Abstract

本发明涉及可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,由上片、下片、鳃轴螺钉及左钳柄组成,下片的后部为与左钳柄相配合的右钳柄,右钳柄与左钳柄之间通过鳃轴螺钉交叉铰接,上片前端和下片前端设有可切削的刃口,上片可在下片上沿前后方向滑动,所述左钳柄的上端设置有开口槽,上片的后端设置有销轴,销轴设置在开口槽中,左钳柄的前端面上设置有可转动的限位块,限位块位于左钳柄与下片的夹角处,限位块为长条状,当限位块的长端面不与下片相抵触时,销轴可从开口槽中游离出去。其上片与下片之间为可拆卸结构,通过限位块的旋动来实现限位,可以在拆卸后,将整个椎板咬骨钳进行清洗消毒,并且将残留在间隙中的血迹彻底的清除,有效的避免了交叉感染。

可拆卸椎板咬骨钳
技术领域
本发明涉及到医疗器械的技术领域,特别是指一种椎板咬骨钳。
背景技术
椎板咬骨钳主要用于咬除或修整椎板骨和颅骨。目前所使用的椎板咬骨钳,由上片、下片、鳃轴螺钉及左钳柄组成,下片的后部为与左钳柄相配合的右钳柄,右钳柄与左钳柄之间通过鳃轴螺钉交叉铰接,上片前端和下片前端设有可切削的刃口,上片与下片之间沿上下、左右方向锁定,并且上片可在下片上沿前后方向滑动,左钳柄与上片的后端同样通过螺钉实现铰接。使用时,手握右钳柄,将左钳柄向右钳柄靠拢,使得上片向前移动,实现对椎板骨或颅骨的咬除或修整。其缺点是:由于椎板咬骨钳在使用后,血迹会残留在上片与下片之间的间隙中,而目前所使用的椎板咬骨钳不能进行拆卸,即使将整个椎板咬骨钳进行清洗消毒,残留在间隙中的血迹还是不能得到彻底的清除,容易引起交叉感染,给患者带来隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可拆卸的椎板咬骨钳。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,由上片、下片、鳃轴螺钉及左钳柄组成,下片的后部为与左钳柄相配合的右钳柄,右钳柄与左钳柄之间通过鳃轴螺钉交叉铰接,上片前端和下片前端设有可切削的刃口,上片可在下片上沿前后方向滑动,所述左钳柄的上端设置有开口槽,上片的后端设置有销轴,销轴设置在开口槽中,左钳柄的前端面上设置有可转动的限位块,限位块位于左钳柄与下片的夹角处,限位块为长条状,当限位块的长端面不与下片相抵触时,销轴可从开口槽中游离出去。
所述开口槽为开口向上的弧形槽。
所述限位块与左钳柄之间的连接结构为:左钳柄的前端面中设置有弹簧座,弹簧座中设置有通孔,通孔中设置有弹簧销,弹簧销的外部套设有弹簧,通孔的孔壁上设置有台阶,弹簧销的尾部设置有凸台,弹簧的两端分别与台阶和凸台相抵触,弹簧销的前端与限位块相连接,限位块的内端面上设置有半圆形的限位槽,与之相配合,弹簧座的前端为半圆形的限位柱,限位柱设置在限位槽中实现限位块与弹簧座之间的环向限位。
所述下片的前端上壁上设置有前T型导向条,与之相对应,上片的前端下壁上设置有前T型导向槽;上片的后端下壁上设置有后T型导向条,与之相对应,下片的后端上壁中设置有后T型导向槽。
所述左钳柄与右钳柄之间设置有左右支撑弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,其上片与下片之间为可拆卸结构,通过限位块的旋动来实现限位,可以在拆卸后,将整个椎板咬骨钳进行清洗消毒,并且将残留在间隙中的血迹彻底的清除,有效的避免了交叉感染。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图7所示,可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,由上片4、下片5、鳃轴螺钉及左钳柄1组成,下片5的后部为与左钳柄1相配合的右钳柄2,右钳柄2与左钳柄1之间通过鳃轴螺钉交叉铰接,上片4前端和下片5前端设有可切削的刃口,上片4可在下片5上沿前后方向滑动,如图2、图3、图4、图5所示,所述下片5的前端上壁上设置有前T型导向条6,与之相对应,上片4的前端下壁上设置有前T型导向槽7;上片4的后端下壁上设置有后T型导向条8,与之相对应,下片5的后端上壁中设置有后T型导向槽9。如图6所示,所述左钳柄1的上端设置有开口槽10,所述开口槽10为开口向上的弧形槽,如图4所示,上片4的后端设置有销轴11,销轴11设置在开口槽10中。如图1、图8所示,所述左钳柄1的前端面上设置有可转动的限位块12,限位块12位于左钳柄1与下片5的夹角处,限位块12为长条状,当限位块12的长端面不与下片5相抵触时,销轴11可从开口槽10中游离出去。
如图9、图10、图11、图12所示,所述限位块12与左钳柄1之间的连接结构为:左钳柄1的前端面中设置有弹簧座13,弹簧座13通过铆钉20与左钳柄1相连接,弹簧座13中设置有通孔,通孔中设置有弹簧销14,弹簧销14的外部套设有弹簧15,通孔的孔壁上设置有台阶16,弹簧销14的尾部设置有凸台17,弹簧15的两端分别与台阶16和凸台17相抵触,弹簧销14的前端与限位块12相连接,限位块12的内端面上设置有半圆形的限位槽18,与之相配合,弹簧座13的前端为半圆形的限位柱19,限位柱19设置在限位槽18中实现限位块12与弹簧座13之间的环向限位。
本发明的工作原理是:上述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,在需要拆卸时,向外拉拔限位块12,此时限位块12及弹簧销14在通孔中向外移动,使得弹簧座13的限位柱19从限位块12的限位槽18中脱离,此时限位块12可以转动90度,如图8所示,限位块12转动后,限位块12的长端面不与下片5相抵触,左钳柄1与右钳柄2在复位弹片的作用下,可处于最大夹角状态,此时,上片4与下片5之间的前T型导向条6与前T型导向槽7相脱离,后T型导向条8与后T型导向槽9相脱离,销轴11可从开口槽10中游离出去,可以将上片4向上取出,从而可以实现清洗。

1.可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,由上片、下片、鳃轴螺钉及左钳柄组成,下片的后部为与左钳柄相配合的右钳柄,右钳柄与左钳柄之间通过鳃轴螺钉交叉铰接,上片前端和下片前端设有可切削的刃口,上片可在下片上沿前后方向滑动,其特征在于:所述左钳柄的上端设置有开口槽,上片的后端设置有销轴,销轴设置在开口槽中,左钳柄的前端面上设置有可转动的限位块,限位块位于左钳柄与下片的夹角处,限位块为长条状,当限位块的长端面不与下片相抵触时,销轴可从开口槽中游离出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,其特征在于:所述开口槽为开口向上的弧形槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,其特征在于:所述限位块与左钳柄之间的连接结构为:左钳柄的前端面中设置有弹簧座,弹簧座中设置有通孔,通孔中设置有弹簧销,弹簧销的外部套设有弹簧,通孔的孔壁上设置有台阶,弹簧销的尾部设置有凸台,弹簧的两端分别与台阶和凸台相抵触,弹簧销的前端与限位块相连接,限位块的内端面上设置有半圆形的限位槽,与之相配合,弹簧座的前端为半圆形的限位柱,限位柱设置在限位槽中实现限位块与弹簧座之间的环向限位。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,其特征在于:所述下片的前端上壁上设置有前T型导向条,与之相对应,上片的前端下壁上设置有前T型导向槽;上片的后端下壁上设置有后T型导向条,与之相对应,下片的后端上壁中设置有后T型导向槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆卸椎板咬骨钳,其特征在于:所述左钳柄与右钳柄之间设置有左右支撑弹簧。
