本发明涉及一种用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。所述材料由以下成分组成(按照重量份配比):无规共聚聚丙烯 40-80份;高密度聚乙烯 15-30份;低密度聚乙烯 15-25份;发泡剂4-12份;交联剂 0.5-2份。本发明的有益效果是:通过上述组分的加入,得到一种低倍率的用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚烯烃发泡材料,尤其涉及一种用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。
背景技术
    聚丙烯材料由于其良好的环保性能,其应用价值越来越被人们所重视。例如用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料具有易回收、高温抵抗力强、耐化学性能好、隔音缓冲、绝缘等优点。但现有的聚丙烯产品中,很难得到低倍率的用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种低倍率的用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。    
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料,所述材料由以下成分组成(按照重量份配比):
无规共聚聚丙烯  40-80份
高密度聚乙烯    15-30份
低密度聚乙烯    15-25份
发泡剂          4-12份
交联剂          0.5-2份。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上述组分的加入,得到一种低倍率的用于汽车顶棚的聚丙烯发泡材料。
