(一)        技术领域
    本发明属于医疗器械装置技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能骨科刮匙。
(二)        背景技术
    颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出是临床上常见的骨科疾病,进行手术治疗时通常需要去除压迫神经的突出椎间盘组织、增生钙化组织等,常常采取刮匙刮取的方法进行根治。然而,目前技术下的刮匙由于其结构比较简单,功能单一,无法直观了解匙头进入的深度,容易发生因匙头进入过深而损伤正常组织的危险;刮匙为直形,在刮除病变组织时容易阻挡术野,刮匙匙头为单刃口,把持力小、容易打滑,软组织刮除不够彻底,需要多次更换手术器械,对去除病变组织极为不利;此外,刮完后医生需要再次更换锉体打磨平整,都会影响医务人员的工作效率。
(三)        发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种把持力大、操作方便、可掌握匙头进入深度、减轻医务人员工作难度的多功能骨科刮匙。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的: 
一种多功能骨科刮匙,包括手柄,手柄连接有匙头,其特征是:所述匙头与手柄之间通过匙杆连接,匙杆上设置有刻度线,匙头通过螺纹与匙杆相连接,手柄连接设有锉杆,锉杆末端设有锉头,手柄上设有防滑纹。

采用本发明的一种多功能骨科刮匙,使用时,手握手柄1,手柄1上设有防滑纹8,可保证手术过程的安全可靠,匙杆3上标有刻度线4,使用时可随时观察,掌握匙头2进入的深度。匙头2通过螺纹5与匙杆3相连接,可随时拧下更换不同的匙头2,避免了医生在给病人进行刮骨治疗时频繁更换工具的麻烦。手柄1另一端连接有锉杆6,锉杆6上设有锉头7,医生可在刮完后,利用锉头7进行打磨平整,无需再次更换,操作方便,极大地减轻了医务人员的工作难度。
