Abstract

一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置，属于机电设备领域，包括电机、齿轮、齿条、毛刷连杆、毛刷、箱体、太阳能管支架、手柄、底座，电机通过齿轮、齿条与毛刷连杆联结在一起，安装在底座上部的后方；毛刷安装在毛刷连杆上，箱体安装在底座上部的前方，太阳能管支架置于箱体内，控制太阳能管支架升降的手柄安装在箱体前壁上。该装置可在人工辅助情况下实现多根太阳能管的自动清洗。

一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置，具体地说是应用一只电机，一个底座，一个箱体，一套齿轮齿条传动，一套清洗工具等构成的一种电动清洗设备。本发明涉及到机电设备领域。
背景技术
太阳能管是太阳能热水器的一种重要部件。在太阳能热水器的使用中，经常需要清洗太阳能管，因目前没有自动化清洗装置，其清洗很不方便。现代迫切需要一种辅助清洗装置，但目前市场上没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置，包括电机、齿轮、齿条、毛刷连杆、毛刷、箱体、太阳能管支架、手柄、底座，电机通过齿轮、齿条与毛刷连杆联结在一起，安装在底座上部的后方；毛刷安装在毛刷连杆上，箱体安装在底座上部的前方，太阳能管支架置于箱体内，控制太阳能管支架升降的手柄安装在箱体前壁上。
该发明的有益之处是：该装置可在人工辅助情况下实现多根太阳能管的自动清洗，清洁无污染，低噪高效，省时省力，成本较低，解决了人工清洗太阳能管费时费力的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种多根太阳能管装置，包括电机1、齿轮2、齿条3、毛刷连杆4、毛刷5、箱体6、支架7、手柄8、底座9，电机1与齿轮2、齿条3联结在一起，安装在底座9上部的后方；齿条3毛刷连杆4联结，毛刷5安装在毛刷连杆4上，箱体6安装在底座9上部的前方，太阳能管支架7置于箱体6内，控制支架升降的手柄8安装在箱体6前壁上。
当该装置工作时，人工将太阳能管置于支架7上，电机1反转通过齿轮2、齿条3带动毛刷连杆4使毛刷5退到极限，人工把支架7置于箱体6中，用手柄8控制支架7浸入箱体6的清洗液中，由控制器控制电机1的正反转，进而由齿轮2、齿条3带动毛刷连杆4的前进与后退，从而使毛刷5完成太阳能管的清洗工作。清洗完成后，用手柄8控制支架7升起，人工取出支架7把太阳能管晾干。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，根据本发明的教导，在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下，对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种多根太阳能管的清洗装置，其特征在于：包括电机、齿轮、齿条、毛刷连杆、毛刷、箱体、太阳能管支架、手柄、底座，电机通过齿轮、齿条与毛刷连杆联结在一起，安装在底座上部的后方；毛刷安装在毛刷连杆上，箱体安装在底座上部的前方，太阳能管支架置于箱体内，控制太阳能管支架升降的手柄安装在箱体前壁上。
