背景技术
为了给电机的换向器供电，即为电机供电，故角式磨光机上常需要用到碳刷，现有的角式磨光机上的碳刷一般都是通过螺钉等紧固机构将其固定在轴上的，碳刷在于轴旋转的过程中会受到轴的磨损，碳刷用过一段时间后就需要更换成新的碳刷，操作人员就需要将紧固机构拆下下来，更换新的碳刷后再将紧固机构安装上去，操作起来十分的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为了解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明提供一种角式磨光机用碳刷装置，其碳刷的安装和更换都很简单。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种角式磨光机用碳刷装置，包括轴，轴的一端安装有旋转电机，轴的另一端设置有开口端头，开口端头的开口上端设置有上碳刷，开口端头的开口下端设置有下碳刷，上碳刷与下碳刷之间设置有弹性件，开口端头上套设有可将上碳刷、弹性件以及下碳刷向中间压缩的压环。
进一步限定：弹性件为弹簧。
进一步限定：上碳刷或下碳刷上设置有定位弹性件的孔。
本发明的有益效果:该角式磨光机用碳刷装置结构简单，其碳刷的安装和更换操作十分简单，生产成本低。

如图1、图2和图3所示的角式磨光机用碳刷装置，包括轴1，轴1的一端安装有旋转电机，轴1的另一端设置有开口端头2，开口端头2的开口上端设置有上碳刷3，开口端头2的开口下端设置有下碳刷4，上碳刷3与下碳刷4之间设置有弹性件5，开口端头2上套设有可将上碳刷3、弹性件5以及下碳刷4向中间压缩的压环6。
其中弹性件5为弹簧。上碳刷3或下碳刷4上设置有定位弹性件5的孔7。
该角式磨光机用碳刷装置结构简单，其碳刷的安装和更换操作十分简单，生产成本低。

1.一种角式磨光机用碳刷装置，其特征在于：包括轴（1），轴（1）的一端安装有旋转电机，轴（1）的另一端设置有开口端头（2），开口端头（2）的开口上端设置有上碳刷（3），开口端头（2）的开口下端设置有下碳刷（4），上碳刷（3）与下碳刷（4）之间设置有弹性件（5），开口端头（2）上套设有可将上碳刷（3）、弹性件（5）以及下碳刷（4）向中间压缩的压环（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的角式磨光机用碳刷装置，其特征在于：所述的弹性件（5）为弹簧。
