技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐候装饰保温砂浆,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆,用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。随着低碳环保和建筑节能的不断推广以及人们对居住环境舒适性需求的不断提高,保温砂浆越来越受到人们的广泛重视,近年来我国保温砂浆的研究较多,在实际工程中已有很多应用,但与发达国家相比,现有保温砂浆还存在着耐候性差的缺点,对外界气候变化的适应能力低,直接响保温***的使用寿命容易。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐候装饰保温砂浆,延长砂浆的使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐候装饰保温砂浆,由下列重量份的原料组成:白水泥30-50、轻钙粉10-15、黄砂20-30、有机膨润土8-12、水镁石粉4-8、锰矿渣3-6、元明粉2-3、可再分散乳胶粉2-3、羧甲基纤维素0.5-1、纳米氧化铝3-5、氧化淀粉2-3、硼砂1.5-2.5、明胶1-2、涤纶短纤1-2、复合填料4-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:
(a)称取以下重量份的原料:海泡石10-15、蛭石5-10、页岩20-30、煤矸石8-12、高岭土10-15、硼泥5-10、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、纸浆废液25-35、草木灰4-8、纳米硅溶胶15-20、三聚磷酸钠3-6、司盘800.5-1、柠檬酸1-2、糖钙2-4、纳米氮化硅3-5、玉石粉4-6、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-3;
(b)将页岩、煤矸石、高岭土和硼泥混合均匀,粉碎过100-150目筛,然后加入纸浆废液、柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠,湿法球磨20-30min,造粒,控制粒径为0.3-0.4mm,110-120℃下烘干,再于1150-1250℃下高温焙烧1-2h,冷却至室温待用;
(c)将海泡石和蛭石混合均匀后于660-720℃温度下煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温后置于浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液,水浴加热至70-80℃,保温30-50min,过滤,用蒸馏水将滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎过200-300目筛,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、糖钙、纳米氮化硅和玉石粉,高速混合20-30min,待用;
(d)取纳米硅溶胶和司盘80搅拌均匀,加入步骤(b)制得的颗粒,高速搅拌5-10min,再加入草木灰和步骤(c)制得的混合料,高速搅拌10-15min,烘干即可。
使用方法:将上述原料混合均匀,然后按重量比1∶1.3-1.5的比例将砂浆干粉与水搅拌均匀后即可使用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明保温砂浆具有优异的耐候性、抗开裂性、抗冲击性、化学稳定性、防水性和保温隔热性,且粘结力强、柔韧性好,施工性能佳,无毒环保,安全可靠,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
一种耐候装饰保温砂浆,由下列重量(kg)的原料组成:白水泥40、轻钙粉12、黄砂25、有机膨润土10、水镁石粉6、锰矿渣4、元明粉2、可再分散乳胶粉2.5、羧甲基纤维素0.7、纳米氧化铝4、氧化淀粉2、硼砂2、明胶1.5、涤纶短纤1.5、复合填料5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:
(a)称取以下重量份的原料:海泡石14、蛭石8、页岩26、煤矸石10、高岭土12、硼泥8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.5、纸浆废液30、草木灰6、纳米硅溶胶18、三聚磷酸钠4、司盘800.8、柠檬酸1.5、糖钙3、纳米氮化硅4、玉石粉5、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺3;
(b)将页岩、煤矸石、高岭土和硼泥混合均匀,粉碎过150目筛,然后加入纸浆废液、柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠,湿法球磨25min,造粒,控制粒径为0.4mm,120℃下烘干,再于1160℃下高温焙烧2h,冷却至室温待用;
(c)将海泡石和蛭石混合均匀后于720℃温度下煅烧2h,冷却至室温后置于浓度为15%的盐酸溶液,水浴加热至80℃,保温40min,过滤,用蒸馏水将滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎过200目筛,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、糖钙、纳米氮化硅和玉石粉,高速混合20min,待用;
(d)取纳米硅溶胶和司盘80搅拌均匀,加入步骤(b)制得的颗粒,高速搅拌8min,再加入草木灰和步骤(c)制得的混合料,高速搅拌12min,烘干即可。
使用方法:将上述原料混合均匀,然后按重量比1∶1.4的比例将砂浆干粉与水搅拌均匀后即可使用。
本实施例生产出来的保温砂浆的性能参数见下表。

Claims (1)
1.一种耐候装饰保温砂浆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:白水泥30-50、轻钙粉10-15、黄砂20-30、有机膨润土8-12、水镁石粉4-8、锰矿渣3-6、元明粉2-3、可再分散乳胶粉2-3、羧甲基纤维素0.5-1、纳米氧化铝3-5、氧化淀粉2-3、硼砂1.5-2.5、明胶1-2、涤纶短纤1-2、复合填料4-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:
(a)称取以下重量份的原料:海泡石10-15、蛭石5-10、页岩20-30、煤矸石8-12、高岭土10-15、硼泥5-10、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、纸浆废液25-35、草木灰4-8、纳米硅溶胶15-20、三聚磷酸钠3-6、司盘800.5-1、柠檬酸1-2、糖钙2-4、纳米氮化硅3-5、玉石粉4-6、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-3;
(b)将页岩、煤矸石、高岭土和硼泥混合均匀,粉碎过100-150目筛,然后加入纸浆废液、柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠,湿法球磨20-30min,造粒,控制粒径为0.3-0.4mm,110-120℃下烘干,再于1150-1250℃下高温焙烧1-2h,冷却至室温待用;
(c)将海泡石和蛭石混合均匀后于660-720℃温度下煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温后置于浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液,水浴加热至70-80℃,保温30-50min,过滤,用蒸馏水将滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎过200-300目筛,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、糖钙、纳米氮化硅和玉石粉,高速混合20-30min,待用;
(d)取纳米硅溶胶和司盘80搅拌均匀,加入步骤(b)制得的颗粒,高速搅拌5-10min,再加入草木灰和步骤(c)制得的混合料,高速搅拌10-15min,烘干即可。
