Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有保健作用的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼及其制法。本发明配方是依据传统的中医理念,利用野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶、新鲜富硒罗汉果、桑叶、植物油、葵花子、芝麻等多种纯天然植物为主要原料,辅以适量面粉、矿泉水、食盐等经现代工艺科学加工而成的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼,是一种有较高营养品质的茶制休闲养生保健食品。本发明富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼配方结构合理,具有祛风燥湿、清肝明目、排毒养颜、增强免疫力、防癌抗癌等保健作用及口感适宜、浓香酥脆、回味甘醇、食用方便等特点,且有较好的社会价值和经济价值。
Description
一、技术领域:
本发明涉及一种具有保健作用的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼及其制法。
二、技术背景:
硒,是一种非金属化学元素,硒元素是人体必需的向量矿物质营养素,在国内外医药界和营养学界被尊称为“长寿元素”。人体内无法合成硒元素,当硒缺乏的时候,就很容易导致人体免疫能力下降,威胁人类健康和生命的四十多种疾病都与人体缺硒有关,如癌症、心血管病、肝病、白内障、胰脏疾病、糖尿病、生殖***疾病等症状。硒主要存在于天然食物中,海鲜以及植物种子,尤其是芝麻子中含有大量的硒。中国营养学会1998年10月修订的“每日膳食营养素供给量”已将硒列为15种每日膳食营养素之一,提出一个成年人每天对硒的适宜摄入量是50~250微克。“药补不如食补”是我国老百姓的传统认识,普通面粉、糙米、大麦、鱼、虾、海藻、动物肝、动物肾、大蒜、绿茶、芦笋、野生葛根等都含有硒。需要指出的是,食物中含硒量高,并不等于人对其吸收就高,一般而言,人类对有机硒的利用率较高,可以达到70%以上,因此正确的补硒方式是,多吃强化补充有机硒的食品。
本发明采用广西少数民族地区贮量丰富的纯天然植物野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶、新鲜富硒罗汉果等配方精制而成的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼,具有祛风燥湿、清肝明目、排毒养颜、增强免疫力、防癌抗癌等保健作用。
三、发明内容:
本发明配方是依据传统的中医理念,利用野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶、新鲜富硒罗汉果、桑叶、植物油、葵花子、芝麻等多种纯天然植物为主要原料,辅以适量面粉、矿泉水、食盐等经现代工艺科学加工而成的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼,是一种有较高营养品质的茶制休闲养生保健食品。本发明富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼配方结构合理,具有祛风燥湿、清肝明目、排毒养颜、增强免疫力、防癌抗癌等保健作用及口感适宜、浓香酥脆、回味甘醇、食用方便等特点,且有较好的社会价值和经济价值。
下面简单说明配方中主要原料的功效;
野生葛粉:是以深山密林中多年野生葛根为原料,采用民间传统工艺和现代科技相结合的方法精制而成粉状,药食同用;《本草纲目》记载,葛粉具有清热降火、滋阴解毒、升阳生津、开胃进食之功效,对治疗和预防胸膈烦热、中风头痛、高血压、冠心病、降血脂、抗癌、消癌肿、减肥胖、抗衰老等均有特殊功效,同时,经现代科学检测,本品含人体必需的锌、铁、钙、硒、维生素B1、B2等微量元素及多种氨基酸。
富硒有机绿茶:在无任何污染且含硒矿物质较高的地方,完全不施用任何人工合成的化肥、农药、植物生长调节剂、化学食品添加剂等物质,按有机农业生产体系和方法生产出的未经发酵制成的富硒有机绿茶,因此较多的保留了鲜叶的天然物质,含有的茶多酚、儿茶素、叶绿素、咖啡碱、氨基酸、维生素、硒元素等营养成分也较多。绿茶中的这些天然营养成份,对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有特殊效果。
富硒罗汉果:采用在无任何污染且含硒矿物质较高的山区地方所产含硒较高的罗汉果,果实营养价值很高,含丰富的维生素C以及糖甙、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、脂类、硒元素等,具有清热润肺,止咳,利咽,滑肠通便等功能。
桑叶:桑叶是桑科植物桑的干燥叶,桑叶富含稀有元素有机硒、锗,是天然的强抗氧化剂,可清除体内自由基,使蓄积在人体内的毒素和废物被氧化,增加血液中的含氧量,促进新陈代谢和微循环。对于高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝、冠心病、高血压、甲、乙型肝炎的治疗以及癌症术后放化疗病人的康复有非常好的辅助作用。
葵花子:葵花子是向日葵的果实,含有丰富的植物油脂、胡萝卜素、麻油酸等,并含有蛋白质、糖类、多种维生素及锌、铁、钾、硒、镁等微量元素。葵花子的亚油酸可达70%,有助于降低人体血液胆固醇水平,有益于保护心血管健康。葵花子的维生素E含量特别丰富,可安定情绪、防止细胞衰老、预防成人疾病都有好处。葵花子还可以防止贫血,治疗失眠、增强记忆力的作用,对癌症、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、冠心病、神经衰弱有一定预防功效。
芝麻:芝麻产品具有较高的应用价值。含有油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、花生酸、维生素E、叶酸、烟酸、蛋白质、硒元素和多量钙等成分。其味甘,性平,有滋补肝肾、延缓衰老、润燥滑肠之功效。
用量配方比例上述具有保健作用的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼原料的配方比例为:野生葛粉20~30%、富硒有机茶3~5%、新鲜富硒罗汉果8~12%、桑叶2~3%、葵花子3~5%、芝麻2~3%、植物油2~3%、面粉40~50%、矿泉水25~30%、食盐1~2%。
四、制备方法:
本发明一种具有保健作用的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼配方所采用原料为广西少数民族地区贮量丰富的药食同源的野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶、新鲜富硒罗汉果、桑叶、植物油、葵花子、芝麻等多种的纯天然植物为主要原料辅以适量面粉、矿泉水、食盐等经现代工艺科学加工而成的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼;本发明最大保持了这些纯天然原料的原色、原味、原质和清香、清口、清爽等特性,是一种有较高营养品质的茶制休闲养生保健食品。
具体制作工艺步骤:
(1)按配方比例精选野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶(含硒量为0.5~2.5mg/kg)、新鲜富硒罗汉果(含硒量为0.15~0.23mg/kg)、桑叶、葵花子、芝麻、面粉、植物油、矿泉水、食盐等10种优质原料备用;
(2)将备用的富硒有机绿茶及桑叶分别进行碾磨,用规格为800目的不锈钢筛进行过筛处理使其呈均匀粉状;
(3)将备用的新鲜富硒罗汉果放进水果榨汁机榨出果汁过滤后待用;
(4)将备用的野生葛粉、面粉、植物油、矿泉水、食盐和经过加工处理所得的富硒有机绿茶粉、桑叶粉、新鲜富硒罗汉果汁等配方原料一起放入搅拌机搅拌3~5分钟,得均匀混和原料;
(5)用饼模将混和原料加工成酥饼毛坯,然后在酥饼毛坯表面均匀撒上适量葵花子、芝麻;
(6)将酥饼毛坯放入烘箱内以120~150℃烘烤20~25分钟出炉,即得富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼;
(7)密封包装富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有保健作用的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼,其特征在于:利用野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶、新鲜富硒罗汉果、桑叶、植物油、葵花子、芝麻等多种纯天然植物为主要原料,辅以适量面粉、矿泉水、食盐等经现代工艺科学加工而成的富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼,是一种有较高营养品质的茶制休闲养生保健食品。其配比是;野生葛粉20~30%、富硒有机绿茶3~5%、新鲜富硒罗汉果8~12%、桑叶2~3%、葵花子3~5%、芝麻2~3%、植物油2~3%、面粉40~50%、矿泉水25~30%、食盐1~2%。
2.该富硒有机绿茶养生酥饼具体制作工艺步骤:
(1)按配方比例精选野生葛粉、富硒有机绿茶(含硒量为0.5~2.5mg/kg)、新鲜富硒罗汉果(含硒量为0.15~0.23mg/kg)、桑叶、植物油、葵花子、芝麻、面粉、矿泉水、食盐等10种优质原料备用;
