本发明公开了一种自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板总成包含闸板芯和可横向移动设置在闸板芯两侧的左、右阀瓣,所述左、右阀瓣分别与左、右阀座相匹配,所述闸板芯左、右两端分别设有法兰,所述左、右阀瓣分别包接在两端法兰上,且包接面与法兰背面之间通过弹性装置相连,所述左、右阀瓣与两端法兰外圆贴合处分别设有左密封圈和右密封圈;所述闸板芯内水平穿设有调节杆,所述调节杆与阀杆相连,阀杆可控制调节杆进行左右移动进而带动左、右阀瓣移动,所述左、右阀瓣上对应调节杆端口处设有进水孔,所述闸板芯上设有左右贯通的流水通道,所述调节杆上设有可封住进水孔和穿设孔的密封件。本发明结构合理、闸板总成磨损小、密封效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门的改进发明,尤其涉及一种自密封型闸阀的改进发明。
背景技术
闸阀是管路***中常用的一种阀门,其用于接通或截断管路***中的流体介质。闸阀的启闭件是闸板总成,闸阀的开启和关闭是通过闸板总成的上下位置的变换来实现的,然而闸板总成在上下移动的过程中,其密封面与阀座容易发生摩擦而损伤,从而影响闸阀的密封效果;且一般阀座皆为硬性材料制成,因此与闸板总成为硬密封,所以密封效果欠佳。现有技术中的闸阀通常也利用流体介质对闸板总成的压力以实现闸板总成的密封面与阀座之间形成自密封,然而一般的自密封结构简单,效果差,无法满足一些密封要求较高的工作环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、闸板总成磨损小、密封效果好的自密封型闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种自密封型闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀杆和闸板总成,所述阀盖安装在阀体顶部,所述阀体上部设有上腔室,阀体下部设有供介质流通的流道,所述阀座分为左、右阀座设置在流道内,所述阀杆穿过阀盖进入上腔室与闸板总成相连,且阀杆与阀盖之间设有密封结构,其特征在于:所述闸板总成包含闸板芯和可横向移动设置在闸板芯两侧的左、右阀瓣,所述左、右阀瓣分别与左、右阀座相匹配,所述闸板芯左、右两端分别设有法兰,所述左、右阀瓣分别包接在两端法兰上,且包接面与法兰背面之间通过弹性装置相连,所述左、右阀瓣与两端法兰外圆贴合处分别设有左密封圈和右密封圈;所述闸板芯内水平穿设有调节杆,所述调节杆与阀杆相连,阀杆可控制调节杆进行左右移动进而带动左、右阀瓣沿阀体的流道轴线方向移动,所述左、右阀瓣上对应调节杆端口处设有进水孔,所述闸板芯上设有左右贯通的流水通道,所述调节杆上设有可封住进水孔和穿设孔的密封件。
所述阀座为橡胶阀座,且由阀座固定圈固定在阀体上。
所述左、右阀瓣与闸板芯之间设有防贴合挡块。
所述阀盖侧壁上设有防止阀杆转动的定位螺栓,所述阀杆上设有与定位螺栓相匹配的阀杆槽。
所述左、右阀瓣上设有与调节杆端口相匹配的凹口,所述进水孔设置在凹口底部。
所述弹性装置为压缩弹簧。
所述阀杆与闸板芯连接处设有阀杆压盖,所述阀杆压盖套设在阀杆上。
所述阀杆下端设有齿轮,所述调节杆上设有与该齿轮相匹配的齿条。
所述阀杆与阀盖之间的密封结构为橡胶密封圈。
所述阀杆上设有控制阀杆上下动作的大手轮,以及控制调节杆左右移动的小手轮。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的自密封型闸阀,左右阀瓣可横向移动设置在闸板芯两侧,使得闸板总成向上拉升或下降时,左右阀瓣可向闸板芯收拢,使其不会与阀座发生磨损;左右阀座为橡胶阀座,实现了软密封,增强了阀瓣与阀座贴合的密封性;调节杆的设置,可以手动调节阀瓣进行移动,加强了阀瓣与阀座之间的贴合力,且设计有依靠水压实现自密封的结构,使得闸阀能够双重密封,进一步加强了密封效果。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。该自密封型闸阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀座、阀杆3和闸板总成,所述阀盖2安装在阀体1顶部,通过螺栓固定,所述阀体1上部设有上腔室,阀体1下部设有供介质流通的流道,所述阀座分为左、右阀座4、5设置在流道内,所述阀杆3穿过阀盖2进入上腔室与闸板总成相连,且阀杆3与阀盖2之间设有密封结构6,该密封结构6为套设在阀杆3上的橡胶密封圈,所述闸板总成包含闸板芯7和可横向移动设置在闸板芯7两侧的左、右阀瓣8、9,且左、右阀瓣8、9相互平行设置,所述左、右阀瓣8、9分别与左、右阀座4、5的尺寸相匹配,所述闸板芯7左、右两端分别设有法兰,所述左、右阀瓣8、9分别包接在两端法兰上,且包接面与法兰背面之间通过弹性装置10相连,使得阀瓣可在法兰上移动,(其中包接的连接方式为阀瓣边缘朝法兰轴向延伸后再向内径向延伸,将法兰包围住,其向内径向延伸面为包接面),该弹性装置10为蝶形弹簧或压缩弹簧,能够使得左、右阀瓣8、9向闸板芯7靠拢;所述左、右阀瓣8、9与两端法兰外圆贴合处分别设有左密封圈11和右密封圈12,该左、右密封圈11、12套设在闸板芯7上,左、右密封圈11、12可为O型圈;所述闸板芯7内水平穿设有调节杆13,所述阀杆3下端设有齿轮,所述调节杆13上设有与该齿轮相匹配的齿条,阀杆3旋转可控制调节杆13进行左右移动,调节杆13端口碰触左、右阀瓣8、9进而带动左、右阀瓣8、9移动,所述左、右阀瓣8、9上对应调节杆13端口处设有进水孔14,所述闸板芯7上设有左右贯通的流水通道15,所述调节杆13上设有可封住进水孔14和穿设孔的密封件,该密封件为密封圈分设两组设置在调节杆13两端,在工作时能够封住一侧的进水孔14以及调节杆13在闸板芯7上的两个穿设孔,而为了加强对进水孔14的密封,在所述左、右阀瓣8、9上设有与调节杆13端口相匹配的凹口16,所述进水孔14设置在凹口16底部,调节杆13端口封住凹口16即可实现对进水孔14的密封,凹口16的设置使得调节杆13对进水孔14的关闭时的密封性更好更稳定;所述阀盖侧壁上设有防止阀杆3转动的定位螺栓23,所述阀杆3上设有与定位螺栓23相匹配的阀杆槽17,阀杆槽17的长度能够满足闸阀启闭时阀杆3上下移动的距离;所述阀座为橡胶阀座,且由阀座固定圈18固定在阀体1上,实现了阀座与阀瓣的软密封,加强了密封效果;所述左、右阀瓣8、9与闸板芯7之间分别设有防贴合挡块19,挡块19分设上下两块,有效防止阀瓣与闸板芯7之间因沾染液体介质后相互贴合而难以分开;所述阀杆3与闸板芯7连接处设有阀杆压盖20,所述阀杆压盖20套设在阀杆3上,使得闸板芯7与阀杆3的连接更牢固;所述阀杆3上设有控制阀杆3上下动作的大手轮21,以及控制调节杆13左右移动的小手轮22。
本发明在使用时,闸阀从开启到关闭的过程:此时闸板总成置于阀体1的上腔室内,定位螺栓23处于拧紧状态,定位螺栓23前端置于阀杆槽17内锁牢阀杆3,阀杆3不可旋转,调节杆13在闸板芯7内空置不对左、右阀瓣8、9起作用,左、右阀瓣8、9在蝶形弹簧或压缩弹簧的作用下处于向闸板芯7靠拢的状态;然后调节大手轮21将闸板总成下降关闸,下降过程左、右阀瓣8、9与左、右阀座4、5不会发生摩擦,之后松开定位螺栓23,根据流体介质的流向,假设向右流动,调节小手轮22控制右阀瓣9向右移动贴合右阀座5,调节杆13右端密封右阀瓣9的进水孔,流体介质从左阀瓣8的进水孔进入,经闸板芯7上的流水通道15进入右阀瓣9与闸板芯7右侧之间,形成对右阀瓣9向右的压力,使得右阀瓣9与右阀座5的贴合更加紧密,加强了密封性,实现了自密封,且此时左阀瓣由在左阀瓣与闸板芯之间的流体介质的推动下压紧左阀座,或者左阀座可以不用密封,就已达到密封效果了。

1.一种自密封型闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀杆和闸板总成,所述阀盖安装在阀体顶部,所述阀体上部设有上腔室,阀体下部设有供介质流通的流道,所述阀座分为左、右阀座设置在流道内,所述阀杆穿过阀盖进入上腔室与闸板总成相连,且阀杆与阀盖之间设有密封结构,其特征在于:所述闸板总成包含闸板芯和可横向移动设置在闸板芯两侧的左、右阀瓣,所述左、右阀瓣分别与左、右阀座相匹配,所述闸板芯左、右两端分别设有法兰,所述左、右阀瓣分别包接在两端法兰上,且包接面与法兰背面之间通过弹性装置相连,所述左、右阀瓣与两端法兰外圆贴合处分别设有左密封圈和右密封圈;所述闸板芯内水平穿设有调节杆,所述调节杆与阀杆相连,阀杆可控制调节杆进行左右移动进而带动左、右阀瓣沿阀体的流道轴线方向移动,所述左、右阀瓣上对应调节杆端口处设有进水孔,所述闸板芯上设有左右贯通的流水通道,所述调节杆上设有可封住进水孔和穿设孔的密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀座为橡胶阀座,且由阀座固定圈固定在阀体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述左、右阀瓣与闸板芯之间设有防贴合挡块。
4.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖侧壁上设有防止阀杆转动的定位螺栓,所述阀杆上设有与定位螺栓相匹配的阀杆槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述左、右阀瓣上设有与调节杆端口相匹配的凹口,所述进水孔设置在凹口底部。
6.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述弹性装置为压缩弹簧。
7.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与闸板芯连接处设有阀杆压盖,所述阀杆压盖套设在阀杆上。
8.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆下端设有齿轮,所述调节杆上设有与该齿轮相匹配的齿条。
9.如权利要求1所述的自密封型闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀盖之间的密封结构为橡胶密封圈。
