本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP镀铝膜。双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,其特征在于:它包括第一可UV印刷涂层、聚丙烯(PP)层、铝层、第二可UV印刷涂层,聚丙烯(PP)层为聚丙烯膜,聚丙烯膜的厚度为45~50um,聚丙烯膜的下面镀(真空镀)有铝层,铝层的厚度为300~400埃;铝层的下面涂有第二可UV印刷涂层,第二可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1um;聚丙烯膜的上面涂有第一可UV印刷涂层,第一可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1um。该膜双面可印刷,主要应用于矿泉水等透明瓶体上。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP镀铝膜。
背景技术
BOPP镀铝膜本身既有的一些特性使得它广泛使用于包装行业,如标签等等。现有的BOPP镀铝膜存在着如下不足:不能双面印刷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,该膜双面可印刷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,其特征在于:它包括第一可UV印刷涂层、聚丙烯(PP)层、铝层、第二可UV印刷涂层,聚丙烯(PP)层为聚丙烯膜,聚丙烯膜的厚度为45~50um,聚丙烯膜的下面镀(真空镀)有铝层,铝层的厚度为300~400埃;铝层的下面涂有第二可UV印刷涂层,第二可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1μm;聚丙烯膜的上面涂有第一可UV印刷涂层,第一可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1μm。
所述第一可UV印刷涂层、第二可UV印刷涂层的材料均为丙烯酸。
本发明的有益效果是:采用第一可UV印刷涂层、第二可UV印刷涂层,该膜双面可印刷。主要应用于矿泉水等透明瓶体上。

实施例1:
如图1所示,双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,它包括第一可UV印刷涂层1、聚丙烯(PP)层2、铝层3、第二可UV印刷涂层4,聚丙烯(PP)层2为聚丙烯膜,聚丙烯膜的厚度为45~50um,聚丙烯膜的下面镀(真空镀)有铝层3,铝层3的厚度为300~400埃;铝层3的下面涂有第二可UV印刷涂层4,第二可UV印刷涂层4的厚度为0.5~1μm;聚丙烯膜的上面涂有第一可UV印刷涂层1,第一可UV印刷涂层1的厚度为0.5~1μm。
所述第一可UV印刷涂层1、第二可UV印刷涂层4的材料均为丙烯酸。
该膜双面可印刷,主要应用于矿泉水等透明瓶体上。

1.双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,其特征在于:它包括第一可UV印刷涂层(1)、聚丙烯(PP)层(2)、铝层(3)、第二可UV印刷涂层(4),聚丙烯层为聚丙烯膜,聚丙烯膜的厚度为45~50um,聚丙烯膜的下面镀有铝层,铝层的厚度为300~400埃;铝层的下面涂有第二可UV印刷涂层,第二可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1μm;聚丙烯膜的上面涂有第一可UV印刷涂层,第一可UV印刷涂层的厚度为0.5~1μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面可印刷BOPP镀铝膜,其特征在于:所述第一可UV印刷涂层、第二可UV印刷涂层的材料均为丙烯酸。
