to another embodiment of the invention, Fig. 6 is along the section line B-B ' of Fig. 5 sectional view limited, and Fig. 7 is along the section line C-C ' of Fig. 5 sectional view limited. Strictly speaking, Fig. 5 is the upper component for manufacturing upper of a shoe.
A paper web can be formed with multiple upper of a shoe according to a determining deviation, but Fig. 5 has illustrated the fabric being formed with one of them upper of a shoe. Described fabric can be jacquard fabric (jacquard) fabric, and the part being formed without upper of a shoe in fabric can be formed with support portion, and described support portion is used for preventing fabric bending or distortion.
As shown in Figures 4 and 5, upper of a shoe according to another embodiment of the invention includes bottom portion 211,211', coloured 212 and mark part 213. Bottom portion 211 and coloured 212 are integrally performed braiding, and bottom portion 211 and mark part 213 are integrally performed braiding. But, bottom portion 211 is formed as a single organization, and coloured 212 and mark part 213 are formed as the duplex structure that upper and lower plates separates.
Described bottom portion 211, coloured 212 and mark part 213 all trams and organizine to shades of colour weave and are formed, but the design according to upper of a shoe, transparent wire and color silk can be combined as.
Such as, bottom portion 211 can be formed by four trams 1,2,11,21 being arranged side by side and two organizine 3,4 being arranged side by side with alternateing. Now, forming four trams 1,2,11,21 that tram is formed as color silk 2,21 and transparent wire 1,11 is alternately arranged side by side in bottom portion 211, organizine is formed as a color silk 4 and a transparent wire 3. Certainly, the design according to upper of a shoe, the bar number of tram and organizine or material, color etc. can be changed. As it has been described above, all trams 1,2,11,21 used when bottom portion 211 is to braiding upper of a shoe and all organizine 3,4 weave and formed, in upper of a shoe, therefore become the tightst and that density is high part.
Described bottom portion 211 and coloured 212 formed to extending transversely are formed as double-layered structure 212a, 212b of separating up and down. The taste of footwear as it has been described above, when being formed as double-layered structure 212a, the 212b separated up and down for coloured 212, be conducive to aeration to guarantee, and it is formed at upper of a shoe everywhere, thus can be improved.
The upper plate tissue 212a of coloured 212 must include color silk, therefore can mutually be carried out weaving by coloured tram and coloured organizine and be formed, and in tram and organizine, one for have normal complexion remain one for can be blended between transparent color (including edematus) weave and formed. It addition, the lower plate tissue of coloured 212 can be any color, therefore coloured tram and coloured organizine, coloured tram and transparent color organizine and/or person's transparent color tram and transparent color organizine can carry out weaving and being formed mutually.
Described coloured 212 it is contemplated that design aspect determines various trams and the color of organizine, material, thickness etc. Thus, it is formed as variously-shaped double-layered structure, upper plate tissue 212a and lower plate tissue 212b for coloured 212 the method passed through as jacquard fabric (jacquard) tissue can be easily separated braiding simultaneously.
Described coloured 212 can not only guarantee aeration, and is formed as design considerations everywhere at upper of a shoe, thus playing the effect improving overall taste. Additionally, the lower plate of coloured 212 is organized in when adding one layer of lining etc. thereafter through binding agent, also function to the effect preventing binding agent from infiltrating into upper plate tissue.
It addition, the part on the left side of belonging footwear and right side can be formed with mark part 213. Mark part 213 with coloured 212 the same be formed as top and the bottom from double-layered structure 213a, 213b, and upper plate tissue 213a separates and is woven to top and the bottom with lower plate tissue 213b, but weaves simultaneously.
It is formed with mark etc. at the lower plate tissue 213b of mark part, and includes color silk. Thus, coloured tram 2,21 and coloured organizine 4 can be woven and be formed by lower plate tissue, and coloured tram and transparent color organizine woven or transparent color tram and coloured organizine are woven and formed.
Now, it is preferable that the upper plate tissue 213a of mark part only forms as transparent wire (including translucent silk), in order to can manifest the mark of lower plate tissue 213b. Upper plate tissue 213a thus, transparent color tram 1,11 and transparent color organizine 3 woven, thus can be formed with.
As it has been described above, when mark part 212 is formed as upper and lower plates tissue 213a, 213b, mark etc. is indistinct and is revealed in outside decently, thus producing extraordinary effect at design aspect. Hereafter, when by fabrics such as adhesive attachment linings, by lower plate tissue 213b, binding agent is cut off, thus can prevent from flowing out to above upper plate tissue 213a, therefore can prevent the percent defective problem caused by binding agent, and clean and tidy outward appearance can be kept.
Below, with reference to Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 to forming bottom portion, the method for coloured and mark part illustrates.
First, with reference to Fig. 6, the method forming coloured portion is illustrated.
As shown in Figure 6, bottom portion 211 is undertaken weaving by 1,2,11,21 and two organizine 3,4 of four trams and is formed. Article four, tram 1,2,11,21 is formed as color silk 2,21 and transparent wire 1,11 alternates the shape arranged abreast, and organizine is formed by a color silk 4 and a transparent wire 3.
1,11 and two the coloured trams 2,21 of two transparent trams forming bottom portion 211 are separated from each other coloured 212 part started. Two the coloured trams 2,21 and the coloured organizine 4 that separate weave, thus forming upper plate tissue 212a, and separate two transparent trams 1,11 and transparent organizine 3 weave, thus forming lower plate tissue 212b.
