Abstract
一种球阀的阀座结构,包括阀座本体,阀座本体由主阀座和副阀座构成,主阀座安装在靠近球体的一侧,副阀座安装在靠近阀口的一侧,副阀座的轴向端面与阀体之间设置弹性装置,主阀座与副阀座抵接,主阀座上与副阀座相抵接的接触面为一外凸的弧面,副阀座上与主阀座相抵接的接触面为一内凹的弧面,主阀座与所述副阀座的径向端面与阀体之间设置密封件。本发明的有益效果是:主阀座与副阀座相抵接的接触面均为弧面,主阀座可以在弧面上转动,在安装球体时,可以将主阀座进行偏转,便于球体的安装,且可以与球体自动对中,在弹性装置的作用下,主阀座与球体紧密贴合,保证了阀门的零泄漏。

本发明涉及一种球阀的阀座,特别涉及一种用于上装式球阀的阀座结构。
背景技术
上装式球阀在球体安装时,需将两侧阀座向外移开一段距离,待球体安装到位后,两侧阀座复位,并与球体紧密接触,产生密封效果。而现有技术中通常采用的是在阀体上靠近阀座处装有两个调节棒,调节棒带动阀座左右移动,调节棒可以为内置式,也可以为外置式,外置式的调节棒会导致阀门产生两个泄漏点,内置式的调节棒会导致阀体结构变大,浪费成本,且调节棒结构加工复杂,装配不便。另外一种结构是采用内置式调节螺母来带动阀座的左右移动,这种结构在螺纹处易腐蚀、易生锈,密封性能差。
发明内容
为了克服现有上装式球阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种装配简单,维修方便,且可以保证零泄漏的上装式球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种球阀的阀座结构,包括阀座本体,阀座本体由主阀座和副阀座构成,主阀座安装在靠近球体的一侧,副阀座安装在靠近阀口的一侧,副阀座的轴向端面与阀体之间设置弹性装置,主阀座与副阀座抵接,主阀座上与副阀座相抵接的接触面为一外凸的弧面,副阀座上与主阀座相抵接的接触面为一内凹的弧面,主阀座与所述副阀座的径向端面与阀体之间设置密封件。
所述外凸的弧面为一球面,内凹的弧面为一球面。
外凸的弧面为一外凸的抛物面,内凹的弧面为一内凹的抛物面。
主阀座与球体的密封面为软质密封面。
主阀座与球体的密封面为硬质密封面。
主阀座与球体的密封面为软硬复合密封面。
本发明的有益效果是:阀座本体由主阀座和副阀座构成,主阀座与副阀座抵接,主阀座与副阀座相抵接的接触面均为弧面,主阀座可以在弧面上转动,在安装球体时,可以将主阀座进行偏转,以扩大球体安装到阀座内的入口,便于球体的安装,球体安装到位的过程中,主阀座继续旋转,最终与球体自动对中,在弹性装置的作用下,主阀座与球体紧密贴合,保证了阀门的零泄漏。

如图1所示,一种球阀的阀座结构,包括阀座本体1,阀座本体1由主阀座101和副阀座102构成,主阀座101安装在靠近球体2的一侧,副阀座102安装在靠近阀口3的一侧,副阀座102的轴向端面与阀体4之间设置弹性装置9,弹性装置9可以为弹簧,可以为碟簧,具有弹性预紧功能的结构都可以是弹性装置9;主阀座101与副阀座102抵接,主阀座101上与副阀座102相抵接的接触面为一外凸的弧面5,该外凸的弧面5可以为球面,也可以为抛物线面,副阀座102上与主阀座相抵接的接触面为一内凹的弧面6,该内凹的弧面6可以为球面,也可以为抛物面,但是,外凸的弧面5与内凹的弧面6相互接触的弧面角度必须大于或等于180度,以保证主阀座101的自动对中;主阀座101与所述副阀座102的径向端面与阀体3之间设置密封件7;主阀座101与球体2的密封面8可以为软质密封面,可以为硬质密封面,也可以为软硬复合密封面。
安装球体2时,先将主阀座101偏转,以扩大球体2安装到阀座内的入口,便于球体2的安装,球体2安装到位的过程中,主阀座101继续旋转,最终与球体2自动对中,在弹性装置9的作用下,主阀座101与球体2紧密贴合,保证了阀门的零泄漏。

1.一种球阀的阀座结构,包括阀座本体,其特征在于:所述阀座本体由主阀座和副阀座构成,所述主阀座安装在靠近球体的一侧,所述副阀座安装在靠近阀口的一侧,所述副阀座的轴向端面与阀体之间设置弹性装置,所述主阀座与所述副阀座抵接,所述主阀座上与所述副阀座相抵接的接触面为一外凸的弧面,所述副阀座上与所述主阀座相抵接的接触面为一内凹的弧面,所述主阀座与所述副阀座的径向端面与阀体之间设置密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述外凸的弧面为一球面,所述内凹的弧面为一球面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述外凸的弧面为一外凸的抛物面,所述内凹的弧面为一内凹的抛物面。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述主阀座与球体的密封面为软质密封面。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述主阀座与球体的密封面为硬质密封面。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀的阀座结构,其特征在于:所述主阀座与球体的密封面为软硬复合密封面。
