本发明公开了一种二位二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、第一弹簧、阀体、主阀腔,还包括上腔室、先导阀、上阀口、下腔室、下阀口、活塞、平衡孔,所述阀体内设置有二通的主阀腔,主阀腔设置有下腔室,下腔室通过下阀口与主阀腔相导通;阀体上方设置有上腔室,上腔室底部设置有上阀口,上阀口另一端通过管孔与主阀腔相导通;所述上腔室底部设置有第二管孔与下腔室相导通;上腔室内设置有先导阀;下腔室内设置有活塞,所述活塞上设置有平衡孔,用于主阀腔进口与下腔室的导通。本发明提供的二位二通电磁阀,电磁力小、耗电量低、结构简单紧凑、外形小、公称尺寸范围广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种二位二通电磁阀,属于电磁阀技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在介质温度较低的采用膜片做主阀的先导阀中,常常会因为膜片易老化,导致电磁阀出现泄露现象,经常更换,易增加生产过程中的日常成本。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种二位二通电磁阀。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种二位二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、第一弹簧、阀体、主阀腔,还包括上腔室、先导阀、上阀口、下腔室、下阀口、活塞、平衡孔,所述阀体内设置有二通的主阀腔,主阀腔内设置有下腔室,下腔室通过下阀口与主阀腔相导通;阀体上方设置有上腔室,上腔室底部设置有上阀口,上阀口另一端通过管孔与主阀腔相导通;所述上腔室底部设置有第二管孔与下腔室相导通;上腔室内设置有先导阀;下腔室内设置有活塞,所述活塞上设置有平衡孔,用于主阀腔进口与下腔室的导通。
还包括活塞环,所述活塞底部设置有活塞环。
还包括第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧设置于活塞顶部。
作为优选方案,所述活塞环采用聚四氟乙烯材质。
作为优选方案,还包括卡箍,所述阀体两端设置有卡箍。
有益效果:本发明提供的二位二通电磁阀,电磁力小、耗电量低、结构简单紧凑、外形小、公称尺寸范围广泛。

如图1所示,一种二位二通电磁阀,包括顶盖1、插座2、线圈3、静铁芯4、动铁芯5、第一弹簧6、阀体7、主阀腔8,还包括上腔室9、先导阀10、上阀口、下腔室11、下阀口、活塞12、平衡孔13,所述阀体7内设置有二通的主阀腔8,主阀腔8内设置有下腔室11,下腔室11通过下阀口与主阀腔8相导通;阀体7上方设置有上腔室9,上腔室9底部设置有上阀口,上阀口另一端通过管孔与主阀腔8相导通;所述上腔室9底部设置有第二管孔与下腔室11相导通;上腔室9内设置有先导阀10;下腔室11内设置有活塞12,所述活塞12上设置有平衡孔13,用于主阀腔8进口与下腔室11的导通。
还包括活塞环14,所述活塞12底部设置有活塞环14。
还包括第二弹簧15,所述第二弹簧15设置于活塞12顶部,用于迅速关闭上阀口。
作为优选方案,所述活塞环14采用聚四氟乙烯材质。
作为优选方案,还包括卡箍16,所述阀体两端设置有卡箍16,用于方便阀门的安排。

1.一种二位二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、第一弹簧、阀体、主阀腔,其特征在于:还包括上腔室、先导阀、上阀口、下腔室、下阀口、活塞、平衡孔,所述阀体内设置有二通的主阀腔,主阀腔内设置有下腔室,下腔室通过下阀口与主阀腔相导通;阀体上方设置有上腔室,上腔室底部设置有上阀口,上阀口另一端通过管孔与主阀腔相导通;所述上腔室底部设置有第二管孔与下腔室相导通;上腔室内设置有先导阀;下腔室内设置有活塞,所述活塞上设置有平衡孔,用于主阀腔进口与下腔室的导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二位二通电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括活塞环,所述活塞底部设置有活塞环。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的二位二通电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧设置于活塞顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的二位二通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述活塞环采用聚四氟乙烯材质。
5.根据权利要求3所述的二位二通电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括卡箍,所述阀体两端设置有卡箍。
