背景技术:
发热是机体的一种全身性病理反应,由于致病因素不同,发热机制也各不一样,大致外感发热由邪正交争,或邪气入里化热,内伤发热由于阴阳气血不足引起的为多,亦有由于气滞、血瘀、宿食导致发热者,则多用实证。总之,热邪多致发热,在机体内阴虚、阳盛亦发热。所以临床需当辨外感与内伤两大证型。中医把致病的外因分为六种,称作六淫,分别是风、寒、暑、湿、温、热;热毒只是其中之一。
发热病因:引起发热的原因很多,一般区分为外感性和内伤性两大类。
(1)外感性发热:许多外界致病因素都可引起发热,其中以温热之邪最为重要,包括风邪、暑邪、燥邪及火邪。阴寒一类邪气引起的外感发热其势轻微。
(2)内伤性发热:以脏腑气血阴阳的失调和七情改变为主要原因,可分下列几个方面:
①阴虚:久病伤阴,以温热性病、久泻病为常见。或治疗不当,如过多汗、吐、下及温燥之病亦可使阴液亏耗,阳气偏盛而发热。
②阳虚:久病阴寒病证,或寒凉药治疗过伐,使阳气虚浮面发热。
阴虚或阳虚都以五脏损伤为主要病理基础,而肾为先天之本,内寄水火阴阳二气,故肾脏在阴阳虚损性发热中尤其显得重要。
③气虚:常以劳倦伤中熊脾胃为主要病理过程。所以劳伤为本症主要诱因。
④血虚:侵性久病,逐渐损伤心、肝、脾等脏,或种种原因引起血量丢失过多。
⑤气滞:七情不畅,肝失调达,经脉郁滞。多因郁怒而发,热势常随情绪好坏而波动。
⑥宿食:食积中焦,尤以小儿脾胃功能尚弱发病较多。
⑦瘀血:凡瘀血已成,无论因何种原因引起的,久不得消散,必逐渐瘀阻经脉,壅遏发热。
临床表现:烦躁不安,面红目赤,口舌生疮,痘大而密,疹色紫暗,疱浆混浊,口、咽、眼亦可出现疱疹溃破,便秘尿黄,舌苔黄糙,脉洪数。

本发明在祖传秘方的基础上,经过多例患者的服用与临床验证,不断总结和完善,疗效确切。对热病神昏、面红目赤,口舌生疮等主病证在不同程度上起到了清热解毒、补中益气、凉血止血的作用,具有保健、养心安神、见效快、纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次, 7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用清热解毒颗粒,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男30例,女70例,最大年龄75岁,最小年龄35岁,每天使用一次,7天为一个疗程,临床表现为咽喉肿痛、虚热消渴、肺结核咳血、便秘尿黄、热病神昏、面红目赤、口舌生疮,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。
本发明的工艺优点在于:1、选择原料科学,生产工艺先进,其产品不仅具有浓郁的复合香气,并且味道鲜美、绵甜爽净、余味悠长,方便存放;2、产品中不添加香料及防腐剂,保持原料本身的风味和营养成份,易被人体吸收;3原料来源广泛,加工艺线路短,产品易加工制造。

制备本发明一种白药子清热解毒汤料重量配比范围是:白药子20-35份、水萍10-30份、白芨10-30份、法夏10-30份、青果10-30份、莎草10-30份、蛇床子10-30份、白茅花10-30份、川郁金10-30份、小驳骨10-30份、淮山药10-30份、颠茄草10-30份。
实施例2:适用于肺结核咳血、便秘尿黄的人群。
制备本发明一种白药子清热解毒汤料优选重量配比范围是:白药子20-30份、水萍10-25份、白芨10-25份、法夏10-25份、青果10-25份、莎草10-25份、蛇床子10-25份、白茅花10-25份、川郁金10-25份、小驳骨10-25份、淮山药10-25份、颠茄草10-25份。
实施例3:适用于热病神昏、面红目赤、口舌生疮的人群。
制备本发明一种白药子清热解毒汤料最佳重量配比范围是:白药子25份、水萍18份、白芨18份、法夏15份、青果15份、莎草15份、蛇床子15份、白茅花15份、川郁金15份、小驳骨15份、淮山药15份、颠茄草15份。
将上述各组份制成本发明一种白药子清热解毒汤料,其生产方法的主要工艺流程为:选料、灭菌、干燥、粉碎、除杂、制粒、装袋;其中,选料:按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的原料白药子、水萍、白芨、法夏、青果、莎草、蛇床子、白茅花、川郁金、小驳骨、淮山药、颠茄草,经清洗后备用;灭菌:将选取合格的原料放入灭菌器,以紫外线灯照射15-30分钟灭菌;干燥:将灭菌后的原料置于烘干室中干化,温度控制在80-100℃,时间100分钟,使原料水份蒸发、干燥、将灭菌后的原料置于烘干室中干化,温度控制在80-100℃,时间100分钟,使原料水份蒸发;粉碎:将灭菌后的原料磨碎、研细,以100-150目筛过筛;除杂:将粉碎后的原料经过过筛、过磁、过金检,剔除生产过程中产生的磁性脱水原料和金属杂物;制粒:将除杂后的原料加入按配方重量比的5%-10%的淀粉拌匀,加入重量为材料总重1/4-1/3的水,拌合后进入制颗粒机,制成直径3-7mm的颗粒,加温至30℃-70℃烘干1-2小时,将上述步骤制成的颗粒经二次干燥、灭菌、除杂;装袋:装袋、封口,按所需重量装袋,每包重量规定相差不超过±1克,检验合格后成箱入库,在零下10℃以下的冷库中保存。
