本发明公开了一种大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,其组分及含量为大豆蛋白纤维胶65%~85%,高分子增稠剂为35%~15%。将大豆蛋白纤维胶与高分子增稠剂混合搅拌制成大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,或将大豆蛋白纤维胶和高分子增稠剂分开加入待增稠体系中。本发明涉及的大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂应用于水体系时,由于上述协同作用的产生,呈现出优于单独大豆蛋白纤维胶和其它高分子增稠剂组分的增稠效果,克服了现有技术增稠效果有限,所需的用量大的缺点。

技术领域:
本发明属于食品添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂。 
背景技术:
增稠剂又称增粘剂,用于食品时又称糊料或食品胶,它的主要作用是提高体系粘度,使体系保持均匀稳定的悬浮状态或乳浊状态,或形成凝胶。目前所使用的增稠剂一部分属于人工合成的化学制品,另外大部分增稠剂是天然多糖及其衍生物,根据来源不同可以分为动物性胶、植物性胶、微生物胶等。增稠剂使用时能快速地提高产品的粘度,还可以有效地改善产品的稳定性,因此被广泛用于食品、涂料、胶黏剂、化妆品、洗涤剂、水处理、印染、石油开采、橡胶、建筑、农业、医药等领域。随着上述相关领域的发展,需要添加增稠剂的产品在不断的增加,新的增稠剂也在不断地被开发,与此同时增稠剂的用量也越来越大,由于组合物增稠剂通常具有用量少的特点,因此效果明显的组合物增稠剂市场潜力巨大,近几年来,组合物增稠剂的研发与应用也一直是行业的热点。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,其组分及含量为大豆蛋白纤维胶65%~85%,高分子增稠剂为35%~15%; 
进一步的,所述的高分子增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖、透明质酸钠、甲基纤维素、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、魔芋胶、琼脂、淀粉、变性淀粉、卡拉胶、明胶、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素或聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或其组合。 
进一步的,将大豆蛋白纤维胶与高分子增稠剂混合搅拌制成大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,或将大豆蛋白纤维胶和高分子增稠剂分开加入待增稠体系中。 
本发明的有益效果:在水体系中,大豆蛋白纤维胶可与其它一种或多种高分子增稠剂发生协同作用,并且无论所述高分子增稠剂是聚阴离子、聚阳离子还是中性高分子,均可产生这种协同作用,这在现有文献中从未公开上述认识。本发明涉及的大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂应用于水体系时,由于上述协同作用的产生,呈现出优于单独大豆蛋白纤维胶和其它高分子增稠剂组分的增稠效果,克服了现有技术增稠效果有限,所需的用量大的缺点。另外,本发明原料纯天然且来源广泛、价格低廉,本身还具有乳化作用,因此与其它一种或多种水溶性高分子增稠剂组分所组成的组合物增稠剂在食品、涂料、胶黏剂、 化妆品、洗涤剂、水处理、印染、石油开采、橡胶、建筑、农业、医药领域应用具有一定的优势。 
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作详细说明。 
实施例1 
(1)准确称取0.2g大豆蛋白纤维胶。 
(2)准确称取0.2g透明质酸钠(HA)(聚阴离子)。 
(3)将步骤(1)称取的大豆蛋白纤维胶和步骤(2)称取的透明质酸钠进行物理混合成大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂。 
实施例2 
(1)准确称取0.6g大豆蛋白纤维胶。 
(2)准确称取0.2g透明质酸钠(HA)(聚阴离子)。 
(3)将步骤(1)称取的大豆蛋白纤维胶和步骤(2)称取的透明质酸钠进行物理混合制成大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂。 

Claims (3)

1.一种大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,其特征是,其组分及含量为大豆蛋白纤维胶65%~85%,高分子增稠剂为35%~15%;
2.根据权利要求1所述的大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的高分子增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖、透明质酸钠、甲基纤维素、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、魔芋胶、琼脂、淀粉、变性淀粉、卡拉胶、明胶、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素或聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将大豆蛋白纤维胶与高分子增稠剂混合搅拌制成大豆蛋白纤维胶组合物增稠剂,或将大豆蛋白纤维胶和高分子增稠剂分开加入待增稠体系中。
