Abstract

一种能探查胆道的精密手术钳,包括探杆,所述探杆前端设有固定钳头,后端设有固定指环手柄,所述固定钳头上设有凹槽,凹槽内设有***头和LED灯,所述探杆的前端还铰接有与固定钳头并列的活动钳头,探杆的后端铰接有与固定指环手柄并列的活动指环手柄。该器具设计新颖,结构简单,操作方便。医生在进行手术时,该器具可以对手术创口处的血污进行清水冲洗,这样可以让医生更好的通过摄像头观察到手术创口处的情况,还能避免伤口感染,当清洗完毕后,通过吸水口,可以将清洗过的污水抽出体外,以免污水残留体内,彻底消除被感染的风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种能探查胆道的精密手术钳。
背景技术
在现有的胆道结石患者所采取的手术过程中,先会对患者腹腔内的胆道结石所在位置进行探测。目前公知的胆道探条是一种实心的、不可视的、凭手的触感用于手术中探知胆道情况的器具。在探查胆道时,有其盲目性,受操作者经验的局限性影响,存在手术中损伤胆道的危险。同时手术中创口处会伴有出血症状,对操作者的感观有一定的影响,这样会增加手术过程中的风险,容易发生严重的并发症。
发明内容
为了克服现有胆道探条在探测胆道时不可视、以及手术过程中及时对胆道患处进行清洗等技术问题。本发明提供一种能探查胆道的精密手术钳,该器具不仅能够在手术时对胆道进行探测,还可以在手术过程中方便的对患处进行清洗。
本发明解决上述问题所提供的技术方案是;一种能探查胆道的精密手术钳,包括钳杆,所述钳杆前端设有固定钳头,后端设有固定指环手柄,其特征是所述固定钳头上设有凹槽,凹槽内设有***头,所述钳杆的前端还铰接有与固定钳头并列的活动钳头,钳杆的后端铰接有与固定指环手柄并列的活动指环手柄;
所述固定钳头的前端设有喷水口,钳杆前端侧部还设有吸水口,钳杆的后部设有进水嘴和排水嘴;
所述钳杆内设有钢绳通道、吸水管通道、喷水管通道,所述钢绳通道内设有钢绳,钢绳的前端与钳头的动力臂连接,钢绳的后端与活动指环手柄的阻力臂连接,所述进水嘴通过喷水管通道与喷水口对应连通,所述排水嘴经过吸水管通道与吸水口对应连通。
作为优选,所述***头的周围设置有LED灯。
作为优选,所述活动钳头的支点铰接在钳杆前端侧部,其动力臂位于钢绳通道前端的扩口处;所述活动指环手柄的支点铰接在钳杆后端的侧部,其阻力臂位于钢绳通道后端的扩口处。
作为优选,所述钳杆内还设有电缆通道,所述***头、LED灯的线路经过电缆通道穿出钳杆后端的电缆孔。
作为优选,所述钳杆前部向上翘曲,钳杆后部的固定指环手柄、活动指环手柄向下翘曲。
本发明的有益效果是:该器具设计新颖,结构简单,操作方便。医生在进行手术时,该器具可以对手术创口处的血污进行清水冲洗,这样可以让医生更好的通过摄像头观察到手术创口处的情况,还能避免伤口感染,当清洗完毕后,通过吸水口,可以将清洗过的污水抽出体外,以免污水残留体内,彻底消除被感染的风险。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示,该能探查胆道的精密手术钳包括钳杆1,钳杆1前端设有固定钳头2,后端设有固定指环手柄3,固定钳头2上设有凹槽61,凹槽61内设有能够观察患处的***头4和能够提供照明的LED灯5。LED灯5最好设置在***头4中镜头的周围,以便提供最佳照明范围。
钳杆1的前端铰接有与固定钳头并列的活动钳头6,钳杆1的后端铰接有与固定指环手柄并列的活动指环手柄7。钳杆1前部向上翘曲,钳杆1后部的固定指环手柄3、活动指环手柄7向下翘曲。
钳杆1前端具有内孔径较大的扩口21。活动钳头6的支点161铰接在钳杆1前端扩口的侧部,其动力臂16位于钢绳通道12前端的扩口21内。钳杆1后端具有内孔径较大的扩口23。活动指环手柄7的支点17铰接在钳杆1后端扩口23的侧部,其阻力臂22位于钢绳通道12后端的扩口23内。
固定钳头2的前端侧部设有喷水口8,用来对手术患处进行喷水清洗作业。钳杆1前端侧部还设有可以将清洗过患处的污水吸入的吸水口9,钳杆1的后部设有进水嘴10和排水嘴11。钳杆内设有钢绳通道12、吸水管通道13、喷水管通道14,进水嘴10通过喷水管通道14与喷水口8对应相通,排水嘴11经过吸水管通道13与吸水口9对应相通。在手术过程中,碰到需要清洗的患处,外部清水可以由经进水嘴10、喷水管通道14,最后从喷水口8喷至患处,对患处进行清洗。而腹腔内的污水通过吸水管通道13、排水嘴11排出体外。
钢绳通道12内设有钢绳15,钢绳15的前端与钳头的动力臂16连接,钢绳15的后端与活动指环手柄7的阻力臂22连接。根据这样的设计,医生手术时通过操作活动指环手柄7,由活动指环手柄7的阻力臂带动钢绳15来控制钳头的动力臂16的转动,从而达到控制钳头张合的目的。
 钳杆内还设有电缆通道18,***头4、LED灯5的线路190经过电缆通道18穿出钳杆1后端的电缆孔19分别与显示器171、电源连接。LED灯5通电后,便可以对患处起到良好地照明作用,显示器171在手术时可以提供***头4的可视图像、方便医生操作。
最后应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上具体实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种能探查胆道的精密手术钳,包括探杆,所述探杆前端设有固定钳头,后端设有固定指环手柄,其特征是所述固定钳头上设有凹槽,凹槽内设有***头和LED灯,所述探杆的前端还铰接有与固定钳头并列的活动钳头,探杆的后端铰接有与固定指环手柄并列的活动指环手柄;
所述固定钳头的前端设有喷水口,钳杆前端侧部还设有吸水口,钳杆的后部设有进水嘴和排水嘴;
所述钳杆内设有钢绳通道、吸水管通道、喷水管通道,所述钢绳通道内设有钢绳,钢绳的前端与钳头的动力臂连接,钢绳的后端与活动指环手柄的阻力臂连接,所述进水嘴通过喷水管通道与喷水口对应连通,所述排水嘴经过吸水管通道与吸水口对应连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能探查胆道的精密手术钳,其特征是所述***头的周围设置有LED灯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的能探查胆道的精密手术钳,其特征是所述活动钳头的支点铰接在钳杆前端侧部,其动力臂位于钢绳通道前端的扩口处;所述活动指环手柄的支点铰接在钳杆后端的侧部,其阻力臂位于钢绳通道后端的扩口处。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的能探查胆道的精密手术钳,其特征是所述钳杆内还设有电缆通道,所述***头、LED灯的线路经过电缆通道穿出钳杆后端的电缆孔。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的能探查胆道的精密手术钳,其特征是所述钳杆前部向上翘曲,钳杆后部的固定指环手柄、活动指环手柄向下翘曲。
