Abstract

本发明公开了一种上装式固定球阀,包括阀座、阀体、阀球、阀杆和手柄,阀体上设有流入通道、流出通道和连通流入通道和流出通道的阀腔,阀腔内设有阀球,阀球通过左右两片阀座支撑在阀体上;阀体整体铸/锻造成型,阀体上开设有可供阀球通过的阀杆孔,阀杆孔上覆盖有与阀体密封连接的阀盖,阀盖上设有与阀盖密封连接的压套法兰,压套法兰上设有与压套法兰固定密封连接的顶法兰,阀杆通过阀杆孔贯穿阀盖、压套法兰、顶法兰与手柄传动连接;阀盖、压套法兰分别与阀杆动密封连接。本发明采用整体铸/锻造阀体取代常规螺栓连接分体的阀体,阀球、阀座均可通过阀体上部的阀杆孔进行安装拆卸,不承受管线应力、减少了阀体泄露点从而降低了介质泄露概率。

上装式固定球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种上装式固定球阀,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
球阀广泛应用于石油、化工、钢铁、冶金和电力等各个领域,相对于其他控制管道介质流通的阀门,球阀具有介质阻力小、操作方便等优点。然而,由于PTEF由于其压缩强度低,在超过其压缩强度时产生冷流使回弹性变差,该现象导致材料在300Lb以上压力等级,或300Lb尺寸在12”以上球阀中难以应用。而尼龙、聚醚醚酮树脂以其很高的压缩强度广泛应用于30Lb以上压力等级,或300Lb 尺寸在12”以上的球阀中,但由于其超过聚四氟乙烯10 倍以上的摩擦系数,使球阀的操作扭矩显著的提高。传统两片或三片式分体侧装式固定球阀因结构局限,阀体中腔使用螺栓连接,泄露点比较多,装配维护繁琐,限制其在线维护功能,增加停产风险。侧装式固定球阀在发生故障维修时,整个阀门必须从管线上切割下来,导致相关管线长时间停车停产,造成重大经济损失。
发明内容
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种上装式固定球阀,解决现有技术中球阀维修不便,不能实现在线维修导致管线生产效率低下的技术问题,同时解决了现有技术中球阀密封效果差导致流体介质易泄露的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:上装式固定球阀,包括阀座、阀体、阀球、阀杆和手柄,所述阀体上设有流入通道、流出通道和连通流入通道和流出通道的阀腔,所述阀腔内设有阀球,所述阀球通过左右两片阀座支撑在阀体上;所述阀体整体铸/锻造成型,所述阀体上开设有可供阀球通过的阀杆孔,所述阀杆孔上覆盖有与阀体密封连接的阀盖,所述阀盖上设有与阀盖密封连接的压套法兰,所述压套法兰上设有与压套法兰固定密封连接的顶法兰,所述阀杆通过阀杆孔贯穿阀盖、压套法兰、顶法兰与手柄传动连接;所述阀盖、压套法兰分别与阀杆动密封连接。
所述阀腔的腔壁上设有使阀座与阀球紧密贴合的调节装置,所述调节装置包括与阀体螺纹连接的弹簧座圈和设置于弹簧座圈内的压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧一端连接于阀体上,另一端连接于阀座上。
所述阀座与阀体相配合的工作面上开设有两道环形槽,其中一个环形槽内设置有O型密封圈一,另一环形槽内设置有防火石墨垫一。
所述阀座与阀球相接触的工作面上开设有密封环槽,所述密封环槽内设有密封环,所述密封环由内密封圈和套装于内密封圈外的外密封圈构成。
所述外密封圈由Nylon或PEEK材料制成,所述内密封圈由PTFE材料制成。PTFE材料制成的内密封圈提供了优异的低压密封性能及阀门操作扭矩,而Nylon或PEEK材料制成的外密封圈保证在高压下(300Lb及以上)PTFE密封环不会因为冷流的致命缺陷而损坏,满足了客户对600Lb阀门使用PTFE密封环的要求。
所述压套法兰与阀杆之间设置有至少两道O型密封圈二和至少一道防火石墨垫二。
所述阀盖向阀腔内***,阀盖的周边通过螺栓与阀体固定连接,所述阀盖与阀杆孔的孔壁之间设有O型密封圈三,与阀体的上端面之间设有防火石墨垫三。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:1、采用整体铸/锻造阀体取代常规螺栓连接分体的阀体,阀球、阀座均可通过阀体上部的阀杆孔进行安装拆卸,不承受管线应力、减少了阀体泄露点从而降低了介质泄露概率;2、检修及更换阀座时,仅需将阀盖打开,阀球从阀杆孔吊出即可,无需将球阀从管线上拆下,实现了球阀在线检修,尤其是维护地下管线上的球阀时,在线检修可大大节省时间,显著提高管线工作效率、减少用户经济损失;3、阀体与阀盖、阀盖与压套法兰、压套法兰与阀杆之间均设置了多重密封,提高了球阀的密封性能;4、将阀座设置为两片式结构,使得固定球阀能够形成上装式,进而实现固定球阀在线维护。本发明适用于地下管线,尤其适用于天然气、石油输送管线,可实现在线检修,大大节省维护时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图3所示,上装式固定球阀,包括阀座2、阀体1、阀球3、阀杆4和手柄5,阀体1上设有流入通道、流出通道和连通流入通道和流出通道的阀腔18,阀腔18内设有阀球3,阀球3通过左右两片阀座2支撑在阀体1上;阀体1整体铸/锻造成型,阀体1上开设有可供阀球3通过的阀杆孔,阀杆孔上覆盖有与阀体1密封连接的阀盖7,阀盖7向阀腔18内***,阀盖7的周边通过螺栓与阀体1固定连接,阀盖7与阀杆孔的孔壁之间设有O型密封圈三16,与阀体1的上端面之间设有防火石墨垫三17。阀盖7上设有与阀盖7密封连接的压套法兰8,阀盖7上围绕阀杆4设有填料函,填料函内设有填料,压套法兰8的下端面上设有凸台,凸台伸入填料函内将填料压紧,压套法兰8的周边通过螺栓与阀盖7固定连接,压套法兰8与阀盖7之间也设置有两道或多道密封装置,密封装置可以是O型圈也可以是防火石墨垫。为增强压套法兰8与阀杆4之间的密封性能,压套法兰8与阀杆4之间设置有至少两道O型密封圈二14和至少一道防火石墨垫二15,微泄漏密封技术,使固定球阀的微泄露等级大大提高。压套法兰8上设有与牙套法兰8固定密封连接的顶法兰9,阀杆4通过阀杆孔贯穿阀盖7、压套法兰8、顶法兰9与手柄5传动连接。为了使阀座2与阀球3紧密贴合,阀腔18的腔壁上设有调节装置,调节装置包括与阀体1螺纹连接的弹簧座圈10和设置于弹簧座圈10内的压缩弹簧11,压缩弹簧11一端连接于阀体1上,另一端连接于阀座2上。旋转弹簧座圈10即可实现阀座2与阀球3两者的相对位置,同时可调整压缩弹簧11的压缩量,压缩弹簧11被压缩的反作用力使阀座2与阀球3贴合处产生预紧比压,后续测试或使用时,借助介质力的作用在阀座2和阀球3贴合处又增加部分介质力,对球阀的密封性能起到关键作用,该结构简单实用,对于上装式固定球阀的装配、在线拆卸维护以及初始密封压缩比的调整提供较好的尤其适用于解决方案。阀座2与阀体1相配合的工作面上开设有两道环形槽,其中一个环形槽内设置有O型密封圈一12,另一环形槽内设置有防火石墨垫一13。阀座2与阀球3相接触的工作面上开设有密封环槽,密封环槽内设有密封环,密封环由内密封圈6b和套装于内密封圈6b外的外密封圈6a构成。外密封圈6a由Nylon或PEEK材料制成,内密封圈6b由PTFE材料制成。PTFE材料制成的内密封圈6b提供了优异的低压密封性能及阀门操作扭矩,而Nylon或PEEK材料制成的外密封圈6a保证在高压下(300LB及以上)PTFE密封环不会因为冷流的致命缺陷而损坏,满足了客户对600LB阀门使用PTFE密封环的要求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.上装式固定球阀,包括阀座、阀体、阀球、阀杆和手柄,所述阀体上设有流入通道、流出通道和连通流入通道和流出通道的阀腔,所述阀腔内设有阀球,其特征在于,所述阀球通过左右两片阀座支撑在阀体上;所述阀体整体铸/锻造成型,所述阀体上开设有可供阀球通过的阀杆孔,所述阀杆孔上覆盖有与阀体密封连接的阀盖,所述阀盖上设有与阀盖密封连接的压套法兰,所述压套法兰上设有与压套法兰固定密封连接的顶法兰,所述阀杆通过阀杆孔贯穿阀盖、压套法兰、顶法兰与手柄传动连接;所述阀盖、压套法兰分别与阀杆动密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述阀腔的腔壁上设有使阀座与阀球紧密贴合的调节装置,所述调节装置包括与阀体螺纹连接的弹簧座圈和设置于弹簧座圈内的压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧一端连接于阀体上,另一端连接于阀座上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述阀座与阀体相配合的工作面上开设有两道环形槽,其中一个环形槽内设置有O型密封圈一,另一环形槽内设置有防火石墨垫一。
4.根据权利要求2所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述阀座与阀球相接触的工作面上开设有密封环槽,所述密封环槽内设有密封环,所述密封环由内密封圈和套装于内密封圈外的外密封圈构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述外密封圈由Nylon或PEEK材料制成,所述内密封圈由PTFE材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述压套法兰与阀杆之间设置有至少两道O型密封圈二和至少一道防火石墨垫二。
7.根据权利要求1所述的上装式固定球阀,其特征在于,所述阀盖向阀腔内***,阀盖的周边通过螺栓与阀体固定连接,所述阀盖与阀杆孔的孔壁之间设有O型密封圈三,与阀体的上端面之间设有防火石墨垫三。
