本发明涉及混合动力车辆的动力总成。
背景技术
电动可变车辆变速器(EVT)通常采用两个电动机/发电机。电动机/发电机关于可连接到发动机的输入轴、输出轴和多个行星齿轮同轴取向,所述多个行星齿轮组每一个具有相应的第一、第二和第三构件。每一个电动机/发电机操作地连接到行星齿轮组之一的相应构件,以在输入轴和输出轴之间提供具有连续可变变速比的变速操作范围或模式。连续可变变速比与电动机/发电机中的一个的速度成比例。电动机/发电机操作地连接到能量存储装置,例如电池,以当作为发电机操作时将能量传输到电池,并且用作电动机时从电池接收能量。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,变速器包括输入构件、输出构件、具有第一转子的第一电动机/发电机、具有第二转子的第二电动机/发电机、每一个具有相应的第一行星构件、相应的第二行星构件和相应的第三行星构件的第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第三行星齿轮组。
第一行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件与第一转子同轴布置在第一轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第一轴线旋转。第二行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件和第三行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件同轴布置在第二轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第二轴线旋转。第二转子布置在第三轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第三轴线旋转。输出构件布置在第四轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第四轴线旋转。
该变速器进一步包括第一轴线传递机构,操作地相互连接第二行星齿轮组和第一行星齿轮组,并且配置为在其之间传输扭矩。第二轴线传递机构操作地相互连接第二转子和第三行星齿轮组,并且配置为在其之间传输扭矩。第三轴线传递机构操作地相互连接第一行星齿轮组、第三行星齿轮组和输出构件,并且配置为在其之间传输扭矩。

根据本发明的第二方面,变速器包括输入构件、输出构件、固定构件和每一个具有相应的第一行星构件、相应的第二行星构件和相应的第三行星构件的第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组。第一行星齿轮组的行星构件同轴布置在第一轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第一轴线旋转。第二行星齿轮组的行星构件同轴布置在第二轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第二轴线旋转。

具体实施方式
参照图1,示意性地图示了车辆动力总成10。动力总成10包括发动机12和变速器14。变速器14包括输入构件16和输出构件18。输入构件16通过动力总成减震器/隔离器(未示出)操作地连接到发动机12的曲轴,以从其接收扭矩。输出构件18操作地连接到车辆的驱动车轮22,以将扭矩通过差速器组件(未示出)传输到驱动车轮22。变速器14还包括第一、第二和第三行星齿轮组24、26、28。

第一轴线传递机构,其在图示的实施例中为第一链驱动装置64,操作地相互连接第二行星齿轮组件26和第一行星齿轮组24,并且配置为在其之间传输扭矩。更具体地,第一行星齿轮组24的环形齿轮构件30通过第一链驱动装置64操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组26的行星托架构件42,以使第一链驱动装置64在环形齿轮构件30和行星托架构件42之间传输扭矩。

因而,行星托架构件50操作地连接到输出构件18,以通过轴线传递机构86向其传输扭矩。行星托架34也操作地连接到输出构件18,以通过轴线传递机构86向其传输扭矩。扭矩可被从行星托架构件34通过齿轮构件92、90、88和94传输到输出构件18。扭矩还可被从行星托架构件50通过齿轮构件88和94传输到输出构件18。
参照图1和3,变速器14包括第一扭矩传输机构,即,第一制动器96,该第一制动器操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组26的环形齿轮构件38和固定构件98。第一制动器96可选择地接合,以将第二行星齿轮组26的环形齿轮构件38联接到固定构件98;即,第一制动器96配置为选择地将环形齿轮构件38联接到固定构件98,以阻止环形齿轮构件38相对于壳体98旋转。
第一制动器96围绕不同于环形齿轮构件38的旋转轴线定位。第四轴线传递机构100具有第五轴线传递齿轮构件102以及第六轴线传递齿轮构件104,,该第五轴线传递齿轮构件操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组26的环形齿轮构件38,以与其整体旋转,且该第六轴线传递齿轮构件与第五轴线传递齿轮构件102啮合接合,并且操作地连接到第一制动器96。
当制动器96被接合时,制动器96将齿轮构件104联接到壳体98,由此阻止齿轮构件104相对于壳体98旋转。当齿轮构件104联接到壳体98时,齿轮构件102和环形齿轮构件28的旋转也被阻止。当制动器96分离时,齿轮构件104可关于壳体98自由旋转,因而环形齿轮构件38和齿轮构件102也可在制动器96分离时自由旋转。
第三行星齿轮组28的环形齿轮构件46操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组26的太阳齿轮构件40,以一起整体旋转。变速器14包括第二扭矩传输机构,即,第二制动器106,该第二制动器配置为旋转地将环形齿轮构件46和太阳齿轮构件40联接到变速器壳体98,以阻止环形齿轮构件46和太阳齿轮构件40旋转。
第二制动器106围绕不同于环形齿轮构件46和太阳齿轮构件40的旋转轴线定位。第五轴线传递机构108具有第七轴线传递齿轮构件110和第八轴线传递齿轮构件112,该第七轴线传递齿轮构件操作地连接到第三行星齿轮组28的环形齿轮构件46,以与其整体旋转,且该第八轴线传递齿轮构件与第七轴线传递齿轮构件110啮合接合。第八轴线传递齿轮构件112操作地连接到第二制动器106。
当制动器106被接合时,制动器106将齿轮构件112联接到壳体98,由此阻止齿轮构件112相对于壳体98旋转。当齿轮构件112联接到壳体98时,齿轮构件110、环形齿轮构件46和太阳齿轮构件40的旋转也被阻止。当制动器106分离时,齿轮构件112可关于壳体98自由旋转,因而环形齿轮构件46、太阳齿轮构件40和齿轮构件110也可在制动器106分离时自由旋转。

参照图4,第一行星齿轮组24的行星托架构件34的第一部分136布置在环形齿轮构件30的第一侧138上。小齿轮36连接到轴140;轴140连接到行星托架构件34的第一部分136。行星托架构件34的第二部分142从环形齿轮构件30的第一侧138轴向地延伸到环形齿轮构件30的第二侧。第二部分142相对于环形齿轮构件30径向向外布置。第二部分142操作地连接到第三轴线传递齿轮构件92,该第三轴线传递齿轮构件布置在环形齿轮构件30的第二侧146上。
第三轴线传递齿轮构件92围绕固接结构148(即为壳体98的部分或刚性地连接到壳体98的部分的结构)旋转。锥形轴承150布置在结构148和齿轮构件92之间,以轴向地保持行星托架构件34和齿轮构件92。
变速器14提供紧凑扁平的车辆整体布置。可通过连接好的低损耗带离合器,即制动器96、106(无高压/高流量泵)提供效率优势。链驱动装置64、78提供低损耗轴向传递。第二电动机/发电机72的速度可使用离轴率来降低(30%扭矩/尺寸降低)。变速器14的构造提供电动机长度灵活性,这使得能够使用感应电机。

图5的变速器214为减小容量的离轴两模式可变变速器。变速器214特征为具有在超速比率下通过机械点的同轴输入分流,以及另外的行星齿轮组,用于降低第二电动机/发电机246的扭矩需求。轴线传递机构249减小同轴变速器长度,并且提供另外的电动机/发电机246比率。

Claims (10)

1.一种变速器,包括:
输入构件;输出构件;
第一电动机/发动机,具有第一转子;
第二电动机/发动机,具有第二转子;
第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第三行星齿轮组,每一行星齿轮组具有相应的第一行星构件、相应的第二行星构件和相应的第三行星构件;
所述第一行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件、所述输入构件和所述第一转子同轴布置在第一轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第一轴线旋转;
所述第二行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件和所述第三行星齿轮组的第一、第二和第三行星构件同轴布置在第二轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第二轴线旋转;
所述第二转子布置在第三轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第三轴线旋转;
所述输出构件布置在第四轴线上,并且可选择地围绕第四轴线旋转;

第一制动器,操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件和固定构件,并且可选择地接合来将第二行星齿轮组的第一构件联接到固定构件;和
第二制动器,操作地连接到第三行星齿轮组的第一构件和固定构件,并且可选择地接合来将第三行星齿轮组的第一构件联接到固定构件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的变速器,其中,所述第一制动器和第二制动器同轴布置在第五轴线上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的变速器,进一步包括第四轴线传递机构,该第四轴线传递机构具有第五轴线传递齿轮构件,该第五轴线传递齿轮构件操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件,以与其整体旋转,并且具有第六轴线传递齿轮构件,该第六轴线传递齿轮构件与第五轴线传递齿轮构件啮合接合,并且操作地连接到第一制动器;和

9.一种变速器,包括:
输出构件;

所述输出构件可选择地围绕第三轴线旋转;
至少一个轴线传递机构,该轴线传递机构操作地相互连接第一行星齿轮组的行星构件之一、第二行星齿轮组的构件之一和输出构件;
其中,所述至少一个轴线传递机构配置为使扭矩可从第一行星齿轮组以及从第二行星齿轮组通过所述至少一个轴线传递机构传输到输出构件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的变速器,其中,所述至少一个轴线传递机构包括第一轴线传递机构和第二轴线传递机构;
其中,所述第一轴线传递机构包括第一轴线传递齿轮构件、与第一轴线传递齿轮构件啮合接合的第二轴线传递齿轮构件和与第二轴线传递齿轮构件啮合接合的第三轴线传递齿轮构件;
其中,所述第二轴线传递机构包括第四轴线传递齿轮构件,该第四轴线传递齿轮构件操作地连接到第一轴线传递齿轮构件,以与其整体旋转;第五轴线传递齿轮构件,该第五轴线传递齿轮构件与第四轴线传递齿轮构件啮合接合;第六轴线传递齿轮构件,该第六轴线传递齿轮构件操作地连接到第五轴线传递齿轮构件,以与其整体旋转;和第七轴线传递齿轮构件,该第七轴线传递齿轮构件与第六轴线传递齿轮构件啮合接合,并且操作地连接到输出构件,以与其整体旋转。
