本发明实施例提供了一种信道资源的指示方法,包括:为用户终端分配F-TPICH资源;根据预先设置的捕获指示与F-TPICH资源索引号的映射关系,确定指示所述分数传输预编码指示信道资源的索引号的捕获指示;将包含所述确定的捕获指示的消息发送至所述用户终端。相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种基站和UE。本发明实施例可以解决为UE分配F-TPICH资源的问题。
