All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device may include: devices such as PCs (Personal computers), tablet computers, mobile phones, smart phones, and notebook computers; the client may be a client module in the terminal device, for example: an instant messaging client, an SNS (Social Networking Services) client, and the like. Except for the specific description, the client in the subsequent embodiments of the present invention is described by taking an instant messaging client as an example.
The following describes in detail a message alert method according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to fig. 6.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart of a message reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method may comprise the following steps S101-S103.
S101, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires a user identifier associated with the communication account.
The client corresponding to the communication account refers to a login client of the communication account, and the communication account and the client correspond to each other and mean that the communication account logs in a communication system through the client. The communication account number can be an instant communication account number, a mobile phone number, an email account number, and the like. A communication account may be used to associate a communication user, for example: the instant messaging account a may be used to associate the instant messaging user a and the email account B may be used to associate the instant messaging user B. Multiple communication accounts may be used to associate the same communication user, for example: the instant messaging account a1 can be used for being associated with an instant messaging user a, the mobile phone number a2 can be used for being associated with the instant messaging user a, and the email account A3 can be used for being associated with the instant messaging user a. And after the communication user logs in the client based on the associated communication account, the communication user can perform information interaction with other communication users.
The user identification associated with the communication account may include, but is not limited to: a special user identifier of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and/or a common user identifier of the communication user associated with the communication account. The special user identifier of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs may be a special user name set by the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, where the special user name is only used in the set communication group to which the communication account belongs, for example: the instant messaging account A belongs to an instant messaging group N, and an instant messaging user A associated with the instant messaging account A sets a special user name of the instant messaging user A in the instant messaging group N as a small flower, so that a user identifier displayed by the instant messaging user A in the instant messaging group N is the small flower. The common user identifier of the communication user associated with the communication account may be a common user name set in a personal information page for the communication user associated with the communication account, where the common user name may be used in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, or may be used in individual information interaction between the communication user associated with the communication account and any other communication user, for example: if the common user name of the instant messaging user a associated with the instant messaging account a is "leaf", the user identifier displayed by the communication user associated with the instant messaging account a in the personal information page is "leaf", and the user identifier displayed in the session interface with another instant messaging user B is also "leaf".
The user identification associated with the communication account can be stored in a server, and in the step, the client can pull the user identification associated with the communication account from the server in real time according to the communication account; or, the user identifier associated with the communication account may also be stored in the client, and in this step, the client may obtain the user identifier associated with the communication account from a storage space of the client.
S102, the client acquires at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
The unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs refers to a message generated by other communication users in the communication group to which the communication account belongs in the session interface after the communication user associated with the communication account exits the session interface of the communication group to which the communication account belongs; for example: the instant messaging account A is associated with an instant messaging user A, and the instant messaging account A belongs to an instant messaging group N; the instant messaging group N comprises three group members, namely an instant messaging user A, an instant messaging user B and an instant messaging user C, and the instant messaging users A, B and C can perform information interaction on a session interface of the instant messaging group N; after the instant messaging user A exits the session interface of the instant messaging group N, if the instant messaging user B sends a message B in the session interface of the instant messaging group N and the instant messaging user C sends a message C in the session interface of the instant messaging group N, the message B and the message C are two unread messages in the instant messaging group N of the instant messaging user A.
It should be noted that the client may provide a function of unread message prompts, and a communication user associated with the communication account may set a function of turning on or off the unread message prompts in the client. As in the above example, the instant messaging user a has two unread messages B and c, and if the instant messaging user a starts the function of prompting the unread messages, the client outputs the unread message prompt after acquiring the messages B and/or c, and the instant messaging user a can enter the session interface of the instant messaging group B to view the prompted unread messages according to the unread message prompt; if the instant messaging user A closes the function of the unread message prompt, the client does not output the unread message prompt after obtaining the messages B and/or c, and the instant messaging user A can actively enter a session interface of the instant messaging group B to view the unread message.
S103, when the client detects that the at least one unread message contains the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account.
The related unread message of the communication account contains preset format information, and the preset format information carries a user identifier associated with the communication account. Although an existing client has an unread message prompting function, there is no important reminding mechanism for unread messages (i.e., unread messages related to a communication account), and when the number of unread messages in a communication group to which the communication account belongs of a communication user associated with the communication account acquired by the client is large, the unread messages related to the communication account may be missed by the communication user associated with the communication account, so that effective delivery of the unread messages related to the communication account cannot be guaranteed. In order to ensure that the related unread message of the communication account is not missed and improve the effective transmissibility of the related unread message of the communication account, in the embodiment of the present invention, a message reminding mechanism related to the related unread message of the communication account is set at a client, specifically, in this step, when the client detects that the at least one unread message includes the related unread message of the communication account, a message reminding of the related unread message of the communication account is output; for example: according to the example in step S102, if the client detects that the unread message b includes the preset format information, and the preset format information carries the user identifier of the instant messaging user a, it is determined that the unread message b belongs to the relevant unread message of the instant messaging account a, and a message prompt is output.
It should be noted that the manner of outputting the message reminder of the unread message related to the communication account by the client may include, but is not limited to, the following two possible implementations:
in one possible implementation manner, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account is located in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, when the client detects a relevant unread message of the communication account, a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account is output to the communication user associated with the communication account, so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
In another feasible implementation manner, when a communication user associated with the communication account is in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, the client outputs a message prompt of a relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account when detecting the relevant unread message of the communication account; so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
In the embodiment of the invention, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires unread messages of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs; and when detecting that the unread message contains the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account to prompt a communication user to check the relevant unread message of the communication account, and ensuring that the content of the relevant unread message of the communication account is not missed, thereby ensuring the effective transitivity of the message and improving the intelligence of the client.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating another message reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method may include the following steps S201 to S204.
S201, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires a user identifier associated with the communication account.
S202, the client acquires at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
And S203, when the client detects that the at least one unread message contains the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account.
Steps S201 to S203 of this embodiment can refer to steps S101 to S103 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which are not described herein again.
And S204, when the client monitors that the communication user associated with the communication account inputs the preset format in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, outputting a user identification list corresponding to the communication group to which the communication account belongs for the communication user associated with the communication account to select.
In this embodiment, the preset format information includes: a preset format and a user identification. Preferably, the preset format may be "", and the preset format information may be "+ user identification"; for example: classmates XX, or colleagues XX, and so on. The unread message contains preset format information, which indicates that a sender of the unread message wants a communication user identified by a user identifier contained in the preset format information to be able to view the unread message, and belongs to an important unread message for the communication user identified by the user identifier contained in the preset format information, and the unread message belongs to a related unread message of a communication account associated with the communication user identified by the user identifier contained in the preset format information. It should be noted that the preset format information may exist in a position of a first field, a position of a last field, or a position of a middle field of the unread message, which is not limited in the present invention.
In this step, if the client monitors that the communication user associated with the communication account inputs the preset format in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client considers that the communication user associated with the communication account intends to send an unread message containing information in a preset format. In order to improve the input efficiency and the input convenience of the communication user associated with the communication account, in this step, the client can extract all user identifiers in a communication group to which the communication account belongs to generate a corresponding user identifier list; specifically, the client may extract all user identifiers in a communication group to which the communication account belongs according to the following principle:
(1) if the communication user associated with the communication account has a remark user identifier for the first communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, for example: an instant messaging user A associated with the instant messaging account A sets a remark name as 'colleague XX' for an instant messaging user B in an instant messaging group to which the instant messaging account A belongs, and the like; and the client extracts the remark user identification as the user identification of the first communication user. The first communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
(2) If the communication user associated with the communication account does not set a remark user identifier for a second communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, but the second communication user has a special user identifier in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client extracts the special user identifier of the second communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs as the user identifier of the second communication user. The second communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
(3) And if the communication user associated with the communication account does not set a remark user identifier for a third communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and the third communication user does not set a special user identifier in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client extracts a common user identifier of the third communication user as the user identifier of the third communication user. The third communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
After the client generates the user identifier list, the user identifier list may be output, a communication user associated with the communication account may select any user identifier from the user identifier list for input, and the selected user identifier and an input preset identifier may form preset format information.
In the embodiment of the invention, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires unread messages of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs; when the unread message is detected to contain the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account so as to prompt a communication user to check the relevant unread message of the communication account, and ensuring that the content of the relevant unread message of the communication account is not missed, thereby ensuring the effective transitivity of the message and improving the intelligence of a client; in addition, the embodiment of the invention can also provide the user identification list corresponding to the communication group for the user to select when the communication user inputs the preset format information, thereby effectively improving the input efficiency and the input convenience of the communication user and improving the intelligence of the client.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a message reminding method according to another embodiment of the present invention; the method may comprise the following steps S301-S306.
S301, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires a user identifier associated with the communication account.
The user identifier associated with the communication account may include, but is not limited to: the communication account comprises a special user identifier of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs and/or a common user identifier of the communication user associated with the communication account. Step S301 of this embodiment can refer to step S101 shown in fig. 1, which is not described herein.
S302, the client pulls at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs from a server according to the communication account.
The unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs refers to a message generated in the session interface by other communication users in the communication group to which the communication account belongs after the communication user associated with the communication account exits the session interface of the communication group to which the communication account belongs. In this step, after the communication user associated with the communication account exits the session interface of the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client may pull at least one unread message in the communication group to which the communication account belongs from the server at regular time (for example, every 2 seconds, 3 seconds, or 3.5 seconds).
S303, the client detects whether the at least one unread message contains preset format information.
In this embodiment, the preset format information includes: a preset format and a user identification. Preferably, the preset format may be "and the preset format information may be" + user identification ". It should be noted that the preset format information may exist in the position of the first field, the position of the last field, or the position of the middle field of the unread message; in this step, the client needs to detect all field positions of the unread message to determine whether the unread message contains the preset format information.
S304, if the preset format information is detected, the client judges whether the preset format information carries the user identification associated with the communication account.
If some unread message contains preset format information, it is indicated that a sender of the unread message wants a communication user identified by a user identifier contained in the preset format information to be able to view the unread message, the unread message belongs to an important unread message for the communication user identified by the user identifier contained in the preset format information, and the unread message belongs to a related unread message of a communication account associated with the communication user identified by the user identifier contained in the preset format information. In this step, if the client further determines that the detected preset format information carries the user identifier associated with the communication account, it indicates that the sender of the unread message wants the communication user associated with the communication account to be able to view the unread message, where the unread message belongs to an important unread message for the communication user associated with the communication account, and the unread message belongs to a related unread message of the communication account; otherwise, the unread message belongs to a common unread message for the communication user associated with the communication account, and the unread message does not belong to the related unread message of the communication account.
S305, the client determines the unread message corresponding to the preset format information carrying the user identifier associated with the communication account as the relevant unread message of the communication account.
In this step, the client may set a relevant identifier for the relevant unread message of the communication account to distinguish the unread message from other unread messages.
S306, the client outputs a message prompt of the related unread message of the communication account.
Although an existing client has an unread message prompting function, there is no important reminding mechanism for unread messages (i.e., unread messages related to the communication account), and when the number of unread messages in a communication group to which the communication account belongs of a communication user associated with the communication account acquired by the client is large, the unread messages related to the communication account may be missed by the communication user associated with the communication account, so that effective delivery of the unread messages related to the communication account cannot be guaranteed.
In order to ensure that the relevant unread message of the communication account is not missed and improve the effective delivery of the relevant unread message of the communication account, in this step, the client outputs a message reminder of the relevant unread message of the communication account, which includes but is not limited to the following two possible implementation manners:
in one possible implementation manner, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account is located in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, when the client detects a relevant unread message of the communication account, a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account is output to the communication user associated with the communication account, so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
In another possible implementation manner, when a communication user associated with the communication account is in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, the client outputs a message prompt of a relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account when detecting the relevant unread message of the communication account; so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
Steps S303 to S306 of this embodiment may be a detailed flow of step S103 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
It should be noted that, this embodiment may further include the following steps: and when the client monitors that the communication user associated with the communication account inputs the preset format in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client outputs a user identification list corresponding to the communication group to which the communication account belongs to be selected by the communication user associated with the communication account. This step can be referred to as step S204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein.
4, which is a flowchart illustrating a message reminding method according to another embodiment of the present invention; the method may include the following steps S401 to S407.
S401, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires a user identifier associated with the communication account.
S402, the client pulls at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs from a server according to the communication account.
S403, the client detects whether the at least one unread message contains preset format information.
S404, if the preset format information is detected, the client judges whether the preset format information carries the user identification associated with the communication account.
S405, the client determines the unread message corresponding to the preset format information carrying the user identifier associated with the communication account as the relevant unread message of the communication account.
Steps S401 to S405 of this embodiment can refer to steps S301 to S305 of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
S406, the client acquires message reminding configuration of the local terminal.
Wherein the message alert configuration may include, but is not limited to: and configuring a message reminding mode and/or configuring a message reminding position. The configuration of the message reminding mode is used for indicating the client to carry out message reminding in the configured mode; and the configuration of the message reminding position is used for indicating the client to carry out message reminding at the configured position.
S407, the client outputs the message prompt of the related unread message of the communication account according to the message prompt configuration of the client.
If the message reminding configuration only includes the configuration of the message reminding mode, the client performs message reminding according to the configured mode in the step, for example: the client side outputs a message prompt of' you have a new message and please pay attention to check and collect! "in this way, the content of the related unread message of the communication account is not displayed in the message reminding, so that the privacy of the communication user can be effectively protected; the following steps are repeated: the client outputs the message reminding as 'you have a new message, the content of the message is' in the message reminding, the content of the related unread message of the communication account is directly displayed in the message reminding, and a communication user can conveniently and visually check the message. If the message alert configuration only includes the configuration of the message alert location, in this step, the client performs message alert at the configured location, for example: the client outputs message reminding in an independent reminding interface according to the configured message reminding position; the following steps are repeated: and the client outputs the message prompt in a main interface of the terminal equipment according to the configured message prompt position. And if the message reminding configuration comprises the configuration of the message reminding mode and the configuration of the message reminding position, the client carries out message reminding at the configured message reminding position according to the configured message reminding mode.
Steps S406 to S407 of this embodiment may be a detailed flow of step S306 of the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
5, which is a flowchart illustrating a message reminding method according to another embodiment of the present invention; the method may comprise the following steps S501-S506.
S501, a client corresponding to a communication account acquires a user identifier associated with the communication account.
S502, the client receives at least one unread message in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, of a communication user associated with the communication account pushed by the server.
The unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs refers to a message generated in the session interface by other communication users in the communication group to which the communication account belongs after the communication user associated with the communication account exits the session interface of the communication group to which the communication account belongs. In this step, after a communication user associated with the communication account exits from a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client reports exit time to a server, and the server can push unread messages of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs to the client in real time when the unread messages exist; alternatively, the server may also push to the client at least one unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs periodically (e.g., every 2s, 3s, or 3.5 seconds).
S503, the client detects whether the at least one unread message contains preset format information.
S504, if the preset format information is detected, the client side judges whether the preset format information carries the user identification associated with the communication account.

The structure of a client according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 7 to fig. 10. It should be noted that, the clients shown in fig. 7 to fig. 10 are used for executing the method according to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6 of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the portions related to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and details of the technology are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6 of the present invention.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a client according to an embodiment of the present invention; the client may include: an identification acquisition module 101, a message acquisition module 102 and a message reminding module 103.
An identifier obtaining module 101, configured to obtain a user identifier associated with a communication account corresponding to the client.
The user identifier associated with the communication account can be stored in a server, and the identifier obtaining module 101 can pull the user identifier associated with the communication account from the server in real time according to the communication account; alternatively, the user identifier associated with the communication account may also be stored in the client, and the identifier obtaining module 101 may obtain the user identifier associated with the communication account from a storage space of the client.
The message obtaining module 102 is configured to obtain at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
As in the above example, the instant messaging user a has two unread messages B and c, and if the instant messaging user a starts the function of prompting the unread messages, the client outputs the unread message prompt after acquiring the messages B and/or c, and the instant messaging user a can enter the session interface of the instant messaging group B to view the prompted unread messages according to the unread message prompt; if the instant messaging user A closes the function of the unread message prompt, the client does not output the unread message prompt after obtaining the messages B and/or c, and the instant messaging user A can only actively enter the session interface of the instant messaging group B to view the unread message.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the message obtaining module 102 may have the following two possible implementation manners:
in one possible implementation manner, the message obtaining module 102 may pull, from a server, at least one unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, according to the communication account. Specifically, after the communication user associated with the communication account exits from the session interface of the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the message obtaining module 102 may pull at least one unread message in the communication group to which the communication account belongs from the server at regular time (for example, every 2 seconds, 3 seconds, or 3.5 seconds).
In another possible implementation manner, the message obtaining module 102 may receive at least one unread message, pushed by the server, of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs. Specifically, after a communication user associated with the communication account exits from a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, the client reports exit time to a server, and the server can push, to the message obtaining module 102, an unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs in real time when the unread message exists; alternatively, the server may also push to the message obtaining module 102 at least one unread message of the communication user associated with the communication account in the communication group to which the communication account belongs periodically (e.g., every 2s, 3s, or 3.5 seconds).
A message reminding module 103, configured to output a message reminding of the relevant unread message of the communication account when it is detected that the at least one unread message includes the relevant unread message of the communication account.
In order to ensure that the related unread message of the communication account is not missed and improve the effective transmissibility of the related unread message of the communication account, in the embodiment of the present invention, a message reminding mechanism related to the related unread message of the communication account is set at a client, and specifically, when detecting that the at least one unread message includes the related unread message of the communication account, the message reminding module 103 outputs a message reminding of the related unread message of the communication account; for example: according to the above example, if the message reminding module 103 detects that the unread message b contains the preset format information, and the preset format information carries the user identifier of the instant messaging user a, it is determined that the unread message b belongs to the relevant unread message of the instant messaging account a, and a message reminding is output.
It should be noted that the manner of outputting the message alert of the unread message related to the communication account by the message alert module 103 may include, but is not limited to, the following two possible implementation manners:
in one possible implementation manner, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account is located in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, when the relevant unread message of the communication account is detected, the message prompt module 103 outputs a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account, so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
In another feasible implementation manner, when the communication user associated with the communication account is in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, the message prompt module 103 outputs a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account when detecting the relevant unread message of the communication account; so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
8, which is a schematic structural diagram of another client according to an embodiment of the present invention; the client may include: an identification acquisition module 101, a message acquisition module 102, a message reminding module 103 and an identification output module 104. The structures and functions of the identifier obtaining module 101, the message obtaining module 102, and the message reminding module 103 may refer to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and are not described herein again.
The identifier output module 104 is configured to, when it is monitored that the communication user associated with the communication account inputs the preset format in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, output a user identifier list corresponding to the communication group to which the communication account belongs, for selection by the communication user associated with the communication account.
If it is monitored that the communication user associated with the communication account inputs the preset format in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the identifier output module 104 determines that the communication user associated with the communication account intends to send an unread message containing information in a preset format. In order to improve the input efficiency and the input convenience of the communication user associated with the communication account, the identifier output module 104 may extract all user identifiers in a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and generate a corresponding user identifier list; specifically, the identifier output module 104 may extract all user identifiers in a communication group to which the communication account belongs according to the following principle:
(1) if the communication user associated with the communication account has a remark user identifier for the first communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, for example: an instant messaging user A associated with the instant messaging account A sets a remark name as 'colleague XX' for an instant messaging user B in an instant messaging group to which the instant messaging account A belongs, and the like; the identification output module 104 extracts the remark user identification as the user identification of the first communication user. The first communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
(2) If the communication user associated with the communication account does not set a remark user identifier for the second communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, but the second communication user has a special user identifier in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the identifier output module 104 extracts the special user identifier of the second communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs as the user identifier of the second communication user. The second communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
(3) If the communication user associated with the communication account does not set a remark user identifier for a third communication user in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, and the third communication user does not set a special user identifier in the communication group to which the communication account belongs, the identifier output module 104 extracts a common user identifier of the third communication user as the user identifier of the third communication user. The third communication user is any communication user in a communication group to which the communication account belongs.
After the identifier output module 104 generates the user identifier list, the user identifier list may be output, and a communication user associated with the communication account may select any user identifier from the user identifier list for input, where the selected user identifier and an input preset identifier may form preset format information.
The structure and function of the message alert module in the client will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9-10.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic structural diagram of a message reminding module according to an embodiment of the present invention; the message alert module 103 may include: the device comprises a detection unit 1301, a judgment unit 1302, a determination unit 1303 and a reminding unit 1304.
The detecting unit 1301 is configured to detect whether the at least one unread message includes preset format information.
In this embodiment, the preset format information includes: a preset format and a user identification. Preferably, the preset format may be "and the preset format information may be" + user identification ". It should be noted that the preset format information may exist in the position of the first field, the position of the last field, or the position of the middle field of the unread message; the detecting unit 1301 needs to detect all field positions of the unread message to determine whether the unread message contains the preset format information.
The determining unit 1302 is configured to determine whether the preset format information carries a user identifier associated with the communication account if the preset format information is detected.
If the determining unit 1302 determines that the detected preset format information carries the user identifier associated with the communication account, it indicates that a sender of an unread message wants that a communication user associated with the communication account can view the unread message, where the unread message belongs to an important unread message for the communication user associated with the communication account, and the unread message belongs to a related unread message of the communication account; otherwise, the unread message belongs to a common unread message for the communication user associated with the communication account, and the unread message does not belong to the related unread message of the communication account.
The determining unit 1303 is configured to determine an unread message corresponding to the preset format information carrying the user identifier associated with the communication account as a relevant unread message of the communication account.
In a specific implementation, the determining unit 1303 may set a relevant identifier for a relevant unread message of the communication account, so as to distinguish the relevant unread message from other unread messages.
A reminding unit 1304, configured to output a message reminder of the unread message related to the communication account.
In order to ensure that the related unread message of the communication account is not missed and improve the effective delivery of the related unread message of the communication account, the reminding unit 1304 outputs a message reminder of the related unread message of the communication account, which includes but is not limited to the following two possible implementation manners: in one possible implementation manner, regardless of whether the communication user associated with the communication account is located in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, and regardless of whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, when the relevant unread message of the communication account is detected, the prompt unit 1304 outputs a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account, so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
In another possible implementation manner, when a communication user associated with the communication account is in a session interface of a communication group to which the communication account belongs, no matter whether the communication user associated with the communication account starts an unread message prompt function, when detecting a relevant unread message of the communication account, the prompting unit 1304 outputs a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account to the communication user associated with the communication account; so as to ensure that the communication user associated with the communication account does not miss important message content.
Please refer to fig. 10, which is a schematic structural diagram of a reminder unit according to an embodiment of the present invention; the alert unit 1304 may include: a configuration acquisition sub-unit 1341 and a message alert sub-unit 1342.
A configuration obtaining subunit 1341, configured to obtain a message reminding configuration of the client.
Wherein the message alert configuration includes but is not limited to: and configuring a message reminding mode and/or configuring a message reminding position. The configuration of the message reminding mode is used for indicating that the message reminding is carried out in the configured mode; the configuration of the message reminding position is used for indicating that the message reminding is carried out at the configured position.
A message reminding subunit 1342, configured to output a message reminding of the unread message related to the communication account according to the message reminding configuration of the client.
If the message alert configuration only includes the configuration of the message alert mode, the message alert subunit 1342 performs message alert according to the configured mode, for example: the client side outputs a message prompt of' you have a new message and please pay attention to check and collect! "in this way, the content of the related unread message of the communication account is not displayed in the message reminding, so that the privacy of the communication user can be effectively protected; the following steps are repeated: the message reminding subunit 1342 outputs a message reminding that "you have a new message, the content of which is said.. once.. according to the configured message reminding mode, and this mode directly displays the content of the relevant unread message of the communication account in the message reminding, so that the communication user can conveniently and intuitively check the message. If the message alert configuration only includes the configuration of the message alert location, the message alert subunit 1342 performs message alert at the configured location, for example: the message reminding sub-unit 1342 outputs a message reminding in an independent reminding interface according to the configured message reminding position; the following steps are repeated: the message reminding sub-unit 1342 outputs a message reminding in the main interface of the terminal device according to the configured message reminding position. If the message reminding configuration includes both the configuration of the message reminding mode and the configuration of the message reminding position, the message reminding sub-unit 1342 carries out message reminding at the configured message reminding position according to the configured message reminding mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a client corresponding to a communication account obtains an unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs: when the unread message is detected to contain the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account so as to prompt a communication user to check the relevant unread message of the communication account, and ensuring that the content of the relevant unread message of the communication account is not missed, thereby ensuring the effective transitivity of the message and improving the intelligence of a client; in addition, the embodiment of the invention can also provide the user identification list corresponding to the communication group for the user to select when the communication user inputs the preset format information, thereby effectively improving the input efficiency and the input convenience of the communication user and improving the intelligence of the client.
The embodiment of the present invention further discloses a terminal device, which may include a client, and the structure and function of the client may refer to the embodiments shown in fig. 7 to 9, which are not described herein again. It should be noted that the terminal device can be applied to the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6.
Through the description of the above embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, a client corresponding to a communication account obtains an unread message of a communication user associated with the communication account in a communication group to which the communication account belongs; when the unread message is detected to contain the relevant unread message of the communication account, outputting a message prompt of the relevant unread message of the communication account so as to prompt a communication user to check the relevant unread message of the communication account, and ensuring that the content of the relevant unread message of the communication account is not missed, thereby ensuring the effective transitivity of the message and improving the intelligence of a client; in addition, the embodiment of the invention can also provide the user identification list corresponding to the communication group for the user to select when the communication user inputs the preset format information, thereby effectively improving the input efficiency and the input convenience of the communication user and improving the intelligence of the client.
