本发明涉及一种具有抑菌性能高分子材料。
背景技术
由于各类可溶性的消毒剂和有机抗菌剂的大量使用,曾一度受到抑制的全球性传染病发病率旦大幅回升趋势,不仅新的病原微生物被陆续发现,而且己去口微生物的变异种群也越来越多,如SARS 、禽流感、疯牛病和疯牛病等,对人类造成了严重的人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失。因此,开发和使用安全性高,效果长久的新型抗菌材料是一种行之有效的方法。也就是说,在需要防止微生物污染的地方采用长效安全的抗菌材料及制品,将控制微生物灾害的方法由被动变为主动,不损害其它微生物的环境,具有方便、经济、一劳永逸、环境友好等特点。

一种抑菌性能高分子树脂材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:丙烯酸羟丙酯40-55份,甲基丙烯酸异丙酯25-30份,异氰酸酯10-16份,脲醛树脂15-20份,聚丙烯纤维11-26份,芳纶6-9份,空心玻璃微珠2-8份,石墨粉1-7份,锐钛矿型钛白粉3-6份,有机硅改性环氧树脂15-20份,纳米级颗粒无机材料0.5-1份,分散剂1-5份,增溶剂4-8份,苯甲酸钠9-14份。
本发明的高分子材料添加了食品级别的抑菌剂-苯甲酸钠,对人体无害,使用安全性高,效果长久。
