本发明公开了一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体、含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表面依次设置有所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层和所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层,所述的钢管本体的外表面依次设置有所述的Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和所述的MoS2/PTFE复合材料层。通过上述方式,本发明耐潮湿耐腐蚀性能好,在有较大应力条件下能够有效抑制应力腐蚀的发生。

Description

一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管
技术领域
 本发明涉及无缝钢管领域,特别是涉及一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管。
背景技术
随着煤矿生产机械化程度的不断提高,对机械设备的使用、维护和管理的要求也不断提高,设备的运行状况直接影响着煤矿的安全生产工作。设备运行正常,对矿井的原煤产量和效益得到了提高,对安全生产起到了积极的作用。
在煤矿领域,潮湿腐蚀性环境当中承受动载的关键零部件往往因腐蚀-磨损的作用而失效,从而造成巨大的经济损失。然而,现在用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管的耐潮湿耐腐蚀性能差,在有较大应力条件下还会发生应力腐蚀而呈现应力腐蚀扩展特征。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,耐潮湿耐腐蚀性能好,在有较大应力条件下能够有效抑制应力腐蚀的发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体、含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表面依次设置有所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层和所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层,所述的钢管本体的外表面依次设置有所述的Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和所述的MoS2/PTFE复合材料层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层的厚度为4~8mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层的厚度为8~15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层的厚度为3~6mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钢管本体上加设了含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层,耐潮湿耐腐蚀性能好,在有较大应力条件下能够有效抑制应力腐蚀的发生。

一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体1、含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层2、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层3、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层4、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层5和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层6,所述的钢管本体1的内表面依次设置有所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层2、所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层3和所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层6,所述的钢管本体1的外表面依次设置有所述的Si3N4-SiC复合材料层5和所述的MoS2/PTFE复合材料层4。
优选的,所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层2的厚度为4~8mm。
优选的,所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层6的厚度为8~15mm。
优选的,所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层3的厚度为3~6mm。
本发明用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管的有益效果是:本发明在钢管本体上加设了含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层,耐潮湿耐腐蚀性能好,在有较大应力条件下能够有效抑制应力腐蚀的发生。

1.一种用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,其特征在于,包括:钢管本体、含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层、Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层、Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和MoS2/PTFE复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表面依次设置有所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层、所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层和所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层,所述的钢管本体的外表面依次设置有所述的Si3N4-SiC复合材料层和所述的MoS2/PTFE复合材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的含金川铜镍矿粉的镍基复合材料层的厚度为4~8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的Mo2FeB2硬质合金覆层材料层的厚度为8~15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于煤矿机械的无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的碳纳米管/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料层的厚度为3~6mm。
