Abstract

一种经体外子宫动脉临时阻断器,能够方便有效的临时阻断子宫动脉,减少产后子宫出血,由三腔管、套囊、金属线以及观察囊组成。所述的套囊经由三腔管中的一腔与观察囊连接,金属线经由另外两腔自远端穿出。对于剖腹产手术中子宫收缩不佳的产妇,将三腔管套囊段包绕子宫动脉,把金属线的两端连接并经三腔管近端将金属线拉紧,从而使套囊围绕子宫动脉;关闭腹腔后将三腔管自切口引出体外,当子宫出血较多时,将与套囊连接的观察囊充水至一定压力后,可将子宫动脉压闭,从而达到止血的目的。压闭一定时间后将套囊中水抽出,恢复子宫动脉血供,将金属线自体外剪断,将三腔管自腹腔中拔出。

技术领域
本发明涉及剖宫产手术后预防子宫出血的新装置,可以方便、有效地临时阻断子宫动脉或髂内动脉,减少剖宫产产妇手术后子宫出血。
背景技术
剖宫产手术后产妇由于子宫收缩乏力或胎膜残留等因素导致产后出血,而目前处理产后出血的方法包括:子宫收缩药物、子宫内填塞、子宫内水囊加压以及子宫动脉栓塞等方法。但这些方法或效果欠佳,或操作复杂,且并不能解决所有的产后出血,往往最终需要对一些顽固性产后出血进行子宫切除术。
发明内容
为了克服现行处理产后出血方法的繁琐以及效果差等缺点,本发明提供一种经体外子宫动脉临时阻断器,该装置能方便、有效地阻断子宫动脉,减少产后子宫出血。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在一根长20cm、直径0.3cm的三腔管远端3cm处覆盖一层套囊,该套囊与三腔管中一空腔相通并在近端予以观察囊相连接,而三腔管中另外两腔***一根金属线,金属线的两端分别经由另外两腔位于套囊近端和远端的开口穿出。
对于剖腹产手术中子宫收缩不佳的产妇,将三腔管套囊段包绕子宫动脉,把金属线的两端连接并经三腔管近端将金属线拉紧,从而使套囊围绕子宫动脉;关闭腹腔后将三腔管自切口引出体外,当子宫出血较多时,将与套囊连接的观察囊充水至一定压力后,可将子宫动脉压闭,从而达到止血的目的。压闭一定时间后将套囊中水抽出,恢复子宫动脉血供,将金属线自体外剪断,将三腔管自腹腔中拔出。
本发明的有益效果是,可以方便、有效的临时阻断子宫或髂内动脉,减少产后子宫出血。

具体实施方式
在图中,一根长30cm的金属线(1)两端分别经由三腔管(2)的腔一(3)和腔二(4)并自远端开孔穿出,腔三(7)连接观察囊(6)与套囊(5)。
剖宫产手术关腹前,将三腔管(2)远端包绕子宫动脉,把金属线(1)的两端连接并自三腔管近端拉紧,使得套囊(5)远端与套囊近端相贴紧;关闭腹腔并将三腔管经切口一端引出体外;当子宫出血不止时,经注水孔(8)将套囊充水膨胀至一定压力时将子宫动脉压闭,减少子宫出血。压闭一定时间后将套囊中水抽出,恢复子宫动脉血供,将金属线自体外剪断,将三腔管自腹腔中拔出。
