技术领域
本发明涉及一种特殊条件用途的胶粘剂。
背景技术
目前,市场上出现的水性胶粘剂主要是从其表面通过大量吸收水份来完成干固或粘接。由于胶粘剂上拥有一种生固体淀粉在糊线上进行胶化从而吸收水份。一般其粘接时间为时很短,水份马上就会被空气和纸纤维完全吸收。水性胶粘剂主要用于瓦楞板生产线当中能立即进行坚固的效果。由于高压绝缘胶带处于高温等条件下,很少有应用水性胶粘剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种改性的可用于高压绝缘胶带的水性胶粘剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种水性绝缘高压胶带用胶粘剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、丙烯酸羟乙酯25-30份、聚四氟乙烯14-18份、透明质酸1-5份、氯硅烷0.02-0.5份。
作为优选方案,上述水性绝缘高压胶带用胶粘剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、丙烯酸羟乙酯31份、聚四氟乙烯17份、透明质酸3份、氯硅烷0.1份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的水性绝缘高压胶带用胶粘剂,打破了传统水性胶粘剂的配方组合,使其的应用范围得到了拓展,在高压电的作用下,不易变性,可应用于绝缘高压胶带上。
