Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型稳流升降式止回阀,包括阀体,阀体内部的中心孔中固定有阀轴,弹簧套装在阀轴上,阀体上有流体入口和流体出口,流体入口和流体出口通过密封垫隔开,密封垫两侧装有阀板和压盖。由于密封垫圆周呈锯齿状结构,当流体从密封垫通过时,流体被其锯齿状结构分流引导,而不会被阀板反弹或阻挡,造成紊流,对流体有很好的引导作用,有效的防止紊流的发生,减少了紊流对水表的破坏,保证了水表的准确性和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种新型稳流升降式止回阀。
背景技术
止回阀是能自动阻止流体倒流的阀门,其阀瓣在流体压力作用下开启,流体从进口侧流向出口侧,当进口侧压力低于出口侧时,阀瓣在流体压差、弹簧弹力等因素共同作用下自动关闭以防止流体倒流。当流体通过阀瓣时,由于流通面积紧缩和阀体内部结构的影响,容易导致流体出现紊流,直接影响水表读数的准确性并缩短水表使用寿命,另外,紊流还会引起管道的振动和噪音。市场现有的升降直通式软密封止回阀均不能有效的解决流体通过时产生的紊流问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封性好并能够防止流体紊流的新型稳流升降式止回阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
新型稳流升降式止回阀,包括阀体,阀体内部的中心孔中固定有阀轴,弹簧套装在阀轴上,阀体上有流体入口和流体出口,流体入口和流体出口通过密封垫隔开,密封垫外圆周呈锯齿状结构,密封垫两侧装有阀板和压盖。 
阀轴上有螺纹,阀板和压盖套装在阀轴上并通过螺纹固定,密封垫套装在阀轴上,被压紧于阀板和压盖之间。 
密封垫被弹簧压紧在阀体密封面之上。
本发明所带来的有益效果是: 流体从流体入口进入阀体后,密封垫在流体压力的作用下,带动阀轴在中心孔中向上运动,密封垫向上运动,脱离阀体,流体通过密封垫边缘流出,流向流体出口;当流体被切断以后,由于阀板受弹簧弹力的作用,带动阀轴在中心孔中向下运动,使密封垫重新被压紧在阀体上,回到密封位置,防止了流体的泄露和倒流。另外,由于密封垫圆周呈锯齿状结构,当流体从密封垫通过时,流体被其锯齿状结构分流引导,而不会被阀板反弹或阻挡,造成紊流,对流体有很好的引导作用,有效的防止紊流的发生,减少了紊流对水表的破坏,保证了水表的准确性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1和图3所示的新型稳流升降式止回阀,包括阀体1,阀体1内部的中心孔7中固定有阀轴2,弹簧6套装在阀轴2上,阀体1上有流体入口8和流体出口9,流体入口8和流体出口9通过密封垫4隔开,密封垫4外圆周呈锯齿状结构,密封垫4两侧装有阀板5和压盖3。 阀轴2上有螺纹,阀板5和压盖3套装在阀轴2上并通过螺纹固定,密封垫4套装在阀轴2上,被压紧于阀板5和压盖3之间,密封垫4被弹簧6压紧在阀体1的密封面之上。
如图2所示,当流体从流体入口8进入阀体1后,密封垫4在流体压力的作用下,带动阀轴2在中心孔7中向上运动,从而使密封垫4向上运动,脱离阀体1,流体通过密封垫4边缘流出,流向流体出口9;当流体被切断以后,由于阀板5受弹簧6弹力的作用,带动阀轴2在中心孔7中向下运动,使密封垫4重新被压紧在阀体1的密封面之上,回到密封位置,防止了流体的泄露和倒流。
如图3所示,由于密封垫4圆周呈锯齿状结构,当流体从密封垫4边缘通过时,流体被其锯齿状结构分流引导,而不会被阀板5反弹或阻挡,造成紊流,对流体有很好的引导作用,有效的防止紊流的发生,减少了紊流对水表的破坏,保证了水表的准确性和使用寿命。

Claims (3)

1.新型稳流升降式止回阀,包括阀体,阀体内部的中心孔中固定有阀轴,弹簧套装在阀轴上,阀体上有流体入口和流体出口,流体入口和流体出口通过密封垫隔开,其特征在于:密封垫外圆周呈锯齿状结构,密封垫两侧装有阀板和压盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型稳流升降式止回阀,其特征在于:阀轴上有螺纹,阀板和压盖套装在阀轴上并通过螺纹固定,密封垫套装在阀轴上,被压紧于阀板和压盖之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型稳流升降式止回阀,其特征在于:密封垫被弹簧压紧在阀体密封面之上。
